• Parampal (7/5): - Good kitchen facilities and the staff were extremely helpful around being flexible with check in and check out times. The apartment itself was very cool! It was generally quite clean. The bed mattresses were quite soft and so you could feel the springs. As a result, all 6 of us didn't get the best sleep. A bit of TLC is needed to resolve some damages that have occurred over time such as a hole in the bathroom door and the toilet flush getting stuck, but nothing major to impact the experience.
• Rick (5/5): Matig - We konden er om 16:00 uur officiëel pas in maar we waren er al om 11:00 uur en konden er meteen in, dat was top. Ook de locatie midden in het centrum is ideaal, op loopafstand van enkele winkeltjes en kroegen/restaurants Het was er niet schoon. Veel spinnenwebben, schimmel in de badkamer. 1 van die 2 douches had alleen koud water, die andere was wel warm maar als er meer dan 2 mensen gingen douchen werd die ook koud. Voor ons als vriendengroep was dit nog te doen omdat wij er alleen sliepen maar zou dit huis afraden voor gezinnen of voor mensen die veel in het huis aanwezig zullen zijn

• Declan (10/5): A wonderful and comfortable stay located perfectly, we will definitely be using this again! - The property is extremely modern, well maintained and very comfortable. The location is perfect being a stones throw away from the train station and main shops. The staff are easy to contact and are very helpful and accommodating. We loved everything about the property. The only thing was that we couldn’t get the shower in the en suite working although there is another shower and so it didn’t really make any difference to our stay.

• Toni (1/5): This accommodation is nothing like the pictures. Booking.com and the owner of the penthouse were not helpful when I appr - The building has potential. Extremely dissatisfied with the condition of this accommodation. The penthouse has a number of serious issues that are unacceptable: The property was not properly cleaned. Lots of cobwebs and spiders. Skirting boards were filthy. A hole in one of the wooden doors. Broken toilet roll holder and towel holders. Foundation makeup and dirty handprints visible on the walls. Dirty bedding, including blood stains. Very strong smell of egg coming from the bathroom sink. Broken blinds upstairs. Light fixtures hanging from the ceiling with exposed electrical wires. Smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling and continuously beeping. Missing glass panel upstairs that has been boarded up rather than replaced. Mould in both bathrooms. Carpets are stained and starting to lift.

• Caram (4/5): - We loved the location, nice and central, easy to get to places It was a nice apartment but lack of hot water and one of the heaters not working let the property down. The bed downstairs was comfortable. One of the heaters did not work in the main space, the hot water ran out for showers in the morning, one of the beds upstairs had not been changed there were stains in the sheets.

Hot water which is a basic necessity in a property and they had the whole weekend to fix it yet still couldn't get it fixed or anyone out which ruined our plan. Also refused to refund the money so will have to go thru a Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

• Agata (7/5): Podsumowując ocena 3/5 - przestronne mieszkanie na 4 piętrze, do którego można dostać się windą, korytarze wyłożone wykładzina wygłuszającą, dobrze wyposażone, 2 łazienki, telewizor, mikrofala, pralka z suszarką, duże i wygodne łózka, piękny widok z ogromnego okna na miasto, industrialny charakter. Okolica spokojna, dotarliśmy tam o 23, czekaliśmy pod drzwiami ponad godzinę, nikt nas nie zaczepiał. Bardzo trudny kontakt z właścicielami obiektu, przegapiłam maila o kaucji, opłaciłam ją stojąc pod drzwiami, nie odbierali telefonów, pisząc że mają wszystkie linie zajęte (godzina 23), kazali się kontaktować mailowo, pod drzwiami obiektu bardzo słaby zasięg internetu. Zajęło nam ponad godzinę od momentu opłacenia kaucji do otrzymania kodu do skrytki z kluczami. Mieszkanie swoją świetność ma już raczej za sobą, dość liczne uszkodzenia mebli, ścian, łazienek. Sztućce były brudne.

Easy walk to centre but felt a bit uncomfortable in the side streets No hot water in one of the showers until we called a plumber, no ventilation or extract in either bathroom and no windows so smelly all the time. • Debbie (8/5): We loved our stay in such an atmospheric building in the heart of a youthful and vibrant city. - The location was great in a converted mill with a fabulous view over the city to the hills. Just a short walk from the city centre and galleries and attractions. The residual bits of machinery added to the atmosphere The only real lack was that there was very little kitchen equipment. We cooked a meal one evening and were short of items like a colander, pans with lids that fit, tea towels (later supplied) a salad bowl etc. There was no teapot or cafetiere either.

I had to check out early with my kids as no hot water and the awful small. In the apartment .Do not book without confirming these problems are solved. Very very disappointed.

A glass panel was missing from the upstairs balcony. And as we wet to open the front door the handle fell out. Other then these two things everything was great

• Hannah (8/5): Overall it was a really nice place and would be going back again - The facilities were really nice the instructions to get there were amazing and the hosts were so welcoming in making sure our needs were met. Unfortunately in the morning we had no hot water so it was a cold start to the morning with cold showers.
• Aisha (5/5): Not worth the money very dangerous to stay in with children or eldery, no deposit mentioned in description however £150 - How spacious it was, clean and open equipped with cutlery and showering products Had a very horrible smell all through out the property. The place does say suitable for families but i was so scared at all times because the staircase is a very big hazard and my son did manage to get caught on the corner of the stairs just walking in the kitchen, Even going up the stair case is scary for kids and very dangerous even for adults. The beds were very uncomfortable and worn out broken headboards. I was very much disappointed overall having to be at edge, even though it was on the 5th floor with views it was not worth the price. Also after booking you will be in for a surprise they do not send you the instructions to get in to the property unless you follow a link to pay a safety deposit of £150!! Which i thought was hidden information and was not happy at all as in the initial booking there was no mention about this. At that point it had to be done because i already paid booking.com the price.

• Zulaikha (9/5): Excellent penthouse and at great location - I loved the location and how accommodating the staff were. The whole penthouse was clean and tidy and soo stylish. I read some comments about a smell but there was no smell. Everything I would have needed was present at the penthouse. I also loved how accommodating they were for wheelchair users. The en-suite downstairs is perfect and very spacious making moving around soo easy. The mattress. Felt like it was worn out but ok.

The corridors were smelly people had bins near lift on 5th floor. The toilet was smelly needs ventilation. The sink was wobbly in the kitchen so was a nuisance plus it needs dusting there were too many spiders .

• Jade (5/5): shambolic - I was told an hour before that this property had a leak or something so we was placed else where which was a decent place but had no access to the tv and the owner was no help when trying to get it to work. I was told I was “lucky” to of got another property which I found rude but I dismissed it as it was my birthday weekend and just needed somewhere to stay. I’ve been trying to contact about my deposit payment that I paid and don’t think I’ve received back yet but he doesn’t like to reply.
