• Carolina (10/5): - Estuvo limpio, con todo lo necesario, muy cerca de todos los servicios, transporte y lugares que visitar, y cerca de la feria, 10min andando ! La limpieza del portal, por decir algo...
• JavierTenerife (1/5): Desastre - Que está bien comunicado Techo con desprendimiento de pintura en una de las habitaciones,la luz de la otra habitación no funciona y el colchón en muy mal estado(se hundía demasiado al sentarse o acostarse encima con riesgo de caernos al suelo. Apartamento sucio en general.Dos rollos de papél higiénico a mitad para tres adultos y un niño durante 4 noches es un insulto. Y que no haya escoba para poder barrer la suciedad en general es deprimente. El liquido de lavavajillas es de reirsse de los huespedes de lo poco que ofrecen y ya para rematarlo , que les informe con antelación que el vuelo de regreso sale a las 18:30 y no nos den opción a permanecer unas horas más para no sentirnos tirados en la calle con las maletas y un niño de 4 años. Me da que no repetiremos ni la recomendaremos.

• Raquel (3/5): No repetir... - La ubicación Es muy viejo y está muy estropeado, la cama tienen las tablas sueltas y se caen, el sofá está para tirar y lo único que está en condiciones es la cocina que fue lo único que no utilizamos, Tampoco es cómodo tener que recoger las llaves en otro sitio.

• Juana María (1/5): Para no repetir. - Nada Suelos en mal estado ,muebles deteriorados, colchones y sillón muy sucios , techos con humedad y sin pintar ,pantallas fundidas y poca limpieza.

• Sandra (9/5): Bom - Não tenho nada a apontar de negativo, a casa esta bem equipada para uma família de 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Tudo funciona normalmente, o Wi-Fi também. Está num sítio bem situado, temos supermercados, cafés, estacionamento quase em frente (tivemos sempre sorte em encontrar lugar para o carro quando precisámos de o usar). Temos o metro a 2 minutos que nos leva para o centro de sevilha. A experiência foi muito boa e consegui manter-me em contacto com o anfitrião sempre que precisava, nao tive qualquer problema em encontrar o predio e de entrar no apartamento. O sitio onde está localizado é muito agradável e sossegado. Nada a apontar, apenas é um pouco quente mas também estava muito calor quando ficámos aqui. Ligamos o ar condicionada e melhorou bastante.
• Yurii Titenko (1/5): Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for the price. - Great location Functional kitchen We stayed for 9 nights in this apartment in Seville, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The place was dirty upon arrival, with a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the fridge that never really went away. Almost all the furniture was either broken or in desperate need of repair — there was even a kitchen shelf hanging off the wall, barely holding on (a 5-minute fix that clearly hadn’t been done in a while). The air conditioning unit looked like it had survived several decades, and barely worked in the Sevillian heat. The stairwell was constantly noisy, which didn’t help with rest. In the bedroom, the ceiling was peeling, and bits of plaster literally fell into the bed. But the absolute low point? Ants. Everywhere. In the kitchen, on the floor, in our clothes, and even in the bed. So if you're afraid of sleeping alone — don't worry, the ants will keep you company! Oh, and just two rolls of toilet paper for four people for nine days? Not exactly what we expected. Overall, the apartment has potential with a bit of care and maintenance, but in its current state — we cannot recommend it.
• Tetiana (5/5): Passable - The keys were taken from the box near the apartment. Simple instructions, no problems. The apartments were cold and dirty enough to require separate shoes. There was no cutting board in the kitchen, or it was in a place where we couldn't find it. The refrigerator smells of mold, it seems that it has never been washed. The coffee machine worked. For us was left with a few capsules for coffee, a few tea bags and a small kit for washing dishes, namely a sponge, a few napkins and a small bottle of dishwashing liquid. There were washing capsules. The air conditioner does not work well, the heating does not work at all. The owner takes a long time to respond to messages. The location of the apartments is good, the area is pleasant, near the center
• Heidi (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and rooms were as on the pictures so okay We did not see the host. We called at arrival and then it took 20 minutes before we could enter the apartment. We had to follow instructions to get inside but it was a difficult communication. Once we were in front of the apartment door, we had to take the keys out of a box. There were two locks at the door. One of them did not work well, so it took as a long time before we could open the door. They should do something about this because otherwise at some moment you can't get inside anymore. We told that via Whatsapp to the host, but they said we would learn 'the trick' to open the lock. This did not give us a good feeling. There was a lot of noise at night, from traffic and from neighbours. The windows let thru all noise. We expected to be able to sleep in a quit neighborhood but this was not the case. We expected more to see in Triana but in fact there was almost nothing. So we had to walk for 20 minutes each time before we reached the centre of Sevilla for breakfast,lunch,diner. The host could most of the time be reached via Whatsapp.
