• Ruiz Clares (7/5): En general muy bien - El apartamento es grandísimo y estaba muy limpio, la cocina también está muy bien. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas pedimos más para ponernos dos almohadas y no nos trajeron, papel higiénico y jabón justo para la estancia. Además la tapadera del váter se soltaba y era un poco incómodo usarlo.

• Mairead (8/5): Great 3 night stay in beautiful Prague. - The location was excellent. Very accessible to lots of public transport if you need it but in fact it was an easy walk away to all the major sightseeing attractions so we mostly just walked. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Very good value for money. Self check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is very spacious and having the extra separate wc as well as the main bathroom with shower was good for a group of friends. The curtains in the bedrooms didn't really cover the windows so it was very bright in the morning. It was chilly in the evenings and besides one single quilt each there was no extra blankets. It was very slippy to get in and out of the bath/shower with no handrail which made it difficult to get in and out for older travellers.

• Rother (6/5): Schöne Wohnung, toll gelegen aber für ruhige Nächte nicht geeignet - Die Lage der Wohnung st für einen Prag Besuch wunderbar. Ausstattung und Größe der Wohnung sehr gut. Gute Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber. Fahrstuhl vorhanden für die oberen Stockwerke sehr gut. Extrem unschön und unangenehm ist die Hellhörigkeit im gesamten Gebäude speziell im Treppenhaus. Trotz Ohrenstöpsel war an Schlafen ab 3Uhr nachts kaum noch zu denken. Betrunkene laute Jugendliche kehren aus dem Prager Nachtleben zurück und poltern und lärmen durch das hellhörige Treppenhaus. Da es bei den meisten Wohnungen nur 1 Schlüssel gibt, die Party People aber auch zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten nach Hause kommen, wird bei jeder Wohnung des Hauses rücksichtslos sturmgeklingelt, bis sich irgendjemand erbarmt die Gebäudetür bzw die Wohnungstür zu öffnen. Auch die Waschmaschine wurde noch um 3:30Uhr gestartet wahrscheinlich um die vollgekotzten Klamotten für die kommende Nacht schnell noch zu reinigen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung schön, dennoch würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen

• Marija (8/5): - Great location, about a 30-minute walk from the old town. The apartment is spacious and set in a charming old building, with easy access by elevator. Self check-in was smooth and convenient. Cleanliness could be improved - there were spider webs, some dust, and baloons under the bed from previous guests. The towels had stains and should be replaced. We also experienced low water pressure and some leaks in the bathroom after showering.
• Alexandra (5/5): - The location is good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and we had hot water. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not what we expected. When we arrived, the heating was not turned on and it was cold. Also, the sofa bed had not been opened, even though we had initially mentioned that we would need it. The sofa was very squeaky and made noise with even the slightest movement. The towels looked very bad and very worn out. We also did not have shower gel, a bottle of water, or any kind of welcome amenities.

• Kyle (1/5): Very disappointing as had the bed not been broken and the sheets clean the apartment would have been lovely - Location was good enough. We had an apartment with 2 doubles beds one of the beds was completely broken all slats were snapped and there was blankets stuffed underneath to try and fill the wholes, when I asked the owner they told me it would be fixed because I told the cleaner she took pictures of this and changed the dirty sheet after having to try and explain to her that they were dirty when we arrived we were told the bed was fixed why we was out for the day and it most certainly was not.

• Nereida (10/5): Meraviglioso - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Praga! L’appartamento era esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, accogliente, caldo e confortevole, perfetto per noi che viaggiavamo in famiglia. La posizione era ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma molto ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici (tram e metro), quindi spostarsi era semplice e comodo. A solo un minuto a piedi c’era anche un supermercato aperto fino alle 21:00, molto pratico durante il soggiorno. Jan è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: ha risolto subito un piccolo problema che abbiamo avuto una sera. Anche il check-in e il check-out sono stati molto comodi grazie al sistema con codice. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia visitare Praga.

• Desiree (9/5): Para repetir - Recomendable 100%. Buena comunicación con tranvía y bus para ir a cualquier lado. Rodeado de bares y supermercado. El apartamento estaba genial, con menaje de cocina suficiente y amplio y acogedor. La calefacción funciona genial, con lavado y secadora. Solo mejoraría los colchones, para mi gusto un poco incómodo.

• Merzo (10/5): Great apartment and great host - We were absolutely delighted with our apartments on Zborovska Street! They were spotless, warm, and comfortable, and we had a wonderful time. Our group had two apartments, and because we were celebrating a birthday, we were especially happy that Ian arranged for the apartments to be close to each other (same floor, next door). Ian was also extremely kind and organized the shuttle from the airport to our apartments and back, and he responded to every message super quickly. Thank you so much, Ian—we hope to see you again!

Pokoje prostorné. Postele pohodlné. Čisto. Nádherný velký stůl z masivu - měli jsme ap Holé stěny, stačilo by pár maličkostí - dekorací, obrázků a hned by bylo útulněji - viz fotky :-)

• Sara (7/5): - Posizione ottima, è a pochi passi dalla casa danzante . L’appartamento è molto grande. Economico per la zona in cui si trovava. Termosifoni arrugginiti nel bagno al piano di sotto; le finestre in entrambe le stanze avevano gli infissi parzialmente rotti ed entravano alcuni spifferi; pulizia delle stoviglie e di alcune asciugamani che lasciava a desiderare. Il lavello della cucina era allentato. Alcuni servizi garantiti non c’erano, come il phon. Il bagnoschiuma anche per esempio era fornito in un contenitore di plastica riempito.

• Nicola (7/5): Bella ma... - Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Casa Danzante dalla quale si raggiunge facilmente il centro città, sia a piedi che con i tram (che ha anche una fermata a 5 Minuti da casa). Struttura molto calda e accogliente con tutti i servizi utili funzionanti (bidet compreso) Pulizia non proprio ottimale e difficoltà a interloquire con l host che risponde a momenti alterni.

Anche il servizio transfer è stato eccellente, confortabile, puntuale e il prezzo era molto accessibile. La caldaia andava costantemente in blocco, almeno 2-3 volte al giorno (anche mentre eri sotto la doccia), e il divano letto era particolarmente scomodo, specialmente per chi soffre di mal di schiena.

• FREDERIC (8/5): Excellent séjour dans un appartement bien situé et très fonctionnel - Logement confortable ,fonctionnel et très bien situé a proximité de la station métro Andel (ligne b qui dessert le centre ville)et du terminus d’où arrive et part la navette pour l’aéroport (ligne bus 191) avec plusieurs tramways à proximité voir quelques minutes à pied qui desservent l’ensemble des sites de la ville Quartier très agréable et animé petit marché de noel de nombreux restaurants et des commerces de proximité voir d’une salle de concert Globalement très agréable pour y séjourner Informations concernant le ramassage des ordures ménagères et mise à disposition d’un minimum pour nettoyer au quotidien (balai,aspirateur)
