• Sorin (9/5): It was a pleasure to stay at Locazione. - Clean room, free products for an early breakfast, large and comfy bed. Not so much natural light.
• RICARD (10/5): INOLVIDABLEMENTE PERFECTO - Apartamento perfecto muy cuidado y limpio con todos los detalles. Situación muy buena para visitar Bari. Ruggiero es increiblemente atento y fantástico. Cuida hasta el menor detalle. Lástima que no pueda ponerle más de 10, porque se lo merece. Recomiendo mil veces este alojamiento y a su anfitrión. Además tiene el Restaurante LA TAVERNA VERDE: impresionante y bonito restaurant con excelente comida. Si vuelvo a BARI tengo claro donde volveré a alojarme y donde volveré a comer. Felicidades y muchas gracias por hacernos nuestra estadía super agradable. Absolutamente todo perfecto y genial.
• Guest (8/5): Spero di tornare - La posizione della struttura, in una zona tranquilla e facile da raggiungere stazione centrale, centro città e spiaggia. Tutto alla mano. Ottimi consigli su dove mangiare bene In bagno un po’ di cattivo odore, la porta struscia col pavimento e fa un po’ di rumore. Solo questi due piccoli difetti. Che però non hanno pesato sul nostro soggiorno nella struttura

• Andreas (9/5): In general very nice room!! - Very pretty room and comfortable room!! Nice host! We got the big room with the third bed!! Well equipped!! Very big bed cover so enough for two persons to not be uncomfortable!! Nice snacks!! Nice big bathroom very clean and well equipped!! Pretty neighborhood, nice distance from the train/bus station, close to the sea, walkable distance from the old city!! It was not the cheapest but good for the period!! In general very nice!! In general very nice!! Just a small notice, that it had a lot of humidity so you need open the blinds and ventilate it well during the morning, because the ventilator of the bathroom is not enough! One more thigns that doesn't have to do with the room or the host but the neighborhood, even though it's very pretty, has people peeing around and people not collecting the poop of the dogs.

• Ventsislav (10/5): Perfect stay - Everything was great! The room was big enough and had everything you needed plus there were left some croissants and other stuff for breakfast. The owner is very kind and it was pleasure for us to be his guests in this apartment and in his perfect restaurant.

We also got a discount at his restaurant which I highly recommend, Taverna Verde. Good food at reasonable price with a good homely and friendly atmosphere. We also got some croissants,toast and some snacks. Good location, 12 min walk to the centre and 5 min away from the sea. Nothing to complain about
• Anton (9/5): Superb - Super owner, helpful, always attentive and responsive. Good location of room, clean. Not for cooking, but if you eat in very good restaurant which is connected with owners family (owner works there) and they offer you discount you will be happy. -
• Mariana (10/5): It was a nice stay and a beautiful discovery of a city and its people! - The host is amazing, very welcoming and warm. He accepted to welcome us at a very late arrival. He was very generous: offering us information about restaurant, places to go out. Also, he provides us butter, jam, toast and croissants. The room was very clean and well equipped: towels, toiletries, sewing set, q tips, etc. Very well situated : next to a central street with shops, coffees. Quiet neighbourhood, 15 min by walk of the central station, 3 min by foot till the seaside and maximum 15 min by walk of the old city. Very pleasant stay, we will certainly come back.

The host is extremely polite, welcoming and friendly. He did not only provide the apartment, he made us feel like a family! Great host, we will be returning for a new adventure soon!

• Sasha (9/5): Nice stay in Bari! - Clean and modern facilities. We had a comfortable stay there. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Had to pay tourist tax (€8 for 2 people & 2 nights, but I guess that’s normal in Italy) and sign a form that was in Italian.

The booking didn't mention breakfast but we had a coffee machine , coffee water and food in a basket. The owner Ruggero is extremely kind and helpful. If I will go again in Bari I will choose the same place also for the convenient location.

From helping us with our bags when we checked in and out, to recommendations for dinner, he was always attentive and responsive. We also had lunch at Taverne Verde upon his recommendation and the service and food were outstanding. We would highly recommend a stay here and are very grateful to Ruggy for all of his kindness and assistance during our stay.

• Gabriela (10/5): Hidden Gem with Exceptional Hospitality - As a relatively new establishment with limited reviews, I was initially hesitant, but let me assure you, this place exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.  It was a nice surprise that every day they let us some snacks (toast bread, jam, croissants, small pretzels and Nutella — for free) and cleaned the room.  Also, the owner was very nice and very responsive (provided some really nice recommendations - we also eat at the restaurant recorded by him which is a traditional family restaurant- I will also recommend going there) Overall really nice experience! I recommended stay here ;) -
