Myös autoille tilaa (3 autoa) Omistaja vastasi viesteihin ystävällisesti ja nopeasti. Kaikki sujui hyvin! Kiitos! Mietimme astian kuivauskaappia mutta tarkoitus on varmaan käyttää astianpesukonetta.

• Marta (9/5): Fantástica estancia en Rovaniemi. - La casa era preciosa, muy bien equipada, amplia y muy cómoda. Tenía todo lo necesario y una temperatura buenísima. La comunicación con la casera fabulosa. Los colchones a mi gusto algo blandos pero al resto de viajeros les gustaron.

Bob per bambini per scivolare sulla neve. Casa calda e super accogliente vicina alla città ma immersa nel verde vicino ad uno splendido lago ghiacciato! Se proprio devo trovare un difetto i cuscini erano troppo morbidi per i miei standard .

• Leonardo Vecchi (10/5): Relax appena fuori Rovaniemi - Bellissimo appartamento in villette a schiera appena sopra un laghetto (ghiacciato) a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Rovaniemi. L'appartamento era spazioso (molto ben progettato), pulito, luminoso, silenzioso, attrezzato e il lago ghiacciato appena sotto è stato veramente un plus!
• laurent (10/5): Bon choix à Rovaniemi - Appartement spacieux avec grande cuisine dinatoire, grand espace salon/salle à manger/télé, 2 chambres confortables et une salle d'eau avec lave-linge. Joli jardinet avec terrasse semi-couverte à l'arrière. Nous avons adoré ! La cuisine est bien équipée avec de surcroit des elements de base dans les placards ( sel, poivre, sucre, filtres a café, huile et vinaigre) pour la plupart laissés à disposition par les voyageurs précédents. Nous étions 5 adultes et notre fille a bien dormi dans le canapé-lit du salon, transformé en grand lit double. Tout est prévu pour notre confort. Cerise sur le gateau = Aurores boréales visibles depuis le parking, le soir de notre arrivée ! Les propriétaires sont très aimables et réactifs à nos messages. Attention aux glissades en arrivant, le parking et l'espace devant la maisonnette sont glacés et les gravillons disséminés sont insuffisants . Attention aussi aux clés : Toujours les garder sur soi en sortant car la porte claque derriere et on est enfermés dehors ! Idem pour la porte sur jardin. Notre seul bémol = porte vitrée entre la chambre et le salon, et sans rideau ! Aucune intimité et la lumière du salon est difficile à occulter donc reveil lumineux à prévoir ...
• Onur (10/5): Her şeyiyle olağanüstü bir konaklama - İnanılmaz bir ev ve ev sahibi. Her şey düşünülmüş bebek yatağından kahvesine hatta kızağına ve kutu oyunlarına oyuncaklara kadar. Olağanüstü bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle inanılmazdı, sonsuz teşekkürler.
• Amy (10/5): - We absolutely loved stayed here. Our only regret it wasn't for longer. We only got to stay for one night as we move up to Levi, but would happily stay here for the week. Our host has thought if everything possible you may need, it is spotlessly clean, so warm and homely. I would definitely stay here again

• Patricia (10/5): Súper aconsejable - Fue nuestra primera noche y no pudimos elegir mejor. Es un apartamento súper amplio con dos habitaciones. El salón es enorme y la cocina está perfecta. Tiene un patio interior que fue una pena que esa noche no hubiesen auroras, pero si tienes suerte la puedes ver desde el patio perfectamente. Justo al lado hay un pequeño sendero precioso que fue mágico el paseo que nos dimos a la mañana siguiente. Dejas el coche en la misma puerta por lo que la comodidad es de 10. La casa está súper calentita con la calefacción. Fue una maravilla la experiencia en este apartamento.

• Suvi (10/5): Mukava asunto perheelle - Kodikas asunto rauhallisella alueella. Ihanaa, kun oli syöttötuoli perheen pienimmälle! Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja sängyt oli mukavat nukkua. Majoittuminen tuntui helpolta ja mukavalta. Tulemme mielellämme uudelleen!

• Honvault (10/5): Une maison claire et au calme - La maison était claire, bien équipée et très calme. Nous pouvions garer la voiture devant le logement. Sans voiture, la maison est loin du centre, mais ce n'était pas le cas pour nous qui avions loué une voiture.

• Kris (9/5): - Wonderful touches like Coffee, biscuits and sweets for the kids left, Festive decorations made it feel very homely and kid kids loved the singing hand wash. Apartment was very spacious and in a great location for us. No Sauna, exterior doesn't do the interior justice

L'appartamento inoltre ha grandi vetrate che lasciano vedere un magnifico panorama Unica pecca il fatto che ci sia un solo bagno ed in sei persone avrebbe fatto comodo averne un altro
• Michelle (10/5): Spacious apartment in Rovaniemi - Very spacious, had absolutely everything we could need. The host had put a Christmas tree up and had left some snowman chocolates and an activity pack for children.
• Cynthia (10/5): Insuperable! - Nos quedamos aqui mi familia y yo. Y la casita es ideal, limpia y grande. Es muy calentita y no le falta de nada. Totalmente recomendable. Sobre todo si viajas con niños, las vistas y la zona son increíbles junto a lagos. Muy atentos los dueños en todo momento, hay trineos y juegos en la casa. La cocina tiene de todo. Y te dejan te, cafe y cosas básicas. Las camas son muy cómodas y calientes, además de amplias. La calidad precio es muy buena, comparado con otros lugares que son carísimos. Tiene un porche por detrás de la casa y da para jugar.

• Danielle (10/5): מומלץ מאוד! - דירה גדולה ומרווחת מאוד, חנייה נוחה, חצר אחורית רחבה, אפילו קופסת צעצועים לילדים. אפשרות קלה למחזר עם מגוון פחי האשפה בדירה - תודה על זה! יחס מהיר, נעים, מומלץ מאוד! החימום המרכזי פועל רק בטמפרטורות מאוד נמוכות ולא פעל כשהגענו, אבל בעלת הדירה דאגה לנו לתנורי חימום כדי שלא יהיה לנו קר.

She provided us with all the information we needed about local attractions and answered every question we had with great care. She even offered ice fishing gear, which was a lovely gesture. The games available for the kids are fantastic, and the fact that they can play in the snow just outside the house on the ground floor is a real bonus. The bus stop is conveniently close, making it easy for us to take the bus to Santa Claus Village and the city center. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

• Ekaterina (9/5): It is a very good accommodation at that money. Still it would be nice to have some sauna, Palio and a fireplace to feel - The apartment is clean, neat and has all the facilities: bed sheets, towels, a baby cot and a baby chair, toys and paper for the little one, a car charger, tee, coffee, even sweets. Instructions were well given and we easily found the location. The location is quite far from the city center and the ski resort, therefore a car is needed. We really were lack of sauna, as neither apartment nor condo has a sauna nearby. Also we found some facilities in a bad condition: the dishwasher is hardly fixed (if you move both of the shelves forward the washing machines starts to fall), shelves in the wardrobe do not work properly, knifes are bended.
• Stacey (9/5): Very clean, spacious and with a fantastic host who answered all questions extremely quickly and gave us some tips for ge - The host went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and provided lots of little extras (toiletries, snacks etc) which was a lovely touch. Very spacious, a perfect base for our family of 5. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights right above the apartment on our last night! It was slightly further out of the city centre, however we did manage to see the northern lights so this made up for it.

Good contact with owner, precise description how to get there, in front of the house big parking space, and what was important for me: dogs allowed :) It's few km from the city center so you have to have a car to get there
