- Norbert (9/5): 9/10 little details to change but overall loved it - location is a game changer, close to everything and nice view from terrace. contact with owner was quick and efficient. all necessary amenities were there the door were difficult to operate, had trouble with closing and opening as well as there was no supply of toilet paper and soap for whole stay, and only two glasses where 3 adults can sleep - little annoying but managed to enjoy nonetheless

- Yasen (10/5): - It is an amzing placeto stay. The host is wonderful and responds instantly, special thanks to the amazing ladies downstairs in the medical centre who helped us a lot with suggestions which places to visit, where to eat and helping us with booking a taxi for the airport as we had to leave during the night. The lokation cannot be better, right on the main street, next to the bus stop. The apartment itself is spacious and has a huge terrace from which you can watch the sunset or just relax and have a drink I am definitely recommending this apartment!!!

- Nikolay (6/5): Great place, unprofessional host - The rooms were large, spacious, and clean. I didn’t like the host’s attitude. We had booked 4 apartments, but due to the war, one of the families with two children got scared and wanted to cancel. We wrote to the host, and they replied telling us not to worry and to contact them 15 days before the check-in date. The family with the children eventually decided to cancel, and 17 days before the check-in date I informed the host that we wanted to cancel just one of the 4 apartments, but they refused, saying it was already too late. It’s not about the money, but we are very disappointed with their attitude. We paid for the apartment and didn’t even use it. We just want to share our experience so you know that in this regard they are not fair. Otherwise, the apartments are nice, spacious, and clean.
- Sophie (8/5): - The location was good for us. A short walk to the coast (5 -10 mins) but far enough away from the noise of the bars etc. Bus stop for airport bus drop off just outside. The apartment was as shown in the pics and the check in was simple with all instructions given in advance of arrival. There are shops close by for simple items. The apartment had nice decor. The bathroom was a good size and, once we realised that the hot water switch needed to be on, the shower was hot with good pressure. The kitchen had some basic equipment but we only used it for breakfast. The building is well maintained with a lift. The sofa was a little uncomfortable. The apartment was clean when we arrived but there was no cleaning equipment to clean during the stay. By the 7th day, the floor was in great need of sweeping (which we would have done if equipment was provided). The towels were changed everything 7 days so take pods with you to use the washing machine (also sold in small bags in some shops for around €3). The airer was broken and we had to use the balcony chairs to hold it up. The bathroom door didnt close properly and the main door didnt open easily (which we reported to the company). Non of these issues were major and didnt affect our stay, just a little annoying.

- Ksenia (10/5): - This is the first time I’m leaving such a long review here, but these apartments truly deserve it. The host was always in touch and helped with everything. Communication was incredibly comfortable and easy. The apartments impressed me with their cleanliness and how well-equipped they are. There is absolutely everything you might need: plenty of dishes, a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and oven. A good TV with internet access as well. Very cozy atmosphere. The sea is within walking distance, and you’re staying right in the center, surrounded by lots of places to go. At the same time, it’s very quiet in the evenings and at night. I had a small issue — we checked out later than we were supposed to, but they were very understanding and allowed us to take our time getting ready. I also forgot my hair styler in the room, and they personally delivered it to another hotel for me. This place is absolutely wonderful — I highly recommend it a thousand times and will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you for making me feel at home while on vacation ❤️

The view from the balcony was amazing. Everything was absolutely superb! I love it and I'll definitely stay in the future again.

- Rayane (7/5): - Não sei se estão colocando o apartamento agora para alugar, mas as tomadas não tinha adaptadores nem para os equipamentos que tem no apartamento, abajur sem lâmpadas, e eu tive que dormir os 3 dias na sala no sofá pq não tinha o controle do ar condicionado do quarto e estava frio. Mandei mensagem falaram que estava lá e não estava. Tem uma mesquita na frente e a rua é lacrada pela polícia então vc tem que ir com a mala até o ap que não é longe mas tem.

Saimme ensin väärän asunnon tiedot ja avaimet, ja kun olimme saaneet osan tavaroista purettua, niin ovella olikin kaksi naista joilla oli varaus ko. huoneeseen. Saimme kuitenkin nopeasti selvitettyä asian puhelimitse, ja pääsimme oikeaan huoneistoon. Asunnossa piti olla ruuanlaittovälineet, mutta sieltä ei löytynyt yhtään paistinpannua tai kattilaa. Olimme asiasta yhteydessä whatsapin kautta, ja sieltä lupailtiin semmoiset toimittaa, mutta niitä ei ikinä saatu. Ikävää koska ajatuksemme oli tehdä ruokaa myös asunnolla, joka nyt ei onnistunutkaan.

Hiába jól felszerelt a szállás, sok minden nem annyira praktikus, vagy nem lehet kihasználni, mert még hiányzik hozzá valami.A hálószoba kicsi, zavaró az eljárás az ágy mellett. Az ágy a hálóban és a kanapé volt a legkényelmetlenebb, ami nem tetszett. Porcicák azért jöttek ki rendesen. Egy benti seprű és felmosó lenne. Este kicsit fáztunk, a klímát nem tudtuk annyira felfűteni, ezért nem is használtuk.

Although we didn't meet the host and communicated via whatsapp it was smooth and we had all information in time and all questions were answered pretty fast.

- Catalina (8/5): Merită ales, raport calitate-preț foarte bun. - Apartamentul este destul de spațios, foarte frumos mobilat și bine utilat cu tot ce ai putea avea nevoie pentru un sejur, mai ales în ceea ce privește bucătăria. Am avut un extra adaptor disponibil în apartament, ceea ce a ajutat mult. Este situat aproape de plajă, la doar câteva minute de mers pe jos, intr un bloc nou. Proprietatea a fost foarte implicată și comunicativă, a fost foarte ușor să ajungem la locație și să facem check-in ul. Este o locație bună spre forte bună și a meritat cu siguranță banii. Aș alege oricând acest apartament în defavoarea unei camere de hotel. Modul în care a fost făcută curățenia a lăsat puțin de dorit. S a spălat pe jos înainte, dar mirosul nu era de proaspăt, ci mai degrabă de stătut, de mucegai. Acest miros a persistat în toate zilele șederii. Erau, de asemenea, câteva elemente deteriorate în apartament, dar n au fost atât de deranjante pe cât a fost lipsa apei calde. Nu am reușit în niciun fel să dăm de ea, iar asta a fost cel mai neplăcut lucru. Cu toate astea, nu am contactat proprietatea, poate aceasta ne ar fi ajutat. Bănuiesc ca acesta este un lucru rezolvabil.

- Michal Ú. (9/5): I recommend it. Beautiful accommodation in the center of Larnaca with all amenities. - Beautiful, modern accommodation in the center of Larnaca. Just a few minutes’ walk from the shopping mall, the beach, and a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and local attractions. The key handover via a lockbox with a code was very convenient. The apartment is well equipped – smart TV, capsule coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Our unit consisted of a kitchen with a dining and living area, a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, and a long balcony overlooking the street. The accommodation is located in a quiet side street, right next to an Israeli synagogue, which is guarded by police on both sides – this makes you feel even safer. I would definitely recommend it for both short and longer stays. The apartment is well equipped, but it could be better maintained. The bathroom was clean but a bit worn. The sofa needs cleaning. For longer stays, it would be better to have regular cleaning, fresh towels and more toiletries. Overall, we were satisfied and everything was fine.

- Joanna (8/5): Było bardzo dobrze, parę rzeczy do poprawek. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, praktycznie centrum ale zdecydowanie ciszej i spokojnie. Można się wyspać Pomimo iż obiekt jest nowy widać już ślady użytkowe oraz sprzątania "dla oka". Brakowało dodatkowych środków czystości jak kapsułki do prania i worków na śmieci. Wyposażenie kuchni też trochę słabo, jeden duży garnek , 3 szklanki itd. Minusem może być też że na przeciwko mieszkania znajduje się synagoga i pokój 402 jest vis-a-vis okien restauracji, gdzie przebywanie na balkonie może być dla kogoś krępujące. Dla nas nie było ,ponadto są rolety.

- Ada (7/5): Great location & value for money - Location is just 3 minutes walk from the center. Nearby the synagogue and Jewish center, secured police 24/7. Big balcony, a lot of sun through the window, so it was very worm inside. Well equipped kitchen. Bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is small groceries store just across the street. Very quiet place despite closeness to the center. The couch in the living room was extremely dirty, old and uncomfortable to sleep on it.

- susan (6/5): Some things definitely need addressing. - We like the area very much as we had previously stayed before. The doors all require looking at because they don’t shut. The pillows require throwing away and need new ones bought, they were very poor. There was hardly any filling in them. A broom needs to be supplied so you can keep the apartment swept and clean. I had purchased a new ironing board cover as the one there was not fit for purpose.
- Tamás (7/5): Néhány napra teljesen megfelelő szállás. - Jó helyen van. Megfelelően felszerelt szállás. A kanapéágy nem volt túl kényelmes, arra kellene egy fedőmatrac, vagy helyette egy normál ágy. A hűtő elég hangosan zúgott.

- Aleksandra (9/5): Fajny apartament w super lokalizacji - Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko wszystkich najważniejszych punktów i morza. Czysta pościel, ręczniki, balkon, klimatyzacja. Dostępny papier, ręcznik papierowy itp. Łatwe zameldowanie, self checkin. Mogłoby być nieco czyściej - pościel była świeża, a samo mieszkanie ogólnie zadbane, choć na wejściu wyczuwalny był nieprzyjemny zapach pochodzący od spleśniałej gąbki do naczyń. Obiekt znajduje się naprzeciwko Jewish Community Cyprus, dlatego teren wokół apartamentu jest patrolowany przez policję. Nie stanowiło to dla nas żadnego problemu, ale warto mieć to na uwadze w obecnej sytuacji. Fajnie gdyby były kapsułki do kawy :)

- Natalia (8/5): - Lokalizacja w samym centrum, blisko na plażę. Bardzo ładny wystrój apartamentu, duży telewizor i Netflix, dobra klimatyzacja. Prawie wszystko jest nowe w tym apartamencie. Piekarnik, toster, czajnik, mikrofalówka. Łatwe zameldowanie, czytelne wskazówki, klucze w skrzynce na kod.Warto wynająć sobie rower np. Nextbike. Fajny balkon, ale bez słońca w pokoju 301.Uwaga, dostaliśmy inny pokój niż zdjęcia na Booking. Gdyby nie problemy, o których piszę poniżej oceniłabym ten apartament bardzo wysoko. Po zameldowaniu okazało się, że dostaliśmy inny pokój niż ten który był w rezerwacji. Pomimo interwencji Booking wynajmujący upierał się i Booking zwrócił nam 17% rezerwacji. W apartamencie nie było ani jednego garnka, musieliśmy gotować na patelniach, zepsuta jest też pralka co chwilę się zacina i pokazuje różne błędy. Po zgłoszeniu wynajmującemu powiedział, że mam wysłać na WhatsApp filmik obrazujący nieprawidłowości, pomimo dokładnego opisania problemu. Wcześniej brakowało też drugiego kompletu pościeli, ale akurat to zostało dostarczone.

- Predrag Antti (10/5): - Beautiful apartment in a peaceful area of Larnaca. It is located within walking distance from the seafront. The amenities are very useful, well designed interior, beautiful and spacious balcony. I already booked my future stay in this apartment. I loved it very much 😍

Communication with the property owners was fast and informative, they gave us detailed instructions for check in, and catch up if we need anything else which was nice. Apartment itself was nice, as it is on the pictures. Generally would recommend. There are lots of clusters and stuff in the kitchen that you don't need for short stays but not the stuff that you would actually need, like electric adapters. Only two towels per person. And there is a slight unpleasant smell but nothing alarming

Po wejściu do apartamentu zauważyliśmy sporo brudu (w łazience na podłodze było sporo włosów, pod zlewem w kuchni znaleźliśmy zużyty patyczek do uszu). W łazience nie było mydła (w mydelniczce było dosłownie kilka kropel mydła rozcieńczone z wodą). Zgłaszaliśmy utrudnienia właścicielom, którzy obiecali się tym zająć jednakże nic się nie zmieniło. Lokalizacja również jest trochę problematyczna. Z jednej strony apartament jest blisko plaży i innych atrakcji Larnaki, aczkolwiek Apartament znajduje się naprzeciwko synagogi żydowskiej - codziennie, nawet w niedzielę słychać z niej krzyki i od porannych godzin puszczają bardzo głośno muzykę (nie jest to muzyka religijna tylko rozrywkowa).

- Ana (9/5): Nice place to stay - We really liked the apartment. It’s very nice, well-equipped, and overall comfortable. Everything was reasonably clean, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. A few small improvements could make it even better: some hooks in the bathroom and near the entrance would be very useful for towels, bags, and jackets. New pillows would also be appreciated, as the current ones are quite worn and lumpy. A mattress topper for extra softness would be a great addition as well. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it. The points about the mattresses and pillows are as already mentioned above.
