- Akhilesh (7/5): - Value for money not achieved.
- Sou (1/5): Chaotic experience - When I went to the hotel with two little kids at 8pm, the manager completely denied my booking, saying it was a glitch in booking.com, and then he called up another hotel to arrange my stay. I called Shubharamb hotel twice. I also got a message from them saying they are looking forward to welcoming us but the manager straightaway denied that as well. Was very stressful experience.
I have escalated with booking.com.
- Ashish (10/5): - Hospitality Little far away from Ram Mandir. But you can get a cab from hotel.
- chatterjee (10/5): -
- Paritosh (7/5): Quite far away from city - Spacious room
Excellent Washroom fittings I took lunch,,,
Dal had a smoky smell,,, it happens when you put the Tadka in an overheated pan,,,
Sabji was useless,,,
Entire evening I suffered from Acidity,,, most pathetic food,,,

One of the worst experience in my life..

Amit is a great owner and will make sure your - Great tasting food in restaurant, staff exceptionally friendly. Owner, Amit, awesome. Made me feel very much at ease. Location. A bit far from Ram temple. Electricity issues. Still going through construction.

- Megan G (10/5): -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Prasoon (1/5): Bad -
- Ramachandra (3/5): Not value for money paid, charged 4star rates for a 2 star hotel - Nothing Very unclean towels , no basic soaps and shampoo, broken toilet, property still under construction and full of dust, power comes and goes frequently
- Deep (8/5): Very good -
- Vijayalakshmi (5/5): Lot of scope for improvement - The stay in rooms were neat. There was no proper restaurant for availing complimentary breakfast. The atmosphere for dining was not amicable. They informed eating oats with milk was part of complimentary breakfast but ordering milk alone was chargeable. Their logic was irrational.
- Pradeep (1/5): Bad - Bad Nothing good
- Binayak (9/5): Superb -
- Pavan (1/5): Its illegal to be clean / hygienic at this hotel - Nothing! Photos on booking website is pure fantasy. It seems that it is illegal to be clean at this hotel. Dust everywhere, construction noise throughout the day. More Mosquitoes than entire hotel staff and guests. Floor was filthy. I would not stay here for the exorbitant price, when you can stay at a Taj or equivalent for 1.5K to 2k INR more
- Tolani (5/5): Passable - Staff are polite. Service is quick. Facilities not upto the mark.
Food quality average.
- Krishnan (1/5): Bad staff treating us rudely and poorly. - The hotel staff was very rude to my parents. They didn’t let them stay for a little longer than the checkout time. Please book somewhere else and not here.
- Joganna (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rajat (3/5): Do not book this hotel. - Breakfast was not available on time. limited and poor menu and preparation. Hotel reception said you don't have booking despite booking from booking.com. later they gave us rooms on different floors. They charged in cash only, did not gave bill as well. It is fraud property which is duping people for money. location is also very far from ram mandir..
- Divyanshu (4/5): Disappointing -
- R (8/5): Good - Good Good
- Ramnarain (5/5): Passable -
- Dixit (10/5): Exceptional - Location ,service ,cleanliness, staff All was good
- Kalpita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vishal (1/5): Unethical people who cancelled my booking - Nothing worth liking This is a very unethical hotel. I had done my room booking thru Booking.com and on the day of checking in, I called the hotel to inform that I shall be checking in late and that they should not release the room
To my utter surprise they tell me that my booking has been cancelled and that they have received an email from Booking.com and then they tell me that they are fully occupied
Given the heavy rush due to the Kumbh Mela, I am sure they would have found a high paying client and hence they simply cancelled my booking
I would sincerely suggest that do not stay at such a hotel who does not value client service and are unethical
- Lalitha (7/5): Location excellent but hotel overpriced - The location and pleasant staff Basic breakfast and breakfast was very late at 9 am . They don’t accept foreign cards. We had to go get 10000 rupees cash to pay .
- Ghadge (9/5): Superb - Good location bit far from temple site.
Cleanliness was good. They should have full fledged resturant.
- Margu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcelina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vijay (1/5): Disgusting - do not stay here - Nothing What an absolutely shocking and disgusting experience.
We flew to Ayodhya to visit the Shri Ram Mandir from the UK. A booking was made to stay at this hotel via booking.com in October 2024 to stay in January 2025.
On arrival to the hotel, the manager advised us that the booking had been cancelled and they were trying to contact me to advise me. This is not true - nobody contacted me. The manager told us that nothing could be done, and left us stranded without a hotel booking.
It then became apparent that because of Republic Day, hotels were booked up, and they clearly had cancelled our booking and chose to charge a higher price to other guests. Talk about pure greediness - I hope one day that karma hits you.
If Trimrooms are reading this - please do not treat people in this manner. We travelled all the way from the UK for this trip and you left us stranded all because of your greed. The manager was rude and didn’t want to know. This isn’t the way to treat people.
My advice if you’re thinking of booking is to be very careful and stay elsewhere.
- Kalpana (8/5): Very good -
- Ashish (9/5): Superb -
- Raman (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast on rooftop setting was although with limited options but was fresh and well prepared Overpriced rooms didn't even had clean towels.
- Amar (10/5): Exceptional -

- Raghav (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daya (10/5): Exceptional - All things were good
- Morje (4/5): Staff behaviour - Disappointed Nothin
- Yugandhara (7/5): Basic stay for high cost - Breakfast was good. They cant give you even tea before 8am. Room was different from the pics. We paid 11k for very basic room. Bottled water was 500ml pp rest was chargeable. Overall not a value for money.
- Bhanavi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bhupendra (3/5): Poor - Nothing to promote. Rundown hotel or more of a guest house middle of no where. Nothing around the place and rooms not tidy.
- Pankaj (8/5): Very good - Near highway, staff was good, food was freshly prepared so was very good. Extra bed could had been more comfortable. Movement was blocked due to extra beds in room.
- Vishal (2/5): Not comfortable and definitely not value for money. - Staff were attentive to requests. Basic things needed to be asked like towels, mats etc. The trash near the hotel is awful.
- Chaitanya (5/5): Pictures in website is different to the current stage of hotel - Breakfast was good although you have to wait for the food to arrive in chunks, on a normal day breakfast should take 10 mins, it took 40 mins mostly waited for the food and Tea/Coffee. quality is not consistent
allocated rooms are good, but the maintenance is poor, lot of dust under the beds which speads through out the room if the Fan is switched on. AC buttons in the rooms doesnt work, not sure if the AC was switched on or not.
Part of the hotel is under consutruction which resulted in lot of dust everywhere.
Staff were helpful for all requests. Booked the 4 rooms in the hotel few months in advance but resulted in having one of the rooms not available, very poor management. Two out of 4 families had to struggle staying in a room, where two cots were arranged in a living room but charged for 4 rooms saying that the ENSUITE is lot more expensive than Double room, no respect for the compromise we had to take for their mistake!!!
Overpriced for the current stage of the hotel. heard that the hotel was constructed little over an year ago, doesnt look like it with the current state of it.
Quality of Dinner ordered is decent.
- Jagadish (1/5): Bad - Not too far from Airport. Insects in all 3 rooms (crockrochets, flies, and mosquitos), family bitten on face and legs. WiFi wasn't working. Toilet broken, cold water. Customer service was very poor. They were not willing to provide extra pillows when requested. Mattress and pillow cases were worn out and full of stains, staff unwilling to replace. Room TV was non-functional.
Breakfast was very sub-standard, one cook rushing to prepare food for all guests. Single lift broke down three times, when breakfast on open terrace.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
- Vibhor (2/5): Very poor - It was not as per the pictures. It's room had a distinct smell and some of the things looked unclean.
- Nagpal (10/5): Exceptional - Everything from rooms to service was just perfect. They catered for our individual needs too as we were a group of 9 people which had kids and elderly too. Excellent staff & service. Liked everything
- Nagpal (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms & bathrooms were just perfect- spacious,
clean and tidy. Breakfast options were limited but still was enough & very good. They catered to our specific needs too. Nothing
- Aparna (5/5): Saw a small cockroach in one of the room. - Rooms were not v clean.
Bathroom had such a small light, it was barely li.
One room didn’t have tea coffee maker while the other did.
Locker for one room was not working.
Towels were not kept. Had to ask for a.
Beds were not comfortable.
And most importantly, they did not accept international credit card. .
- Vivek (4/5): Disappointing -
- Satyabrat (8/5): Very good -
- Akansha (4/5): Not satisfactory - The location was good. Parking space was available. The washrooms were very congested. The room was not prepared beforehand delivery. We had to ask for toiletries. The geyser was not working properly. The rooms were interconnected due to which we could hear other people talking and vice versa. Very very limited options in breakfast. The overall experience was not as good as expected.
- Lal (8/5): Very good -
- Jotishma (8/5): Very good -
- Divya (9/5): Superb -
- Gulshan (2/5): Horrible place to stay and ban them. Out of city wrongly defined close to RM Mandir. - Nothing Most of the facilities in your booking did not exist. They said the credit card machine will only take Indian credit card. Then said it will work when I check out. Open checking out they said they have facilities for Any international credit card only Indian Credit cards and demanded cash. I had to give them Australian dollars and they refused to provide me a receipt. I had to leave to catch my plane.
The safe for valuables did not work and they said they will fix it but did not.
Manager refused to return my calls since I checked in. Why you have not responded to my email on the above. You are driving your own loyal customers away.
- Anjana (6/5): Pleasant - Staff were really helpful
- Aruna (8/5): The hotel was 10 KMs from Ayodhya Ram Mandir. - Hotel room was comfortable. Toilet was clean. Location was far off from Ram Mandir . Getting transportation was an issue. Breakfast was basic but was well prepared.
- Amendra (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Had all the facilities that we could ask for and the front desk was very helpful too. Good for a short visit or overnight stays. There isn't much to do around
- Sapan (7/5): Good -
- Hj (8/5): Overall a good hotel but could do better. The welcome at reception by pintu was great. Very helpful staff and the room w - It is close to airport. They did not have a variety in breakfast.
- Mukta (5/5): Passable - It’s a new property and still under construction. Staff was helpful and property was clean I stayed here with two of my other friends . Chose this faculty because of good rating as it was our first time visiting Ayodhya. It’s far away from the main city. Expensive for the facilities provided. Water stopped in the middle of taking shower. We were asked to move to a different after we had already settled in the room because they said we were accidentally given a bigger room than what we booked. Lots of issues in management as it’s a newer property . Won’t be staying here again
- Sudhir (1/5): Bad - They canceled our reservation
- Arun (5/5): Passable -
- Amit (8/5): Very good - Breakfast and hospitality
- Devanand (6/5): Pleasant - A nice property meant more for events. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good parking available. Rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is simple and do not expect much. Had gone with the elders in the family and the reception access is not easy with steps and you need to get wet in the rain when you get out of the car. Pretty expensive for a hotel of this type on a comparative basis.
The reception is not kept well and all the staff sleep over there.
The breakfast is served in a very narrow alleyway as the terrace is not well protected from rain.
- Peter (10/5): Great hotel! Just book it! - The staff were very helpful. They sorted our taxi to Gorakhpur and a car to the temple and pick up later in the day. The location to the temple is not a problem because they can organise a car. Food in the restaurant in the evening was great! Enjoy the stay! Room was very good too! It was all good!
- Kishore (6/5): Pleasant - There was no restaurant in the hotel, had to go out for food.
- Anup (4/5): Hotels is not so good as shown in Picture - Location is on the main road The bathrooms were very small there was leaking from the bathroom and no Hot water 💦
- Vamsi (7/5): Good -
- Arpit (8/5): Very good -
- Lenka (9/5): Superb - Excellent ambience
- Kalpana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Madhusudan (8/5): Very good -
- Madhavan (9/5): Superb -
- Anil (7/5): Stay was good, breakfast not upto the mark, bathroom maintenance not good, bathroom essential cleanliness goods missing - Room size Bathroom maintenance, room cleanliness
- Dilip (7/5): Decent stay - Room service, staff behaviour Food menu options, Location & Public transport options
- Prithika (5/5): Passable - Property was good . Not much staff speaks English
- Ashutosh (3/5): Poor - Good staff, bad management poorly handled property which can work great otherwise. Learn hospitality and then start a hotel. Dont start a hotel and then buy a book on hospitality, its just foolish. Just saying
- Sachin (5/5): Average - Hotel and Rooms were clean which is the only positive part. Access to the Hotel was difficult due to bad roads. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Wifi was often an issue and electricity went-off 3-4 times for couple of minutes. Access to the Hotel was difficult due to bad roads. Breakfast was average with limited choices.
