• Michele (7/5): Good location, but some things can be improved - Really good location close to the center and with Urgell metro station at the door. Very big apartment. Apartment with a low budget renovation. Pillows very unconventional. Hot water finishes very fast: a bigger boiler is needed for a 10 people apartment. Would be nice to find a bottle of water and some coffee when arriving at the apartment.
• Lev (8/5): Great place, but issues with audibility/neighboors. - 1. The apartment is huge. We had plenty of space for our family of 8 and could have more people to join us. 2. Its minimalistic and not overloaded with stuff. This especially helps if you have kids that play with everything they see. 3. There are balconies on both sides of the flat, which allows to catch sun in the morning and afternoon. Very nice! 4. The WiFi is free, powerful and easy to use. 5. The location is good. It's near the centre, and there are shops, transport and everything you need in arms length, even late in the evening. 6. Overall, aside from the problems with audibility, I'd say this is a great place to be as a family. 1. There are extra fees to receive the keys. When you compare them to the high cost of the apartments it may not be much, but still it is extra fees on top. 2. The audibility through the walls is very high. That means that you can hear the noisy neighbours upstairs and their loud talking and parties at midnight, and the neighbour next to the masters bedroom could hear our baby cry in the night, for which they were furiously hitting the walls, leading to extra stress. 3. The water coming from the taps and in the bathroom is heavily chloride. This may not matter much when you have bought separate water to drink, but it sucks to brush teeth with such chemical water. I don't think it's this apartments problem, must be a central Barcelona waste water reuse thing, but as a guest you should be prepared. 4. Everything in this large place is IKEA of several years of heavy use. This means that a lot of furniture is barely holding together. We had to pick up the mattress of the masters bedroom to fix the "ribs" of the bed for it to be suitable for sleeping. This may not be what you expect when you spend 1500 euro per 3 nights, but it's not the worst we've seen, so it didn't ruin our experience.
• Wai (7/5): - Location is good. have enough bathrooms for us (we have 8 people during the stay). Clean. Good price, still cozy. Facilities, furnitures are not maintained very well, some of them are broken.

Była uszkodzona szafa, klamka w drzwiach oraz ruchoma bateria w umywalce oraz ruchomy wc. Zbyt mała ilość naczyń jak na grupę 8 osób .

• Adrijana (8/5): - We really liked the location and nearby restaurants, bakeries and markets. Also, metro is 2 min away. The apartment is very spacious. Since the apartment is big enough for ten people, we would like to see enough cuttlery, dishes and chairs for everyone. Also, would suggest to check on the closets, beds and toilets once in a while (one closet broken, one toilet cistern wasn't working- not flushing, bed slats were falling down in a main bedroom).

• Vinicius Ramalho (3/5): - La estructura con 5 habitaciones y la ubicación ¡La experiencia fue fatal! Unos dos horas trás el check in he informado al anfitrión que una de las sistarnas no funcionaba y que el inodoro tenía "vestigios" de los hóspedes anteriores. En dos dias NADA HA HECHO para arreglar el problema. Además el piso estaba sucio... había mucha suciedad bajo las camas en todas habitaciones. Finalmente, no hubo claridad en relación con las tasas cobradas por el check in. Tuve que pagar 105 euros al llegar, pero en booking.com decía que pagaría poco más de 82. Solicite una factura de lo que me estaría sendo cobrado, pero todavía no he recibido. Como he dicho... la instancia fue FATAL!!!

• Roger (7/5): Nice apt, spacious and well located, but would not rent it again given the issues as reported. - Apartment is very spacious, safe and well located. Convenient and very nice Granier bakery downstairs and Dia grocery store around the corner. Walk to most tourist attractions or get a short metro ride from the station just steps away from the building. Property manager arrived late to handle the keys while still charging the holiday check-in fee. While listed as a 5-bedroom / 3-bathroom unit, the shower in the master bedroom could not be used - my wife was in the shower when the downstairs neighbor knocked on our door to let us know that such shower has been causing a major leak into his unit since Aug (!!) and the owner still had not fixed it since then - he even showed me pictures of the ceiling of his unit w/ really major cracks from the water leak. He then handed over his cell phone to me to hear directly from the owner to not use that shower. Not only we chose the unit and paid more for it compared to other options expecting 3 fully functioning bathrooms, as per the listing, but also we had not been notified about the issue until then - even during the check-in walkthrough this was not mentioned. I find really bad that the neighbor knocked on our door late at night and put us in that situation, as he did not have another option. The water heater tank is also very small for the unit, so my party of 7 people had to take shower very fast and spacing out the interval to use hot water, otherwise, just like in the first 2 nights, you get a bit of super cold water at the end. While upon checking out, as I thought it would be very fair, I asked for a proportional credit as we were not able to use 1 of the 3 showers, which was denied. The unit clearly is for short-term rentals only as a business, so expect just the very basics "Ikea-like", including not comfortable mattresses. Property management communication via Booking.com not much responsive either.
