• Gianluca (9/5): Superb - Great position and view. Fully equipped with all home appliances and a welcome set of coffee/tea. Very clean overall, nice comfortable beds. The support team is also able to adjust the temperature of the flat according to the guest preferences. Great experience overall!
• Gavin (10/5): We want to come back to the same resort, and same apartment, which is unusual for us. - The location was super, as everything was within 100 metres from shops, ski hire, restaurants and lifts. The rubbish bins were not easy to find. This was only a problem on the last day. Explanations of their location would be useful. The apartment was hot when we arrived, we needed to keep windows open on some occasions, but our stay was unseasonably warm in the resort.
• Edward (4/5): Disappointing - Great location and large apartment The apartment was fairly old, the door handle fell off on the first day and the toilet clogged a few days later (you essentially could not flush toilet paper without clogging the toilet even though a sign advised this was possible). The check in instructions and the staff also recommended parking in the public car park. Upon checking with the staff if there were any restrictions or time limit on parking in the public car park, they advised there were no restrictions. My rental car was subsequently towed and the staff only then advised me that a parking restriction had been placed on the car park. Upon retrieval of the car, I then attempted to park in the private garage the apartment provides (a fair distance away from the apartment), however, the keys of this garage did not work and the staff had to drop off another set of keys. The private garage is also very small and parking was very difficult. The staff were very unhelpful following the towing of the car and refused to take any responsibility which was very disappointing given I had specifically queried this upon checking in. If you are going to drive and park at this apartment, make sure to be aware of any parking restriction (check for any signs) and park in the private parking if your car is small enough.

Host stresses guests excessively with information (financial consequences) The deposit for the apartment (card block: 500 E) is many times higher than the deposits I had previously secured in Italy
