- Chi Hang (8/5): Very good location for but need to buy your own amenities such as laundry detergent and hand soap. - Good space for family staying near asakusa and Sumida area. Bed sheets and mattress were dirty, no dryer and no detergent for laundry. Only giving small detergent sachets. The hair dryer is burnt and broken and we have to buy our own.

Las toallas muy pequeñas y no tienes posibilidad que te den otra. El wifi no funcionaba, lo reportamos y no resolvieron así que estuvimos los 4 días sin internet gastando de nuestra tarifa. Un poco escape room la primera vez que llegas para encontrar las llaves y poder abrir las puertas.

It was very clean, from the entrance to the room, and quiet. - I liked the quiet location; there was no noise at night, and the accommodation had all the necessary amenities. There were convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Lowsan nearby, and plenty of inexpensive parking was available. The waste separation and disposal system is very well organized. It's a bit of a walk from the train station. When using multiple appliances simultaneously, such as the TV, air conditioner, and hair dryer, the lights in the room will briefly switch off for 2-3 seconds, and everything needs to be restarted. Overall, it's not a big problem.

- Khairunnisa hanisah (5/5): The stay was nice and comfy but the distance too far and tiring - This building is new so everything is very clean and comfy. They provide each of us with towel and bathing essential. The washing machine also a point. The surrounding is quite at night. Too far from station. Need to cross bridge from akasuka station. Nearest station distance to the property is 900m. Super tiring to walk that far after a long day.
- Sanjoy (9/5): Overall nice stay - It was a very small apartment with just two small rooms . It was neat and clean and fully equipped with most amenities as one would expect . It was approx 20 minutes walk from the main Asakusa station and another 20 minutes walk to Tokyo Sky tree ( It is a must see as one can see 360 degree view of tokyo city - Literally birds eye view ; very organised) Breakfast was not served ( it was an apartment) But convenience stores were close by . Hot water temperature could be controlled through a wall mount control but it is best to keep the temperature at 60 degree as suggested in the instructions. It is advisable to read instructions before hand to make one's stay comfortable. Overall nice stay . Obtaining keys were a bit of a challenge from key box though we did not have much difficulty but some other guests literally struggled to get through the code supplied.

- James (2/5): Clean and modern, yes — but uncomfortable, poorly equipped, and not very guest-friendly, especially - The apartment was tidy, clean and very new, which was appreciated However, for a long stay (we stayed 25 days), the experience was quite disappointing overall. We specifically booked this place because it advertised two beds and a balcony. Unfortunately, both were major let-downs. The spare bed (futon) was extremely uncomfortable — it was basically just thin couch cushions. The main bed was also very uncomfortable and overly springy, and the pillows were as thin as crepes. There were only three pillows provided between two people, and when we asked for extra pillows, the managers declined and essentially told us the room comes as-is. The towels were also very poor quality — they were extremely small (about half the size of a normal towel), very thin, and not suitable for regular use over a long stay. For a three-week stay, the apartment was poorly stocked. We were only given three toilet paper rolls, and no basic cooking items at all (no oil, salt, pepper or sugar), which is unusual for an apartment with a kitchen. We had to go out and buy all of these ourselves. The balcony was also largely unusable — it was blocked by the bed and we were told we were not allowed to put a chair out there anyway, which defeated the purpose of having one. Other small but frustrating issues: there was an iron but no ironing board, the vacuum cleaner was falling apart when used, and overall the apartment was not well set up for a long-term stay. Clean and modern, yes — but uncomfortable, poorly equipped, and not very guest-friendly, especially for longer stays. I would not stay here again.

Those are too squishy and it was uncomfortable to sleep. A set of pillows and blanket was missing for the third guest who used the sofa bed. A desk was also in the way so the guest couldn’t pull out the sofa bed. The air conditioner was confusing to use. Hot water took too long to get heated. It was awful for winter

Facilities - easy access to the floor via lift not like other property, access via staircase. Provides washing machine detergent- easy for us to wash our clothing. Even provided other amenities such as shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, face towel & bath towel. Kitchen utensils were provided too, complete set. Well equipped. The bath towel too small (the size like face towel just a little longer). Unable to keep my body dry.

There’s lift at the building for easy access to the floor not like other property. The location near the convenience store & clothing dryer place. Other facilities are good. The bad about it they provide bath towel just like hand towel size, so small it can’t dry my body. If they could provide normal size bath towel much better.

The pillow case for the sofa bed was badly stained however the other bedding was clean. My sleep was disturbed by a continuous red flashing light on the control panel.

Would highly recommend, again if you don't mind a bit of a walk. Everything was exceptional. Though the TV, I had experience could not load Netflix even when I tried troubleshooting it. But overall, I will say I like everything.

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà nell’aprire la bucalettere contenente i box delle chiavi, forse abbiamo sbagliato noi. dopo aver contattato via mail il servizio clienti abbiamo risolto il problema.

Be aware that the property operates a check in process a little different to other places (key, not card and only one, accessed via lockbox) so if you are a group with different schedules, you need to leave the key in your room's lockbox when you go out.

- IAN (8/5): Perfect home-away-from home near Asakusa Station - Detailed (if slightly long) instructions make getting into our unit a breeze. Some folks seem to have a bit of a problem - just follow the steps and it's easy. Excellent shower! All other facilities in perfect working order. A short walk to several subway stops. Easy connectivity by subway to Narita or Haneda. Altogether, a perfect home-from-home. Would stay here again. There was some occasional garbage smell in the unit - maybe wafting up from the garbage room? Opening a window helped ventilate.

Nous avons demandé à la faire changer, car notre amie ne pouvait pas dormir avec. Le personnel nous a informés qu’elle serait remplacée dans la journée, mais cela n’a pas été fait. Nous n’avons reçu une nouvelle couverture que le lendemain, et celle-ci sentait également mauvais. Mon amie a donc dû dormir sans couverture pendant tout le séjour.

- Hannah (10/5): - Situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood, but it's very easy to go to anywhere in tokyo from the location. The entire property was spotless clean, with toiletries supplied inside, along with some cleaning products for laundry. The sitting room area feels like it's own little space, great for sorting luggage. The space was perfect for the length of stay in Tokyo. The staffless check-in and check-out procedures were pretty straightforward; this was given via email. All in all, pretty smooth and explained well in text.

- Leo (7/5): Generally good experience - Straightforward instructions, clean unit. Have no complaints about the way the unit was given to us. Unit also has a good shower (bathroom is divided into a shower split up room and the main bathroom which I loved). The second box of keys could not open despite following all instructions. Tried to call manager about it using device in the lobby but decided to let it go since the first box did open as planned. I do wish to receive instructions if there is a return however. Not sure if this was stated elsewhere, but my friends and I were under the idea that the room had 2 beds. I did suspect one but I do recommend having a section explicitly saying 1 bed, 1 sofa.

- Damery (7/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix, mais petit et pas un bon emplacement - L’établissement n’est pas cher du tout pour Tokyo, il y a a peu pres tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement donc top! Les serviettes et draps propres sont donnés tous les 4 jours, avec des shampooings et gel douche, très sympa. Vraiment petit malheureusement nous etions 3, un de mes amis devait dormir sur le « canapé lit » mais il était clairement trop petit pour lui, la check in était un peu complexe sauf si vous aimez les jeux (un véritable escape game pour trouver comment entrer), impossible de secher le linge autrement qu’a l’internat sur quelques cintres (pas de barres d’étendoirs même si il y a les bras de cet étendoir sur la terrasse). La localisation est pas top, c’est a 12 min d’un metro, les metro s’arrete a 23:30 pour cette destination et aucune activité/bar dans le quartier, il faut se rendre 20 min plus loin pour trouver qqch, on est aussi a l’extreme est de la ville pour aller dans les endroits plus sympa (shibuya gare ect) c’est rapidement 1h de transport.
- Fang-Yu (8/5): 總結這間還算是推薦的住宿，加上價錢也相對便宜～ - 1. 房間和這邊提供的平面圖不太相同，但我認為更佳舒適，在房間和廚房間有扇拉門，可以隔絕廚房的油煙味。 2. 房間跟其他房客評價的一樣，比照片看的來得更小，兩個人住相當舒適，但三個人（或以上）就會顯得擁擠，相對的浴室挺大間的。 3. 提供微波爐、熱水壺、洗衣機、冷藏+冷凍冰箱、瓦斯爐*2、3人份的鍋碗瓢盆，一個尚足夠料理的空間，想要的一切應有盡有，當然調味料要自備！ 1. 所有的一切都像是在解謎‼️ 房東會在住宿前兩天線上提供開鎖密碼（方式有點複雜），所以從頭到尾是碰不得房東本人的，當然如果遇到什麼問題，「應該」也是找不到人即時處理，包含房間在幾樓、WiFi怎麼開各種都要自己找到解答。 這時候可以用booking聯絡房東！當天半夜2.找不到wifi怎麼開時，房東有馬上回覆！ 2. 3人住的話要特別注意⚠️ 隔間本來是沙發床，需要自己鋪床（床單等都藏在旁邊櫃子裡），有提供薄薄的床墊（但上面有血跡！）和床單、枕頭，那個床墊大小最多就只能容納一個人。然後然後，夏天來要特別注意，整個房間只有一台冷氣，所以隔間不可能關門！會！熱！死🔥！ 3. 盥洗用品是依照人數提供 不是天數🙅🏻♀️ 事前看評價有提到盥洗用品、衛生紙等不夠，有事先詢問過能不能多提供點，但房東回覆是按人數提供的，所以不論是住1晚或是8晚都是一樣數量😭 4. 離地鐵站距離約15分鐘 這見仁見智，我們還算會走路，所以不覺得很遠，正樓下就有共享腳踏車（但永遠不超過2台！）
