• Maria Lucia (9/5): Week-End a Bologna per concerto - Abbiamo soggiornato a Bologna sabato e domenica e pernottato in questo appartamento di fronte alla stazione di Bologna Centrale (si esce dalla stazione, si attraversa la strada e lo si raggiunge). Avevamo un concerto allo Stadio dell'Ara, a 3km di distanza, facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata a piedi di 30' circa. Centro storico raggiungibile a piedi in 10' circa. Zona ricca di bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie,... L'appartamento si compone di una cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni. La cucina è spaziosa e adibita al consumo di pasti fai da te (frigorifero, microonde, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè, piano cottura, piatti, bicchieri, posate,..). L'host lascia a disposizione capsule del caffè, tisane/thè e qualche biscottino. La camera in cui abbiamo pernottato prevedeva l'uso esclusivo di uno dei due bagni; mentre il secondo servizio è in condivisione tra le altre due camere. A disposizione asciugamani (piccolo, medio e grande), tappetino, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon. Presenza di aria condizionata mediante pinguino, che non refrigera la stanza come un vero e proprio condizionatore; comunque stanza vivibile in termini di temperatura. NON per colpa dell'host ma tassa di soggiorno per niente economica (quasi 6 euro a persona).
• Kinga (8/5): Good choice for a quick city break - We like a warm welcome by Andrea. He is a very kind person and a very good host. He gave us a gift of a bottle of Chianti vine and some Italian sweets. He replies to messages very fast. The room was clean and tidy. In the apartment, there are 3 rooms for rent. We also really enjoyed coffee maschine for quick espresso in the morning. The location is perfect to enjoy also other beautiful Italian cities as it is 5 minutes from Bologna Centrale. The room was close to the street, so it was very loud, and because there is no air conditioning the window had to stay wide open, ear plugs will be recommended.

• Makar (8/5): The location is great for most travellers and those stopping by Bologna on the way. - It is very close to the train station and all of the shops and restaurants that are nearby. Bus connections are also very handy. The room is very well outfitted and fairly clean. The bathrooms, while shared, were also well made and maintained. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had just about everything for an extended stay. Overall it is a very good experience for the cost and the staff have done a good job making the stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately (and I was warned of this by the owner) there is a lot of noise coming into some rooms, both from the noisy street outside and sometimes from other visitors, either late at night or early in the morning. It is normally not excessive, but one may be woken up by a loud car or a neighbouring visitor being too loud. There was also a somewhat strange smell in the corridor, probably from the cleaning supplies or some kind of air freshener. It was not present in the rooms, but the smell could be a bit too much in the common areas.

• Helena (10/5): Exceptional - Andrea is a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Bologna Centrale Train Station and Bus Station is only “4” minutes’ walk from the apartment. The flat is spotlessly clean. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and well presented. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Bologna. Thank you Andrea!!!
• Petra (8/5): Very good - If you want to stay near the train station, this is the perfect accommodation for you, just across the street. Cafes, restaurants and a supermarket are also close to it. The host is very nice and helpful and speaks perfect English, which is not common in Italy. We were allowed a late check-out which we really appreciated and thanks to that we could spend 4 hours more in Bologna. Our room was large, very clean, with two separate beds and a balcony. The bathroom is large, but it deserves a small renovation. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea are always available. Wifi is very strong. It is necessary to say that this is a shared apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Although this room has its own bathroom, it is outside the room, so if you go from room to bathroom, you are very likely to meet one of the roommates, which is not ideal for privacy.
