• Özge (7/5): The location is very nice. - It is very close to the Oxford Street and Bond Street. There is not any plug adaptor in the house and the host suggested me to purchase one.

• Georgios (2/5): - The location The property is nicely located but to be honest thats just about it. The building is quite old which is not an issue until you need to use the elevator. Three people with three luggages, we had to go into the elevator one at a time since the elevator is so old that couldn’t fit anything more. The same story when leaving the flat. Three people could not fit. This is not a negative for the flat. I’m just mentioning it. The flat itself. In general it was quite clean. But, the sofa had stains and seemed liked it went through some rough times. The laminate floor seemed liked it went through a world war. And there was a marble side table that was cracked and left there. The shower in one of the bedrooms was dirty and the sink base had paint peeling off. To be honest we stayed in the flat until I cut my finger in the elevator door and decided to leave and change place of residence for the remaining of our stay in London.
• Penelope (10/5): Ideal home base for exploring London - Our stay in Marylebone was absolutely perfect. The accommodations were beautiful with just the right amount of character and convenience. The location was also ideal for us, within walking distance to Underground stops, world-class shopping, pubs, and a range of dining options. Loved coming back to quiet Manchester Square after a busy day exploring London. Bonus that the Wallace Collection is only a few doors down. Our host Gina was very friendly and responsive, and check-in was easy. WiFi was blazing fast. Would love to stay here again in the future. Everything was perfect.
• Buki (10/5): Very comfortable and beautiful apartment in a great location - The apartment is really stanning. The living room, kitchen and a big dining table are in one space in a perfect setting. Both 2 bedrooms are big. All the kitchen appliances were in good condition and clean. The WIFI is fast, TV with everything, and the apartment was very clean. The neighborhood is really beautiful. Very upscale area. The street is quiet with no noise at night. It's only a 7 min walk to Oxford St, With many restaurants along the way. 15 min to Hyde park. Check in is very easy. Nothing

• Dorcas (9/5): All in all, barring the door & window gaps, we would stay here again. - Excellent location, safe and just one or two streets away from major shops and restaurants. Gina was great! Very responsive to queries and issues raised during the stay. The only thing that could be improved was to fixed or seal up the gaps in the windows and back door (in the bedroom & bathroom at the back). Understandably the building is old but the bathroom at the back had a back door (leading to a fire-escape?) and there were gaps between the door and frame which allowed cold air to seep in. It was cold during the 1st week of Dec when Storm Darragh hit London with strong winds. We could feel the cold wind gushing in the gaps, both in the bathroom's back door and bedroom's windows, which made the room constantly cold (and the heater ineffective). It was too cold to use the bathroom in the end, and we kept the bathroom door shut and just used the one bathroom at the front of the apartment instead. We didn't raise this issue to Gina during the stay as it probably wasn't something she could fix on the spot.
• Mackarey (10/5): absolutely wonderful holiday stay! can’t wait to come back to london and stay here again! - beautiful apartment in THE BEST location!!! easily walkable to all of the beautiful shops and restaurants in mayfair, marylebone, central london, and soho. close to multiple tube stops and bus stops as well. loved having a washer in apartment. awesome living / kitchen space; we enjoyed watching movies at night and eating breakfast or late night snack at the kitchen table. beds were clean and comfortable. 2 bathrooms was great for our size group. gina is wonderful and responsive. would absolutely love to stay here again!! - loud grinding noise whenever the showers or sinks are run in the bathrooms or toilet is flushed … this is because the building is old but it is a little annoying when you are with a group and multiple people have to shower, flush the toilet etc. - couldn’t figure out the dryer in the washer/ dryer combo machine but loved using the washer! can then air dry your clothes on the heated towel racks in the bathroom. - elevator lift is small and jerky. we usually ended up taking the stairs!

Gina was so friendly and instantly response and help incase we have any concerns (we got locked out and she was away; however, she sent someone and opened the apartment for us in no time 👏🏼) Thanks Gina 🙏🏼 I really have only one little thing which is that there was no microwave! However, everything was great! We had two ovens, amazing safe stove, coffee machine with plenty of pods .. everything we needed was available.

• Joanne (7/5): The description was a score of 9 which it certainly was not and neither was it stunning - Clean well stocked kitchen Small beds - sofa had a throw covering it because of poor quality- floors not clean - saniflow noise for all bathroom water - bed linen was poor and didn’t look entirely clean - a bottle of water and small milk would have been helpful
