• Jakub (5/5): - Apartmán v peknej, živej štvrti, kde máte kľud a pokoj aj napriek hlučnej ulici. Príjemné ubytovanie pokiaľ ste celé dni vonku a domov sa chodíte len vyspať. Rozťahovací gauč sa dá prežiť :) Apartmán je pekne nafotený, avšak volným okom je vidno že apartmán má značné známky opotrbeneia, a čistota tiež nie je 100%ná. Ubytovatelia boli velmi milí a ochotní pomôcť v prípade potreby. Centrum mesta dosiahnete bez problémov pešo a v okolí je nespočet výborných gastro prevádzok. S ubytovaním sme boli spokojní a určite by sme sa vrátili znova Tak ako píšu ostatné recenzie, trocha neprijemny zápach z kúpelne, ktorý sa však dá vyvetrať a nefungujúca wifi ktorá sa nonstop odpájala avšak nič hrozné.

The wifi was not working well, the connection was lost every minute, and the managers were in touch, but the situation did not change. The shower needs repair. The coffee machine needs replacement. The bed linen and towels had big stains.

• Jeanne (2/5): A fuir - L'emplacement du logement et la simplicité d'accès au logement pour une arrivée tardive L'état du logement à la recéption, les coupures d'électricté, l'abscence d'eau chaude pendant 48h et surtout la pluie dans l'appartement a devoir nous même vider les sceaux pour éviter l'innondation. Réponse des propriétaires : c'est pas de notre faute c'est la météo. Pas d'isolation dans le toit il a plu dans le logement toute la journée, heuresement que sur notre séjour de 5 jours la météo a été favorable 4j/5.

• Evgenia (7/5): Overall it was a decent accommodation. - Very friendly staff and very good location. Even though it’s in a very busy location there’s no noise. Also, the sleeping and sitting areas are spacious and comfortable. There was a very bad smell which we couldn’t tell if it’s from the bathroom or from outside but in the morning in particular it was intense. The bathroom was a bit too small but was not a problem.

We didn’t need a car or bus—walked everywhere from this stylish and bright flat. Despite being in the lively center of Trastevere, the apartment was quiet at night. The living space is well-designed, super clean, and ideal for small groups. The host made check-in very easy and the fast Wi-Fi was great for staying connected.

Located in the very center of Trastevere, we walked to everything in the historic center within 10–15 minutes. The apartment is quiet, bright, and really well decorated. It’s clear the space was recently renovated. We had everything we needed and the host was super responsive. Loved the ease of check-in and the fast internet connection.

The apartment is full of light, beautifully furnished, and extremely clean. It’s just a short walk to all the main attractions and the area is filled with amazing places to eat. No need for taxis or buses. Check-in was a breeze and everything worked perfectly, including the Wi-Fi. Highly recommend for a quiet, stylish stay.

It’s located right in the center of Trastevere, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful thanks to being on a high floor. Everything was spotless and the check-in process was smooth and flexible. We walked to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and Campo de’ Fiori in just minutes—no need for taxis or public transport. The fast Wi-Fi and modern touches made it a truly relaxing stay.
• Summer (10/5): Lovely Place for a Quiet Roman Getaway - We’re a retired couple from the UK and found this apartment ideal for exploring Rome by foot. It’s bright, well-kept, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. Being on a high floor really helped with light and peace. The bedroom was comfortable, the internet was strong, and we appreciated how easy everything was. Walking to major landmarks took only a few minutes. A real gem in the heart of Trastevere!

Lugar tranquilo pero cerca a la vez de todo El baño tenía una ducha muy pequeña y como estaba rota una de las puertas de la mampara pusieron una cortina y aún era más pequeña para ducharse. El baño olía bastante mal en ocasiones, creemos que de la humedad. Faltaría algo de menaje y echamos de menos microondas. Pero en general estaba bien.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Trastevere, one of Rome’s most vibrant and picturesque neighborhoods. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find charming cobblestone streets, lively piazzas, and some of the best restaurants and cafés in the city. Major attractions like Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, and even the Vatican are easily reachable on foot or by public transport. The host was exceptionally welcoming, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay and providing great local recommendations. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay in Rome, Trastevere Boutique Apartment is an excellent choice. I can’t wait to return!

The beds are comfy and clean and the heating system (2 air-conditioning) is good We miss some dish cloth in the kitchen and when we arrived in the middle of our stay, the apartment had a strange smell, but it's just a detail with some open windows that quickly disappears
• Claudio (6/5): Great location, cute apartment, but... - Great location. Quiet. Nice apartment. Other than the well known and communicated issues (4th floor with narrow and steep steps, tiny bathroom, weak WiFi) we had two issues: - the apartment is badly insulated, it was cold (we were there in December) and I imagine it can be hot in the summer. The bedroom, although it doesn't have a door, doesn't have an AC/heater unit. - the toilet flush has very low pressure, not enough to flush solid waste. We had to use a large pot of water.

Very close to the bridge over the river, 5 min walk to Santa Marin in Trastevere cathedral, a lot of restaurants around and very good storage room with more than adequate prices right next door. The bedding linen was also very good one. 2 a/c were just on spot for very hot August in Rome. The kitchen was nice and in overall the apartment was nicely done The bathroom was extremely small, the shower was not designed for adults in general sizes :( Also the bed was good, but the sofa bed was just terrible to sleep.

• Paul (7/5): Good - It is a great location and very close to a very trendy neighborhood in Rome --the air conditioning worked very well and it was spacious enough for four people. The manager of the property was very hopeful and troubleshooting a condition upon our arrival she was prompt in getting back to me, and it was resolved quickly The shower is very small and a person who is overweight would have a difficult time with it. Also the shower drains very slowly so you had to stop and start the water in order to have things not overflow period. The toilet pressure is not strong enough so you had to flush multiple times.

• Rita (7/5): Good - It was a modern, comfortable apartment with a cute kitchen area and a comfortable bed. Communication with the staff was absolutely a delight. They're professional, kind, and helpful. The location is recommended as it is very ambient and lively, and in general, going on foot to any sightseeing or activities in rome is perfect from trastevere. All in all, it was a good choice for us and we had a great stay. If you have large suitcases, consider that the apartment is on the 4th floor where there is no lift or luggage support. The shower is very tight, and the ceiling of the bedroom is low so watch your head!

A bit hard bringing heavy luggage up all of the stairs but without bags no problem just good exercise. We were happy that we chose to stay in this appartment. Toilet flush bad and nothing to hang our towels on.
• Koy (8/5): Cute apartment centrally located to everything! - Excellent location and cute, clean little apartment! Walk right outside your building and you will find restaurants and bars everywhere. It’s a short 15 min walk to Campo di Fiori square. We walked everywhere, the colosseum, the pantheon, Vatican City, Trevi fountain. All within 30 mins walk. The host is extremely commutative. She checked in with us daily to make sure we were ok. The self check in/out was very convenient. The bathroom is extremely small. I’m 5’1 so pretty petite and it was still a bit small for me.
• Caroline (5/5): Disappointing - Good location. Pleasant flat, quiet building. Comfortable bed. -Nowhere to hang bath towels, not a single towel rack in the bathroom or anywhere else. You can hang them on the dryer outside if weather permits but there is no clothespin either... -No sponge to clean the kitchen area. - We had to ask for a dish towel because there was none. Where we suppose to dry our hands on our clothes? - Ceiling is leaking in the kitchen when it rains. - We were looking forward to relax by watching a bit of television after walking all day in the city but the tv did not work, we told the staff about it and they pretend having sent someone to fix it during the day but it still did not work. We kept complaining and they simply IGNORED our messages !

• Diego (9/5): Nice flat in a very good location with excellent host support - At first I thought the best of this flat was the location; however, after a week Trastevere can be a bit tiring as it's super touristy; so I'll go with the team managing this property :) they were amazing, especially Julieta who was super kind and helpful from the moment I booked it until I left. The bathroom had some weird smell (I've stayed in other flats in Rome and got a similar smell so maybe it's more of a structural issue) and the kitchen could've had some basics (e.g. coffee, tea, etc)

• Daniel (1/5): Could be nice but poor operations jeopardize safety with no accountability - The location is good Despite waiting far longer than the 7 days promised in the listing, they did eventually return my deposit The leak in the ceiling was in the kitchen rather than the bedroom I did not sustain any injuries in the incredibly unsafe stairwell The stairs to the apartment had no lighting during my entire 7 night stay. I notified management on arrival and the only response I got was a promise to "inform the building management company". No improvement or followup. It is absolutely pitch black in this stairwell and the steps are made of stone. This is incredibly unsafe. google F5CBD2AF for a video of my experience. You need to bring a headlamp or be an experienced caver to safely enjoy this apartment. If you have a phone and a free hand, you can use that to see. This apartment is a discredit to the booking.com platform. The roof/ceiling leaks in multiple places. wet kitchen during rain events. Refused to confirm satisfactory post-visit inspection. Took 13 days to refund deposit rather than 7 promised in listing. Only after the rental did they inform that "it takes up to 15 days" to refund. Deceptive business practice. They communicate very promptly when they wanted something, but it is clear that communication is with an intermediary rather than anyone capable of addressing issues. Is the host Nicole? Or Julieta? Or Elena? It keeps changing. This listing is tempting, but if you just want to sleep in Rome, without a functional roof or physical safety, you can do that for free. Avoid.
• Claire (10/5): A gem in Trastevere - Apartment was centrally located in Trastevere district. Short walk to monuments, fora, and other sites. Great restaurants and shops close by. Added plus was the size of the apartment! Full kitchen with dining table. We cooked a couple of nights and had breakfast and lunch in as well. Comfortable bed and adequate space to unpack. Very quiet as well despite lively restaurant and bar scene close by. Super responsive host. Very easy to communicate via Whatsapp..Host even helped arrange airport transport for early AM departure and there were maps and a helpful guide as well. Luggage storage was right next door which was a plus. It was on the fourth floor and there is no lift. We were aware of this prior to arrival but lugging suitcases up and down was an adventure. 52 steps.... And we would have loved an outdoor balcony. Weather was beautiful so we spent quite a bit of time at the cafes but a glass of wine at home on a balcony would have been icing on the cake.

Check in is extremely easy. Check out is extremely easy. It is located in the middle of everything. 30 minutes from the colosseum, and the other major important sites are all closer. I rate it like I rate Francesco Totti's shirt number: 10

The bed very comfortable, living and kitchen with all you need … But the most interesting and beautiful is the location. Trastevere is unic. You have to stay there to feel the life, the good energy, the food and music.

This is a small and cozy typical roman apartment, located in the heart of Trastevere, perfect for those who want to enjoy the experience of living in Rome, like a true Italian! Personally I don't like staying in hotels, I always prefer to choose a local experience, and this was the perfect place! You will find everything you need in this apartment, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a very comfortable sofa with netflix, but the most beautiful thing about this place is the location... Trastevere is a magical neighborhood and you can get to know all the most precious vicoli and restaurants by simply walking around the apartment. I will come back for sure! Lovely stay
• Agr (10/5): 1 Night in Trastevere!!! - The apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere and you can reach by feet all the major touristic places, like "Piazza Navona" in 10 minutes, Pantheon in 15 min and "Piazza di Spagna" in 20 minutes. The area is full of restaurants ( very good!) but very silent and comfy sleep. I liked the renovation and the atmosphere, typical or Trastevere's houses. The kitchen and dining area are very sunny and spacious. Comfy bed and sofa bed, perfect for a family of 4 like us! Good cleaning and very good assistance for the self check-in and quickly connection with the staff by whatsapp and emails. We will be back
