• DLam17 (9/5): Great hotel for a stay in Zermatt, lovely staff, perfect breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. - The breakfast was excellent and complete. Friendly staff and very clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was also very clean with a good warm shower. Plenty of nice and fresh towels every day. The hotel's electric cart picked us up very shortly after calling them from the train. It also took us to back when were leaving for Täsch again. Location is good, it's a small walk to and from the city center. If you're fit enough, it is not a problem to walk to one of the lifts that take you up the mountains.

• Rishikesh Sharan (10/5): Relaxing stay in a huge apartment - The apartment is huge in size, perfect for a large group or a family. The property had the view of Matterhorn. It is not far away from train station. It is a service apartment so all the benefits of a hotel in a home set was a perfect match for me. The staffs were really good and nice to us.

The laundry service was reasonably priced and fast. The tvs are too small. Anything less than 40” is tiny these days. I think the tvs were 32”.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel taken care of at every step. The best surprise was being picked up from the train station in an electric taxi and driven straight to the property — such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Our luggage was carried all the way to the room, which made the arrival completely effortless. The apartment itself was spotless and immaculately maintained, with daily cleaning that went above and beyond our expectations. It was extremely spacious, very quiet, and beautifully well stocked with everything we needed. The internet was fast and reliable, which was a bonus. Every room had a stunning view of the Matterhorn — waking up to that scenery felt unreal. The location is also perfect: very close to the town center while still feeling peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% return and recommend this property to anyone visiting Zermatt. N/A

Funcionários atenciosos, com destaque para o rapaz que atende o café da manhã, e para os que fazem o transfer estação-hotel. A sacada é muito simpática. É uma bobagem mas achamos enjoativo - muito doce - o perfume no hall do último bloco. E seria muito útil um forno microondas.

Support when needed, daily cleaning. Proper elevators Slightly walk from the main road but that’s acceptable as it’s Zermatt and everything is at walking distance.

• Ming (10/5): - 我們的公寓在2樓，陽台可以看到完整的馬特洪峰，廚房設備齊全，房間、走道、客廳空間非常的大，第一天從火車站到旅館和最後一天離開時的這兩趟行程，旅館可以派車接送，其餘都是步行到鎮上或是纜車站，我們非常喜歡這裡，享受住在這的旅行。 我們是8月時住宿，房子下午會曬太陽直到晚上8點多，但窗戶和門沒有紗窗或紗門，如果打開的話，會有很多的小蟲飛進來，不開窗戶的話，又會非常的悶熱，如果可以提供電扇或是有紗窗通風，住宿體驗會更好。

• Julie (10/5): Spacious apartment with a beautiful view and a delicious breakfast. - We booked the apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was beautiful, had an amazing view of the Matterhorn, and breakfast was included! The best of both worlds-an apartment with lots of space and a delicious buffet breakfast (included) plus staff onsite if you needed anything (we didn't). I would stay here again!

A really good guy who worked hard to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. Also the property sent a car to come and pick us up front and take us to the train station for no charge.

• Michael (8/5): Solo travelers beware of economy room with restricted view - Clean and relatively quiet. Excellent breakfast and staff at breakfast were particularly pleasant. I rented a small unit with one twin bed. Although the room and furnishings were nice, the view was terrible. I had a rough concrete retaining wall just a meter or so outside my window (see photo). I could not see any sky whatsoever. When I questioned the receptionist about the view she pointed out that I reserved “an economy room with restricted view”. She was correct, but I think the hotel could have been more up front with the definition. If you anticipate being gone all day, however, this room (C-22) is fine. Also, this is the first time in all my travels that the receptionist informed me that she accepts tips.

The aparment is big and can easily host 3 to 4 people in total. Walking distance to shops and bars and tourist attractions. Well done to the whole team of this hotel.

The breakfast was monotonous without any variation, and my apartment was a bit dark with poor lighting – it felt a bit like a cave. I checked in on my birthday and, as a compliment, only received a handshake, which was a bit disappointing.

When we did, it was a very pleasant stay in the room. Plenty of space and larger than any other hotel during our tour of Switzerland. Looked exactly like the pictures.

Al apartamento le daba el sol todo el día y hacía calor, no disponía de persianas o toldo para evitarlo. Edredones muy calientes para la temporada de verano. Estaría bien algún utensilio más de cocina o que tuviera microondas.
