• Linda M (7/5): Our stay was only okay. - The staff were very nice and professional. The location and view were very good. We really liked the pool and spa. The room was clean and furnished nicely. There were 3 of us. I booked a room with 2 double beds. What we got was a bedroom with 1 bed, the 2nd bed was a mattress on the floor in the living room. We like fresh air so used the fan, except the fan mostly pointed down, you couldn’t keep it positioned up. At night, because there was no fly screen on the window, I got bitten by mosquitos. We turned the air conditioning on, but on its highest setting, it was only somewhat cool. The microwave is set dangerously high so that when you take out your very hot dish, it’s quite precarious. You can’t see if it’s tipping, you can’t get a very good hold on your dish. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

• Rachael (10/5): We will stay again. The property was excellent. - Loved the views and the unit was perfect for us. A sofa bed would have been nice, and there was quite a lot of outside noise on the floor after 11pm.

I would highly recommend. - The location was perfect for the Convention centre, where I was spending most my time, dining options were plenty and the room was very convenient with a full kitchen for longer stays. the apartment was spacious clean and homely, which is a nice feeling when away from home. Very good value for money, especially knowing there was a huge business Expo on at the ICC and most hotels were booked or prices had soared high The bed was not comfortable, but again that is personal preference on softness and pillows. The apartment and furnishings are on the older side and had a distinct old peoples home smell, but please do mistake my comment that the apartment was no clean, because it was very clean, I would assume it would be the detergents used. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about my experience, and would stay again in the future.

• Lyn (9/5): Unique Building, Great Location - Great location and amenities. Had everything we needed for the couple of days. Personal touches. Beautiful linen. Lovely sitting area. Excellent communication and directions. Top floor views and express lift to the privately owned residences. Darling Harbour, Star Casino, fish market, waterways and restaurants all within walking distance and the light rail.Thanks. Although comfortable, the second bed was a mattress on the floor. Getting up from the bed was a little challenging. Just be aware it has a few stairs to get in and also is split level inside with a few stairs, and a bath shower.

The shower leaked the whole time and the property looks a bit worse for wear. Some might call it normal wear and tear but a cracked sink is not normal wear and tear. Lighting in bathroom was quite dull - made it hard to do makeup! Some information about the surrounding area would have been helpful.

• Fabrizio (9/5): Superb - The view from the 13th floor is awesome, the floor is accessible via a dedicated elevator that avoids the traffic of other elevators used by guests from lower floors coming and going. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Free access to the pool, gym, and sauna. Excellent location, just a short walk from Darling Harbour.

Comfortable lounge. Would definitely stay again. Stayed here as close to event we were attending in Darling harbour. Very accessible, we came in a 3am, able to walk through undercover bridge to the building entrance. Private WiFi was nice too.

There was no bottle opener in the room which seems small but it’s a little thing that’s makes a big difference. Not many wine glasses and the long life milk that was in the fridge was oat milk and out of date.

• Skipworth (3/5): Communication poor - The property was comfortable and clean We had received our check instructions through a message on the booking.com website, but no other instructions sent via SMS or email. We didn't know the instructions were in the booking.com inbox, so on arrival we had no way of getting into the property. After numerous phone calls, the owner finally called back and sent through the instructions to my phone, which is what you would have expected in the first place. What upsets me is the communication post stay, As we had asked for a partial refund due to not being able to enter the property until midnight. Amanda sent a very robotic message with an apology that did not sound very compassionate at all. She also wouldn't offer us any compensation which we were very disappointed about.

• Emma (9/5): Lovely stay at a charming and convenient location! - We loved our accomodations -- it was roomy, comfortable, clean, and everything we needed was at hand. The location was perfect for our intent -- to watch Hamilton at the Sydney Lyric Theatre. Going around Darling Harbour, Chinatown, and the Star Centre was also very very convenient, with the light rail station only steps away. For seniors like us, the two steps up to the bedroom (from the living areas) already required care and attentiveness to use. The bathtub was also a bit slippery (thankfully, no accidents!). It's not the unit's owner fault as it's the design of the apartment, but the microwave's shelf was too high and therefore difficult to use, especially after food was heated. Maybe a step stool would help reach it. Otherwise, everything was fine!

Loved the room, location and pool. Very convenient location near light rail and Darling Harbour. Had every thing you needed in the bathroom. Needed more bedding for the extra bed. Extra towels for the pool would be handy.

Darling Harbour was a few mins walk across the road. Lovely sunset view from couch. Smelt divine throughout the apartment. Very clean. Had everything I needed. Amanda was so incredible. I booked and she dropped everything to come personally hand me the key and show me around the penthouse level apartment. 10/10 no questions. N/A
