Difficile d’avoir mes informations de mon unité, le no de téléphone m’amenait à une boite vocale. Plutôt stressant comme arrivée. Les lits étaient très inconfortables.

• Beenish (8/5): Overall good - Location. Host was very kind, he extended our check out for 2 hours free of cost as we had flight in the evening. Spacious room. Electric kettle. No iron. No locker facility to store travel documents. Check in was difficult.
• Mirza (9/5): Exilent - Location was best . It was clean and comfortable. The sofa convert bed wasn’t comfortable. Thats the only thing i suggest to change it . Because that was okey for 4 people. As we were 5 so one of us had to use the sofa bed but it wasn’t that much comfortable. So i would suggest you to change it . Another issue i faced that we didn’t get any quick reply. It was better if we could get anything we asked quickly.

• Agata (6/5): Pleasant - We liked the location in downtown Toronto, just around CN Tower. The amenities were nice (dishwasher, washing machine). The apartment is too small for 4 travelers. The sofa bed was too small to sleep on it so I disagree it should be calculated as a “bed”. Contact with owners is impossible. Overall, not worth the price.
• Peter (9/5): Property was fine but rental process is too laborious and would reconsider next time - Great location in a new building. Could not use the gym unless staying for 28 days. Also the process for getting access to the property is complicated and had to provide a lot of information multiple times, first to Booking.com and then to the owner during the security deposit process and then again prior to checking in and then again at the check-in process at the security desk at the building. This alone would stop me from staying at a condo rental again.

• John (9/5): Excellent overall; felt fortunate to have found a place in this location for reasonable price. - The value for the location is exceptional. This was our first visit to Toronto and we wanted to be downtown walking distance to the Rogers Center. The hotels in this area are much more pricey so this was excellent value. The location could not have been better for what we wanted. Two blocks or so from the Rogers Center. Two blocks the other direction was ScotiaBank Arena. Two blocks south was the waterfront of Lake Ontario and all that has to offer. Supermarket across the street and Starbucks on the same block. I felt very fortunate to be in this location; great value I think considering this was downtown Toronto. We did not use our car once, after parking it in the underground garage. Walked everywhere. Could have taken subway which was nearby but did not. I highly recommend taking the ferry out to the island! Ward's island a hidden gem!!! The room was clean and comfortably slept a family of 5, because of the pull-out sofa. Felt very safe. You need a key fob to access elevator and ride up the elevator so almost felt like you didn't even have to lock the door, but of course we did. The views from the floor to ceiling windows were excellent. There was a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment but we did not use it. Plenty of plates, glasses, utensils etc. Nice refrigerator. Awesome to be able to get groceries and cook a few simple breakfasts etc. so not have to eat every meal out. Owner was very prompt and responsive whenever we messaged them with a question. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for good value in fantastic location. The directions for getting into the place were a bit confusing. But I think the owner is going to streamline the directions. It's just a bit confusing at first knowing which parking garage to use and which elevator to use (there are multiple - parking, moving, low-rise, high-rise etc.) and needing the key fob for every time you enter the elevator or ride in it. But once you get over that initial entry, it becomes much easier. The cleaning products that the cleaners use had a pungent smell that was a bit overpowering every time you went into the room, but you didn't notice once you were in there for a while. Hopefully they can address this. Finally, someone on the same floor was smoking cigarettes and marijuana occasionally which made the hallway smell. These were the only drawbacks I experienced. Everything else was excellent and no complaints. But in order to be honest and transparent and give future travelers the full picture, wanted to mention these things.
• Xiaojun (9/5): A condo with a very convenient location - The location is very convenient and close to Union Station. The landlord had a good service.
• Jakeb (10/5): Niceee experience - The room is well equipped and quite spacious. The suite is very clean and located in city core, right beside Scotia Arena and Union Station. There are two queen size beds and a sofa bed (also sleep two), fits my family perfectly. The host provides detailed check in instructions. Highly recommend :) Nothing to complain. But remember to reach out to host for damage deposit link before receiving detailed checkin information.
