It’s situated near the most sightseeing places. The apartment is equipped with modern kitchen appliances, has an iron and a washing machine. There were tea, coffee, milk and jams in the refrigerator. We were especially touched by the Mozart sweets on the bed on the day of arrival.

We arrived by train and she even made sure we knew which exit to take out of the train station. She was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. The property itself was super clean and comfortable, had all of the kitchen utensils and appliances you could possibly need. We enjoyed cooking dinner one of the nights we stayed there and was pleasantly surprised with a dishwasher. The location to the old town could not have been better. Very easy and quick to get to. The street the apartment is on is also super quiet, which we enjoyed.

• Janell (10/5): Clean & Comfortable Apartment - The apartment was very well equipped. We were only in town a few nights, but unlike other rentals, they had all you'd need to make full meal. She even had a few spices, condiments, tea and coffee. The place was very clean and comfortable. The area was very quiet. Highly recommend this place and would return if we were back in the area. Bed was firm yet comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets to be cozy. Smart TV allowed you to stream Netflix and other apps. My only issues were the motion light in the entry couldn't be turned off and was very sensitive so you couldn't leave the bedroom without waking your partner with the light. Also with the thermostat on 0 it was still too warm in the apartment to sleep comfortably, we cracked the window the last night and it was perfect. The pillows could also use an upgrade, but not terrible.

Lots of nice touches around the apartment to make it nice and homely . Host communicated well prior to our visit . Relatively quiet area with a nice stroll of ten to 15 mins to main areas . Lovely little balcony that we took advantage of during the lovely unexpected sun . We were in apartment number 5 . My only negative and probably not everyone would agree, but the large and small pillow were so soft and flat I struggled to sleep with them ( maybe provide a couple of fuller and firmer pillows in the wardrobe for a choice )

Very close to the Mirabell Palace (12 minutes walk) and very close to Altstadt. The walk to the old city was beautiful as well. The host has taken good care of the place.

It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed with a few lovely touches such as a selection of teas, coffee, spreads, spices and snacks. I would highly recommend staying here. The pillows were a little uncomfortable, the duck feathers kept poking out of the pillows.

• Steve (10/5): Get this before it's not available!!!! - We have rented many airbnb and apartments during our travels. This one knocked it right out of the park! We loved the entire apartment!! It was quiet, very clean and everything was new! The hostess Susanne was AMAZING to deal with. There was a package on the table that contained very important and convenient information which made our day planning extra easy. There were maps for us to take. Umbrellas were provided for all guests. The rain showers were awesome to jump into after a long day of sightseeing. There was a snack on the table for us when we arrived. She also provided a wide assortment of teas. This is the only apartment I have ever rented on short term that provided all the utensils, cooking ware and appliances I would need to make meals right there. It was simply unbelievable and the photos are a true representation of the apartment. This is not a complaint but rather a note that the bed sheets were very clean but, if you are sensitive to fragrances, you may want to ask Susanne to not use fabric softeners on your sheets. They smelled amazing to me but irritated one the other guests.
• Elizaweta (10/5): Exceptional - Well-equipped and beautifully decorated apartments. Quiet street, good soundproofing. Cafes and shops nearby. Walking distance to the sights of the old city. good wifi. There is an elevator in the house. It is easy to set a comfortable level of heat thanks to the heated floor. Since there is only underfloor heating available, there is no way to quickly dry outerwear and shoes after rain.

• Peter (9/5): An excellent apartment with a great host. - The location of the apartment was great. Two breweries with excellent food just a short walk from the apartment. A number of good restaurants are in the vicinity as well, plus the walk into the Old Town is quite short as well. The bus connections were very good from the nearby bus stops. The noise from the Die Weisse brewhouse garden was quite noticeable with the balcony doors open, but it never went on particularly late.

• Sydney (10/5): Comfortable, clean and convenient lodging a short walk from the commercial center. - The owner, Susanne, went out of her way to greet me upon arrival, answer my questions and leave a contact number where I could reach her with any questions. Easy, gracious and very helpful. The apartment was totally equipped, including a washing machine for clothes, drying rack and iron/ironing board. The elevator was much-appreciated, as I had a heavy bag for a month-long trip. Kitchen had variety of teas, coffee and everything needed to prepare a meal -- as well as a table on the terrace for eating out of doors. There was some construction in the street in August 2024 which made street parking, even temporarily, very difficult. I got a ticket for parking on the curb for an hour to load my bags. In the summer, with the bedroom window open to the street, the garbage collection noise is more like NYC than lovely Salzburg -- deafening. But this did not interfere with all the good things about the apartment and host.

Easy walk into a pretty shopping street and down to r - Apartment was spotless and had everything we could need for our short stay. Not a complaint we like firmer smaller pillows but have found the big/ soft pillows all through Switzerland and Austria 😊

• Thomas (10/5): Very spacious & luxurious apartment at the historic center with a friendly and highly dedicated host - Brand new apartment, about 15 minutes walk from City center. Public garage within 3min walk @ €20/day charge. Two wings, left side with two bedrooms and bath, ride side with one bedroom and bath (each with shower and toilet), both connected by combined kitchen/living room. Two small balconies. The flat is very tastefully furnished and fully equipped with Rituals cosmetics in bathroom and teas/coffee/welcome bottle of wine in the kitchen and all necessary equipment even for longer stays. The couches in the living room, the table and the bench facing the kitchen makes it very flexible and comfortable even with a larger group in the apartment. Susanne, the host, contacted us right after booking and arranged the hand-over upon our arrival. Swift and easy. Susanne even mailed us two jackets that were left in the apartment after we had been back home. There is a restaurant and beer garden on the other side of the block (Die Weisse), with great atmosphere, good beer and food. Extremely convenient when arriving late in the afternoon. No noise issues even on a day with a fully packed garden. The next supermarket (Spar) is just a few corners away. I can honestly not think of a single point to criticize. There was construction in front of the house, but that really didn't bother us.
