• Marion (6/5): Für drei Nächte war es ok, aber der Preis zu hoch. - Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, hell und sauber, lag für uns sehr günstig. Mahlzeit war nicht gebucht, aber der nette Herr Sun hat uns eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Für den Preis für 3 Nächte von 313. 42€ erwarte ich z.B. einen Fernseher im Zimmer oder mind. Gemeinschaftsraum (war in der Beschreibung, aber nicht vorhanden), Stühle im Zimmer fehlten (gab es nur im Gemeinschaftsraum), das Bett war für 2 erwachsene Personen 2m x 1.40m recht klein; eine kleine Ablage im Badezimmer gab es nicht, Beschriftung in der Küche fehlte komplett. Der Zimmerschlüssel fehlte,
• Kirsten (9/5): Super, gerne wieder. - Sehr sauber, alles sehr praktisch. Konnte den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nutzen und mein ebike sicher in einem extra Fahrradkeller abstellen. Ideal, um Dresden mit dem Rad zu erkunden.
• Yashchenko (10/5): Ночівля в чудовому місці у привітних господарів. - Проживання в квартирі, в чудовому новому, сучасному районі міста, поруч з дружніми, привітними сусідами. Велика квартира, повна довіра від господарів, адже всі їхні речі також знаходяться в квартирі. Хороша звукоізоляція, адже сусіди мали вечірку на вулиці, а всередині це нас не турбувало. Також прямо відчувалося, що в квартирі живуть чудові та привітні люди. Не покидало враження, що я увірвалася в чуже помешкання і ось-ось хтось знайде. Адже квартира житлова, в ній багато речей та продуктів. Хоча, я думаю, це тому, що я вперше мала такий досвід. З іншого боку — це така довіра до мешканців, що всі речі лишаються в квартирі. Також багато продуктів було в холодильнику та на столі. Але ми не знали чи можна їх брати, ми соромилися. Взяли лише каву для кавоварки.

• Владимир Папета (10/5): - Есть честно, я думал, что снимаю отдельные апартаменты, но оказалось, что это комната в в двух или трёхкомнатной квартире. Видимо этот нюанс написан по немецки в названии апартаментов на букинге, но немецкого я не знаю)) Но я все два дня провел гуляя по Дрездену, так что для меня это в целом не составило каких либо проблем. Комната имеет собственную ванную комнату и стиральную машину в ней. Душ нужно принимать в другой ванной комнате, которая в общем пространстве. Район тихий, спокойный, в в центр можно дойти пешком за полчаса. Для короткого пребывания хороший вариант.

• Frank (10/5): Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ideal für Gäste, die es eher ruhiger lieben. - Das angebotene selbstständige Ein- und Auschecken hat gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer und das Bad und auch die anderen Räume (Küche, Wohn-/Fernsehzimmer) waren angenehm wohnlich und sehr geräumig. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder herkommen. Die Lage am Rande des TU-Geländes ist etwas abgelegen, obwohl es vom Hauptbahnhof Dresden nur drei Stationen mit der Straßenbahn sind. Von der Straßenbahn-Haltestelle sind es dann noch ca. 12 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Wohnung. Dafür ist die Lage aber angenehm ruhig.

There is a sense of completeness in the place. You get everything. For me it was close enough to various places I had business to, at the same time a bit aloof which I appreciated. I liked it very much.

Everything seemed to be very well organised with little notes on top of everything that can be used and/or how. The only trouble really was the location. There were trams and buses, but only around 15 minutes away by walk.

• Diana (9/5): Genau die richtige Entscheidung für meine Ansprüche. - Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Ich habe sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein gutes Miteinander von gemeinsamer Nutzung von Küche und Wohnzimmer. Frauen, mir hat ein größerer Spiegel im Bad gefehlt und die Matratze war nicht ganz so gut.

• JUNG (10/5): - 드레스덴 오시는 분들 역에서 거리가 조금 있지만 가격 대비 좋은 곳이라고 생각됩니다. 방뿐만 아니라 거실 부엌까지 사용할 수 있는 공간이 많아 독일 여행 중에 가장 편안한 느낌을 받았습니다. 주변에 버스나 트램이 다니지 않아 7~10분 걸어야 탈 수 있습니다.
• Nataliya (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und gemütlich. - Die Unterkunft war sehr nett eingerichtet und es war sehr unkompliziert mit dem Check-in und -out gestaltet. Auch war die Wohnung sehr neu und dementsprechend waren die Badezimmer Seen schön und sehr sauber. Ein Minuspunkt ziehe ich der Sauberkeit ab, denn ich habe beim Abzug der Bettwäsche einige gelbe Flecken auf der Matratze entdeckt.

• Leonardo (9/5): Very good stay for visiting the university - Position was perfect for visiting the university, very quiet. Easy to reach with public transportation (as everything in Dresden). The apartment is actually shared by other people, including the owner when around, but it is big enough to leave privacy. Outside the University buildings, the area does not offer much - but public transportation is close.
• Wojciech (1/5): Booking powinien lepiej weryfikować oferowane obiekty. - Nic. Obiekt nie jest apartamentem, a pokojem przy rodzinie, lub co najwyżej kwaterą prywatną. W łazience zastałem przybory toaletowe i używany ręcznik Gospodarza. Nawet w hostelu takie rzeczy goście noszą ze sobą, nie zostawiając w łazience. W pokoju nie było nawet krzesła. Były za to znoszone klapki, a poduszki wydawały się być używane. W kuchni i w salonie stały używane kubki po napojach i zmięte serwetki. Po zapoznaniu się z sytuacją natychmiast opuściłem ten "apartament". Bardzo późna pora (22.30) nie była w stanie mnie zatrzymać. Poszukiwanie nowego obiektu nie było łatwe, a Booking wykazał się całkowitą bezradnością.
