• Lena (8/5): - Mökki oli hyvällä paikalla, tarpeeksi lähellä mutta ei kuitenkaan kaupungin sykkeessä. Iso ja tilava mökki. Lattia lämmityksen kanssa oli suuria ongelmia. Tultaessa mökki oli super kylmä ennen kaikkea lapset palelivat,, suurensimme lämpöjä. Makuuhuone lämpeni hyvin ja nopeaa, mutta pirtti ei. Seuraavana aamuna oli edelleen kylmä, kävimme aamupäivällä reissussa ja sieltä kun tulimme niin yhtäkkiä llattia oli niin kuuma että varpaita poltti ja termostaatti rutisi epämääräisesti, väännettiin miltei nollille mutta ei se lattia siitä suuremmin enää jähtynyt.

• Гломозда (9/5): - Pidin kaikesta, he rakensivat grillin, vuokrasivat auton, kaikki oli esteetöntä, talo oli kaunis, siisti ja viihtyisä. Ainoat miinukset olivat kenkälusikan puute, eikä meillä ollut tarpeeksi lämmintä vettä, koska siellä oli paljon ihmisiä.

• Thomas (8/5): - Haus ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet! Die Lage ist mitten im Wald unweit eines Berghotels mit hervorragender Aussicht! Wir hatten Anfang April die Nordlichter direkt über dem Haus! Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus! Weg zur Stadtmitte 10 min mit dem Auto, Bushaltestelle 100 m. Weg zum Skihang 3 min mit dem Auto. Eine Mülltrennung sollte stattfinden! Es gibt jedoch nur 2 Behälter wo jeder praktisch alles einwirft! Wir hatten in 4 Tagen (Reisezeitraum) keinen Kontakt zum Vermieter!

If it was full it might be different. Sleds on the ground between cabins which the kids loved It’s not well marked for uber pickup. I had to do a pin drop for special pickup or we got dropped on the main road and had to walk through snow to get to our cabin

• Carolin (9/5): The best value for money, absolutely recommended! - We loved everything about the chalet! It is fully equipped, clean and perfectly located. It is very close to a view point where we had the luck to see the most beautiful northern lights. The staff is responsive and super helpful. Definitely the best value for money!! Just some very small remarks about the WiFi which is not too fast.
• Karin (5/5): - The holiday house is beautifully located and offers a very pleasant setting. It was very clean and well-maintained, and overall very comfortable. The combination of location, cleanliness, and comfort made the stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the internet connection was very unreliable throughout our one-week stay. It did not work at all on four days, and on the remaining three days it was unstable. The management attributed the issue to the internet provider, but this did not resolve the problem during our stay. Guests who depend on a reliable internet connection may therefore encounter significant difficult es, just as we did. In addition, our request for a partial refund due to the internet issues was not handled satisfactorily. After considerable correspondence, we were offered only 2% of the weekly rental price. When we replied that we expected at least 5%, we received no further response and no compensation. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped and lacks essential cooking utensils. There was only a thin cloth available and no proper dish towel; we had to request one and received a single dish towel after two days. Overall, considering the high price, the level of service was disappointing.

• Riccardo (9/5): Come desideravo! La casa ideale nel paesaggio nordico di Rovaniemi - Esattamente quello che cercavo. Un luogo caldo, accogliente nordico, in legno . La casa enorme, perfetta per trascorrere i momenti al rientro dopo una giornata al freddo tra le varie attività. Sauna, caminetto. Cucina dotata di tutto . Noi amiamo sfruttare tutta la giornata al massimo per poi la sera, ,viaggiando con due bambini, rilassarci tutti insieme a casa. Unica pecca la wifi non andava. Non che mi importasse ma una sera volevavo vedere un film sul divano e non è stato possibile Verificate la wifi perché al momento del nostro soggiorno era “visibile” ma non andava su nessun dispositivo, nemmeno sulla tv di casa
• Katy (10/5): Beautiful , clean, authentic home. Well located. - Well located on the nature path. 2-3 minute walk to the top of the ski slope and 10 min drive to town. Beautiful authentic Finnish chalet. The sauna was amazing. The kids could play in the snow out the front while I had a coffee on the covered porch. The internet wasn’t working. 2 of the beds are on the mezzanine which open to all the noise from downstairs.

• SEMA (9/5): Living in this fairytale-like chalet, feeling right at home, was a wonderful experience. Thank you. - A wonderful chalet. Nestled among pine trees, it welcomed us with its magnificent snow-covered nature. The house is beautiful, very clean, and the sauna, fireplace, and sledding were very appealing to us. The house had everything we needed (even dish soap). I understand now why people wrote in the reviews that they couldn't wait to go back. The internet connection could have been better. Anyway, we mostly managed with e-SIM.

Checkin und Checkout sehr unkompliziert mit Schlüsselbox. Das Licht beim Eingang flackert, die Sauna ist nicht abgedichtet bei der Glaswand und wird so schnell kalt. An den letzten zwei Tagen ging das Wlan nicht mehr. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet.

• Jemma (10/5): Excellent location and facilities for an active family holiday - The location was outstanding - in a beautiful forest at the top of the ski runs with lovely walking trails all around, the hotel round the corner within 5 mins walking distance for cocktails and hot chocolates, plus the chairlift down to the ski rental and ski school. At the bottom of the lane in the other direction (15 min walk) you had SantaSport where you could hire cross country skis, snow shoes, mountain bikes etc, and there was a brilliant sledging field. Uber to nearest supermarket was £7 and town centre £19, when we were there (early March) had constant availability within 1-2 mins. The Safartica staff who run the chalets were super helpful and responsive. We loved the drying cupboard and complimentary sledges. Great value for money compared to the big resorts, but with all the charm and ease. The dishwasher was tricky to operate and the WiFi was intermittent (but we had good 5G signal)

• sara (10/5): One of our favourite places visited with the kids - Location perfect for my family . 3 kids loved playing outside building snowman and igloos . It was in the forest along the winter walking trail . It was so peaceful. Went on a short walk to an observation area to view the magnificent northern lights . We enjoyed our walk to supermarket , children on their sleds all the way . Availed of the lift from the ski resort to sky hotel which was just beside our chalet . Sauna every evening, so easy to use. Couldn’t fault the place . Everyone loved it . Internet was down for 2 days but it was fixed once we brought it to the attention of safaritca staff

• Adrian (10/5): Amazing & Comfortable - Fantastic location from Rovanemi or Santa Village. Quiet all around with a lovely eerie silence of the forests. We used Uber everywhere it wasn’t more than €10-20 per trip. Chalet itself was lovely , comfortable and the underfloor heating was plenty warm. There was a lovely stove fire there , but it got too hot when we put that on 😂. We had sleds there, kids had a hill outside the chalet and loved playing outside there . 20 min walk to local shop if anything needed . Lovely forest walks all around to explore and lit up at night which was brilliant , very safe away from main roads etc . Highly recommended accommodation. Nothing . All was perfect

Decke im Wohnzimmer hatte frische flecken drauf. Trocknungskasten war defekt. Fenster im Oberen Stock auch defekt. Im großen gabzen okay aber der Preis bei all diesen Mängeln nicht gerechfertigt.

• Lidia (9/5): Casi , casi Perfecto ! - Cabaña muy cómoda, habitaciones amplias con todo lo necesario ,en cuanto a menaje de hogar ,con una sauna muy guay ,todo muy limpio ,una chimenea espectacular ,suelo calefactables y doble baño. Hay que tener en cuenta que está en una colina muy fácil de llegar con las carreteras limpias y todo muy señalizado y Muchas farolas así que lo recomendable es tener coche la otra opción es pagar taxi o Uber y las excursiones que ellos también te proporcionan te recogen directamente allí. Son 2 Cabañas Pegadas y EL Agua Caliente compartido , después de llegar de los vuelos ,de darnos una vuelta por la ciudad y llegar cansados deseando tomarnos una ducha de agua caliente, pues fue imposible ,nos indicaron que el agua era compartida para las dos cabañas se suponía que la cabaña de al lado había consumido todo el agua caliente y hasta el día siguiente por la mañana no salió agua caliente , imagínate simplemente lavarte la cara y las manos con agua helada y nos pidieron disculpas telefónicamente porque en todo momento el checking y el check Out lo haces tú y nadie se presenta y no conoces a nadie ,ni nadie te da la bienvenida ,esto lo deberían de tener en cuenta porque el agua en Finlandia está helada.

Non pensateci troppo è la giusta location, comoda come a casa vostra.. la distanza è relativa, il supermercato non è troppo distante.
