• Naiara (9/5): - La ubicacion del apartamento ideal para ver toledo.. El tamaño es el adecuado tiene todos los utensilios necesarios. La cama es muy comododa y el sofa cama es bastante decente. Falta iluminacion en el salón en la mesa de la cocina de veia poco. A la mañana si dormias en el salon te despertaban las palomas que se posaban el la parte de arriba del mirador que debe ser metalico y al andar hacen ruido.

• Carmen (9/5): Impecable - Apartamento impecable en limpieza y comodidad. Situado en el centro turístico y aún así silencioso. Muy limpio todo, baño, cocina y dormitorios. Camas duras y cómodas. Nos encantó todo. Recomendaría: poner alguna percha en el baño para las toallas de ducha y alguna en los dormitorios, también un espejo de cuerpo entero
• Omar (9/5): Great location, lovely apartment, very helpful host. - Centrally located, easy to walk to anywhere in the city. The apartment Grillo is on the second floor, so we didn’t hear any noise from the busy street. It was good to have the air conditioning in both rooms but we didn’t really need to use it. Very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Nothing, it was all great,but maybe useful to leave a a few complementary capsules for the Nespresso machine, as we couldn’t find any in the local supermarket.
• Breffni (5/5): Fine for one night, can find similar at more reasonable princes - - Central location (can be very loud at night as it’s on a Main Street so light sleepers should be aware, it was fine with ear buds for sleeping) - Clean - Modern - Stayed for 3 nights and 2 coffee capsules were provided for the entirety of our stay - Shower gel was empty - Website is super unclear, looks like the terrace is available to all guests but it’s not - All modern keys, codes and links to enter in the building, way unnecessary and would not be super user-friendly for non-savvy guests Overall found the place way overpriced for the level of care and service provided (coffee being a bear minimum, with a machine you cannot buy pods for yourself in the supermarket)

• FRANCISCO JAVIER (9/5): Agradable y muy bien ubicado - Ubicación extraordinaria. Muy buena distribución. Habitaciones grandes y muy cómodas. Mobiliario y decoración muy agradable. Perfectamente insonorizado, en pleno centro de calle peatonal y no se escuchaba nada. El sofá cama no es muy cómodo. Sobretodo si han de dormir adultos. Para niños aceptable.

Falta de accesorios de cocina y útiles de limpieza por ejemplo pastillas o gel específico para lavavajillas y algun trapo humedo para limpiar la mesa de comer y la encimera Otra pregunta,líquidos tipo lejía no están permitidos por ley?Porque a nosotros nos hubiera gustado limpiar suelo y baños en nuestra estancia.

• Jose Antonio (10/5): Un apartamento que te permite disfrutar a tope de una ciudad espectacular - La suite es preciosa, con una mezcla de rustico y moderna, y esta perfectamente ubicada en el centro, cerca de los edificios principales. La vista desde la terraza espectacular. Y Toledo sin palabras La ubicación solo tiene un pero, aparcar. No se puede acceder con el coche a la zona, pero si estudias un poco el mapa de parkings grauitos, y te adaptas a andar un poco, no es un problema. Problema m'inimo para lo que ofrece la estancia

Han respondido a todas nuestras dudas por mensaje en menos de cinco minutos, lo que nos dio muchísima tranquilidad durante la estancia. Además, fueron muy flexibles con la hora de salida del apartamento, permitiéndonos aprovechar el resto del día en Toledo sin prisas. El apartamento estaba muy bien cuidado y resultó muy cómodo. Sinceramente, no tenemos nada negativo que destacar. Todo fue tal y como esperábamos, incluso mejor.

• Javier (10/5): Muy bien - La ubicación es excelente aunque para llegar hay que coger un taxi o similar. El apartamento genial, limpio y muy bonito. Por decir algo, algún detalle faltaba en la cocina como un paño para las manos. Y un dosificador de gel de la ducha de arriba que estaba estropeado.

También nos hubiera gustado llegar con las instrucciones de acceso ya recibidas y no tener que llamar para reclamarlas

• Dina (10/5): - Everything was perfect. The house is amazing—beautifully decorated, modern, yet preserving the charm of the old architecture. We could truly feel the vibe of Toledo and its Spanish culture. The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. The location couldn’t be better, and the communication was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this place!

• Lynn (10/5): Fabulous apartment right in the centre, but very private and quiet. - Absolutely beautiful historic apartment, lovely decor and very comfortable furniture and linen. Location is right in the heart of the historic district. Facilities were great - washing machine, cooker, coffee maker, wifi…. Perfect. Would have loved a larger bed, but other than that it was perfect.

Para repetir, sin duda, en cualquiera de los dos: suite Pinocho o Grillo. Las vistas desde la terraza de suite Pinocho, una pasada. Por decir algo, echamos en falta un paño de cocina.

• Raúl (9/5): Un sitio perfecto para alojarte en Toledo - La ubicación es estupenda, en todo el centro de Toledo. El apartamento está muy limpio, equipado y tiene mucha personalidad. Los sofás cama son muy cómodos. El acceso es sencillo con código. Nos encantó. Siempre hay cosas que mejorar, pero aun así, merece la pena. La cama de matrimonio era pequeña, no se si llegaría al 1'35m y eso que la habitación era bastante grande. Además para nuestro gusto, demasiado dura, pero esto es muy subjetivo. Alojarte en el centro de Toledo tiene sus desventajas, tuvimos que dejar el coche en el parking más cercano y estaba casi a 10 minutos, aunque el paseo es agradable y sencillo aun con maletas. Un acuerdo con el parking estaría genial, al final ha supuesto más de 20€ al día por el coche Además es un segundo sin ascensor.

The location couldn't have been better - so close to everything, right in the heart of old town. Being on the first floor was nice so we didn't have to take too many stairs with luggage.
• Beata (10/5): Enjoyed our stay. Toledo is a magical place! - Stayed 2 nights at Pinocho apartment. Perfect location, waling distance to Cathedral. This is a two story apartment with one bed/bath on the first level and another bed/bath with kitchen and terrace on the second level. Beautifully renovated place in a historical building. Comfortably fits 4 people. Stunning rooftop views from the terrace. The host was easy to work with, provided timely instructions. Highly recommend when visiting Toledo. I would not recommend this property for travellers with mobility issues, families with small children. Lots of stairs to climb. Since this is historical building there is no elevator. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be others.

• Helen (8/5): Great location, very clean, minimalistic apartment in the heart of Toledo - Great location, very clean, mixed traditional with modern style, felt safe, good soundproofing from the street and ability to block out light for sleeping. Plenty of towels and some shampoo and shower gel to get you started but not enough for a week for 4 people.Good air conditioning Was smaller than it looked in the photos Could do with brighter lighting as,even with all lights on and shutters open, it was still quite dim. There was only one hanging wardrobe between the 2 rooms which was a pain and that wardrobe was also right behind the door so that was a nuisance. The rail was also so high I couldn’t reach it and I could also only reach the bottom shelf of the kitchen cupboards so a little fold up step may be handy? No full length mirror for us all to check ourselves before we left for various wedding events which was disappointing The coffee pods were a lovely touch but would it be possible to also have some milk and possibly teabags available on arrival? Unfortunately we were also woken at 8am each morning with the builders next door hammering so hopefully this will be completed soon for future guests
• Raquel (9/5): Perfect apartment in the historic part of Toledo - The location was perfect for what I needed; decoration and confort of the property was perfect. Easy communication with the property via WhatsApp made it much easier Even if I knew, having stairs made me do a lot of excercise when taking the suitcase up and down. I know in the city center the buildings are the way they are and we can not have lifts, but if you pack a huge suitcase like me... well, let´s say that you have to take your things in a couple of journeys :)

Wish it was more welcomin - Newly remodeled so nice with beautiful views and great location Lots of communication via What’s app, manage everything independently with lots of instructions but key pad front door didn’t work so we repeated same direction over and over very fast and finally it worked. No way in so you have to park outside location and bring suitcases into town ~ felt like owners worried a lot bc it was new and didn’t feel as homey and in my mind I thought of all their rules. Washing machine nice but very difficult to figure out unless you’re technical…just felt like I was staying at family’s home where you couldn’t relax and treated like child
