- Barbara (8/5): Preiswert und sehr gute Service - Die Aussicht ist toll!! Das 2 Bett Zimmer war schön und sehr ursprünglich mit einem grossen Spiegelschrank und Blick auf die Berge. Die Verwalter Sorita und Gerard sind total freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Wegen dem schlechten Wetter konnten wir noch mal umziehen und 3 Tagen länger bleiben obwohl die Albergo eigentlich ausgebucht war. Keine Strafe, noch wo das Restaurant unterhalb gutes,und preiswertes Essen hat und wir ausserdem auch Kochgelegenheit im Hotel hatten

- Luciano (6/5): Buona struttura ma attenzione alla scelta della camera. - Posizione comoda con parcheggio gratuito, staff gentile, camera di recente ristrutturazione pulita. Connessione wifi presente e funzionante. Il bagno in camera è veramente piccolo e non è presente il bidè e neanche la doccia che si trova un locale docce al piano, cosa di cui eravamo allo scuro quando abbiamo prenotato con Booking. Da quello che abbiamo visto alcune camere come la nostra hanno la doccia la doccia in questo locale a parte con la porta recante il numero della camera. Purtroppo la doccia risulta molto stretta e dopo avere chiuso la porta non è possibile all'interno appendere asciugamani o ricambio in quanto si bagnerebbe tutto, la temperatura dell'acqua non è regolabile esiste solo un rubinetto attivabile a pressione (come nei lavabi degli autogrill) che dopo circa 20 secondi si chiude e quindi bisogna ri-premere. Un'esperienza che ricorda la caserma militare o le colonie estive anni 60-70. Materassi dei letti singoli mediocri.

Albergo in un punto molto strategico anche a livello di strada, comodo un po' a tutto. Pulito, ordinato, molto accogliente, proprietari gentili e disponibili, gran parcheggio privato attaccato all'albergo. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!

Sotto a L'albergo c'è un bel ristorante con prezzi non eccessivi , la sera ce un bel fresco guardandoti lo splendido panorama. Per gli amanti della tranquillità lo consiglio vivamente.

Il fatto che con 35 gradi non ci fosse l'aria condizionata ha reso il tutto un incubo......prima di prenotare accertatevi che funzioni l'aria..... anche le camere al secondo piano senza ascensore, chi ha problemi di deambulazione, non fa per voi. Mi è stato risposto che se volevo l'ascensore dovevo andare in un albergo, cosa pretendevo a quel prezzo....

Leider war bei meinem Besuch das Restuarant zu. Und im Dorf habe ich nur eine Pizzeria gefunden, die eher für Delivery gemacht ist.
- Antonella (9/5): Piacevole Weekend con paesaggi bellissimi - Abbiamo scelto questo albergo per il nostro Weekend in Franciacorta ed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: posizione ottima con una bellissima vista, camera familiare con possibilità di uso cucina. Al piano terra c’è un ristorante pizzeria (dove c’è anche uno sconto per gli ospiti dell’albergo) gestito da persone molto gentili e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci è piaciuto molto anche la passeggiata al Santuario di Santa Croce. Il bagno, molto pulito, è un po’ piccolo ma questo lo avevamo visto anche dalle recensioni. Noi consigliamo questa struttura. Piccolo consiglio: un phon in bagno sarebbe utile.

Si capivano chiaramente tutte le conversazioni dei vicini di stanza che non si sono fatti riguardo affatto ad abbassare la voce nemmeno a tarda ora quando gli è stato fatto presente che era tardi (parlando da stanza a stanza come se fossimo nello stesso alloggio) La salvezza sono state le cuffie ma da questo punto di vista, esperienza pessima

Personale molto gentile. Possibilità di fare il check-in online e quindi di accedere alle camere con un codice (molto veloce e soprattutto comodo per chi arriva dopo le 20). Unico neo: il bagno abbastanza piccolo e bidet in vecchio stile.

- Jaqueline (4/5): - Cama boa, chuveiro ok, vista bonita do quarto de casal. No quarto de Casal, onde fiquei com meu noivo, subia um cheiro horrível que tínhamos que tapar todos os ralos e fechar a porta para não poluir o quarto. No quarto Twin onde meus pais ficaram, tinham duas janelas no alto, uma não abria e a outra a tapparella não mexia, não tinha ar condicionado e nenhuma circulação de ar, mesmo sendo nas montanhas passaram calor a noite toda. Na noite que ficamos tinham pessoas dando festa em algum quarto, batiam na nossa porta 3h da manhã e corriam, fora o barulho que fizeram a noite inteira. Para completar, faltando ainda uns 40min para o checkout, a mulher batia na porta varias vezes falando para gente sair do quarto porque ela tinha que limpar (??), ou seja, fomos praticamente expulsos. O que seria um fim de semana tranquilo no meio do nada, se tornou meio caótico.

- Valentina (6/5): Soggiorno di una notte a Lodrino - Camera doppia con letti singoli che purtroppo avevano dei materassi durissimi. È stato impossibile riposare anche a causa dei cuscini bassissimi. Erano presenti due ulteriori cuscini nell'armadio ma comunque non è servito a molto. A titoli informativo: dal primo piano, con il finestrone aperto, si sentono i rumori e gli odori della cucina del locale sottostante. Per il resto tutta la struttura è nuova e ben curata. Abbiamo visto delle moniporzioni per la colazione in cucina ma non c'erano specifiche sulla possibilità di poterne o meno usufruire eventualmente pagando un sovrapprezzo. Anche nel regolamento affisso in camera non c'era scritto nulla a riguardo. Comodo il locale sottostante per i pasti, colazione inclusa.
- Angelo (3/5): Non penso di ritornare e , sicuramente,non lo consiglierei. - La posizione era piacevole,la camera aveva la vista verso le montagne come descritto. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il caldo in camera, telefonando al numero previsto,per messaggio,ci hanno detto che c'erano problemi con l'aria condizionata,ma abbiamo scoperto che non esisteva in camera,e che avrebbero chiamato i tecnici. Nonostante ripetute chiamate,non abbiamo più ricevuto nessuna risposta. La cosa ci è sembrata molto sospetta.
