Csengele-Monika (1/5): Absolut enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert. - Nichts Leider absolut enttäuschend. Der Gastgeber war trotz mehrfacher Anrufe nicht erreichbar – ich stand am Anreisetag ohne Zugang zur Unterkunft da. Die versprochene E-Mail mit Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe habe ich nie erhalten. Zusätzlich war der angegebene Swimmingpool auf den Fotos nicht vorhanden, was irreführend ist. Ich bin seit Jahren Booking.com-Kundin und hatte bisher nur gute Erfahrungen – so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Ich konnte die Unterkunft nicht nutzen und musste kurzfristig Ersatz finden. Nicht empfehlenswert.
Christoph (7/5): - Pool war sehr erfrischend. Wohnung war sauber. Die gebuchte Wohneinheit befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (2 oder 3 Stockwerk) des Hauses an der Straße (Bilder zur Wohneinheit fehlen leider im Inserat bei Buchung). Keine Küche mit Wasseranschluss. Das nötigste in der Küche ist jedoch vorhanden. Unterkunft wird von Holidu betreut, die den Fehler des Inserates verbrochen haben (falsche.Bilder zur Unterkunft). Die Eigentümer wusste hiervon nichts...habe mit Ihnen gesprochen und auch ihren Holidu-account angeschaut. Nach drei Wochen nach dem Aufenthalt waren leider immer noch die alten Bilder im Inserat. Rückerstattung habe ich zwar erhalten....aber den Stress danach hätte ich mir gerne gespart.
