• Mohamed (4/5): Extremely disappounting stay - Poor communication with the owners - Inadequate facilities - Nothing much I booked the “Cavour FillYourHomeWithLove Design Apartment" through Booking.com, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by an outdated and uninviting building entrance, as well as an old lift that could barely accommodate two people at a time. We had to make multiple trips up and down to get our luggage to the apartment, around 6 times to be exact, which was incredibly frustrating, especially with the lack of assistance & after a long day of travels. To make things worse, accessing the apartment itself was an absurd hassle. We had to unlock four separate doors just to get to the tiny apartment, which felt completely unnecessary and made the whole process much more annoying and stressful everytime we go in or out. Once we arrived, the person who welcomed us didn’t speak any English and whenever we would ask anything, she’d tell us to message on booking.com - when we did that to ask about a nearby supermarket, they replied with “you can go look on google maps”… Once inside, we encountered a series of issues that were not only inconvenient but also disappointing. The fridge was leaking water, although it stopped after a while. The coffee machine began leaking the next day, and the toilet was shockingly cramped. In fact, it was so small that you could practically wash your hands while sitting on it. To make matters worse, the TV was broken in the bedroom, and the AC in the bedroom didn’t work at all. Despite reporting the issue with the TV & AC, no one responded or offered to fix it! Our messages were ignored. The communication with the property owners was the most frustrating part of the stay. The only way to contact them was through Booking.com messages (their preference), but we received little to no response, mostly automated replies.

• Mascou Boris (4/5): - C'était relativement sale et poussiéreux une télé étais cassé et celà n'a pas étai précisé aucune réduction appliqué. Loin de la surface indiquée et il n'y a pas de terrasse inclus dans le logement elle est plus Loin et c'est une terrasse d'un café.

Appartamento pulitissimo, ben attrezzato, con tutti i servizi necessari. Ospitalità impeccabile, massima cordialità e disponibilità. Soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo! Nulla da dire in merito.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a personal tour of the apartment by a friendly host who took the time to explain everything in detail. They were incredibly helpful, offering useful information about nearby supermarkets, attractions, and taxi services, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, very spacious, and perfect for our family of six. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was also excellent close to everything yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. None

Apartments near the street, but for me no annoying noices... slept as a baby I can recomend apartmens, owners can help you any time. I can say just a big thank you! I liked everything!
