Comfortable apartment that was exceptionally clean with lovely toiletries and all that you would need to make a simple meal. Communication both before and during our stay was excellent. We arrived late, so Silvia sent excellent instructions on how to get in, including a video! She also sent some very good recommendations for restaurants. We were very fortunate to meet her and Leonardo when we left as they very kindly kept our bags for us. Certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Nothing

La única objeción es que por el momento, el palazzo no tiene ascensor por lo que debimos subir y bajar nuestro equipaje dos pisos por escalera.

Leonardo went out of his way to give us a great experience and he also personally made time to meet us and ensure we are OK with everything we need. The building is beautiful and is located in the very best area. All amenities are available like dishwasher, iron, cooking items and the beds were good to sleep in. The apartment itself was pristine — absolutely spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Puglia and the surrounding towns. Leonardo’s hospitality truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. - Roman (10/5): we will for sure come again - from very first moment we had been astonished by this facility - brand new outfit of the house from 1930 in limestone white and green combination gave very special feeling. Leonardo was very helpful and even more delivered our case to second floor himself ! thats not common these days even in 5-star hotels. We had chosen appartment No.4 with very nice view on ocean and street - paid little premium but was worth it. Room had brand new kitchen with all we needed. Thank you Leonardo for having us ! pretty much nothing :-) all was great maybe I would choose bigger pillow for rooms but its just personal preference.

We arrived earlyin the morning and were promised an early check in, but in the end we waited for seven hours, from 8.00 to 15.00, so the whole day was spent waiting and checking in. but we were given a beautiful room with an amazing view.

- Alberto (10/5): EL APARTAMENTO IDEAL PARA VISITAR BARI. - El edificio es un antiguo palacio espectacular, el apartamento es muy amplio, utensilios al completo, cómodo y funcional, todo muy nuevo y muy cuidado, excelente en todos los sentidos. Luca muy atento y muy profesional. Tal vez las almohadas se podrían mejorar, aunque es un asunto muy personal, algo más alta o tipo viscoelasticas y la ducha es un poco pequeña, para la amplitud que tiene el baño. Pero son detalles que no le restan calidad al apartamento.

- Guest (10/5): - L'appartement est très grand, il n'y a aucun bruit donc on a pu bien dormir la nuit. Il y a la clime dans la chambre, le salon et la salle de bain. Il était très propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, avec un grand frigo. Nous somme restées qu'une seule nuit malheureusement on aurait aimé en profiter un peu plus. Il est très bien situé. L'hôte était très sympathique et aimable, nous avons pu lui écrire pour des questions autres que l'appartement. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises avant l'enregistrement. Très bel et grand appartement, presque un des meilleur que nous avons eu dans la région. le balcon donnait sur la cours mais c'est vraiment un détail par rapport au reste.

Ik snap dat ze beginnen met kamers verhuren om alvast inkomsten te krijgen, maar daar mag de prijs ook op aangepast worden
- Carjur (10/5): Ruim, modern en goed gelegen met topservice en alle comfort vlak bij zee en de oude stad. Aanrader! - We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit prachtige appartement in Bari. De ligging is uitstekend: op wandelafstand van de zee en slechts een kwartiertje van de charmante oude stad. Voor onze aankomst kregen we duidelijke video’s doorgestuurd over hoe we het appartement konden binnenkomen – super handig en stressvrij. Het appartement zelf is zéér ruim en modern ingericht. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en perfect om zelf te koken. De badkamer was kraaknet en comfortabel. Ook het gezellige balkon was een fijne plek om 's ochtends koffie te drinken, met een mooi, schuin zicht op zee. De airconditioning werkte uitstekend, wat echt een pluspunt is tijdens de warme zomermaanden. De host was bovendien enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam: hij stond meteen paraat bij vragen en reageerde telkens direct. Kortom: een heerlijk verblijf op een toplocatie, met alle comfort dat je je kan wensen. Enig klein minpuntje: er is momenteel nog geen lift (goed voor de conditie), maar deze wordt binnenkort geïnstalleerd.

- Birte (10/5): Bari is a very nice city that we never quite finished. - Lovely large and clean apartment, very centrally located for everything we needed. Cozy little terrace. The host was extremely friendly and service-minded and fulfilled all our wishes. Good style too with a small starter pack in the apartment, e.g. cold water and coffee. We would very much like to stay there again and would recommend the apartment at any time.

- Pozega (10/5): - We had a perfect stay in Bari! The accommodation had everything we needed – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was great too: we could walk pretty much everywhere, and when needed, Ubers were easy to get and very affordable. A special thanks to our host Leonardo – he was absolutely amazing. Super helpful and always available, both via WhatsApp and in person. He really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bari!

Läget var perfekt - det var enkelt att gå överallt, och även nära till både buss och tåg. Värden var allt man kunde önska. Kommer definitivt bo här igen om jag åker tillbaka till Bari!

- Ганева (10/5): - We are ecstatic about our stay. The apartment is about 15 minutes from the beach, our host was kind enough to leave us a beach umbrella. The old town is also very close again about 15-20 minutes away. Leo's attitude was amazing. He gave us information about everything - the timetable of the station, the peculiarities related to Bari. We were very flattered that there were coffee maker capsules in the apartment that were refillable. Leo is extremely kind and helpful and I would recommend anyone lucky enough to visit this home. We will certainly be back again. Nothing

Przesympatyczny gospodarz Leonardo oferujący pomoc we wszystkich sytuacjach mogących sprawić kłopot. W okolicy sklepy, knajpki, pizzerie itd. Piękny apartament w którym niczego nie brakuje. Obsługa dba o czystość, świeże ręczniki, wodę w butelkach. Można dobrze wypocząć po trudach zwiedzania. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia , najlepsze w jakim byliśmy do tej pory :) Nie ma takiej rzeczy

- Anna Żurek (10/5): - Wspaniały gospodarz - Leonardo, który dbał o nas w każdej minucie pobytu, nasza prośba o suszarkę na ręczniki i stroje kąpielowe została spełniona dosłownie w moment. Palazzo jest położony w strategicznym punkcie Bari, blisko plaży, starego miasta, wielu kawiarni, barów i restauracji. Apartament jest przestronny i jasny, klimatyzacja działa bez zastrzeżeń, łazienka jest bardzo wygodna i duża, łóżka wygodne. Gorąco polecam ten apartament!

- Srh__ (10/5): 10/10 would recommend! - This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was great! Loved the historical building, loved the apartment design and the bathroom in particular was super cute. Best shower I have used in Italy and perhaps all of Europe. Leonardo the host was also excellent. He was super responsive, and met our request to have the room ready early even though it was short notice. He also gave us some recommendations for places to eat, as well as a few other small requests we had whilst staying. Good location, not too far from the old town, near the water and promenade and lots of cute bars. Also a short walk to the nearest sand beach. I would really recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Bari. The bed was slightly squeaky, which we didnt mind at all, but perhaps that would bother some people. The rest of the apartment more than made up for it. Also a note: there were stairs and no lift as it was under construction. As the building was quite old, they were doing repairs in some areas. Leonardo helped us carry our bags upstairs upon arrival and leaving.

Ha sido muy amable y un gran gestor. Sólo por eso lo recomiendo. El apartamento era interior, tranquilo, grande, muy limpio y tenía de todo. La ubicación para nosotros perfecta, al lado del paseo marítimo y a 10-15' andando de todo. Ha sido una buena experiencia. Muchas gracias por todo, Leonardo...
- Teija (10/5): Our stay was comfortable, relaxed, and professionally taken care of from start to finish. - A very clean, modern, and spacious apartment in a great location! Everything was perfectly in order – the place was spotless, well laid out, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal for us. While many suggest staying in the old town, we didn’t find it particularly appealing – it’s overcrowded with tourists, noisy, and not very inviting, especially in the evenings. This area, on the other hand, felt safe, pleasant, and peaceful, yet still close to everything. Being near the sea made our stay especially enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. You can really tell this is professionally run accommodation – everything was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. Highly recommended – a far better choice than staying in the old town!

Un alojamiento que invita a no salir. Muy bonito, espacioso y limpio, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Volveríamos 100%. Nada, todo perfecto.

Big bedroom with balcony overlooking a side street with a fish shop, a foccaceria, small cafe, etc. Comfortable beds, Arco, closet, house shoes, nice new bathroom and bidet. Very nice owner, quick response to whatever needs we had. 10 minutes to free beach, 10 minutes walk to the old town of Bari. all was perfect
