• Carole (5/5): Service a revoir - La chambre correspondait a la description et etait tres bien pour une nuit. Hotel a proximité de l aeroport (10 min en taxi) Tres decues de l acceuil et de l assistance du personnel . Nous arrivions a minuit et avions besoin d un transport vers goreme a 8h du matin. Nous avions echangé avec l hotel qui nous avez dit pouvoir organiser ce transport pour 60€, nous avons donné notre accord. Or en arrivant a minuit la veille , la personne a l acceuil nous dit que rien n est réservé pour le lendemain mais surtout que ca nous coutera 120€!! Apres avoir tres longuement contesté , le prix passe miraculeusement a 100euros. N ayant pas le choix nous avons accepté. Bref de l arnaque pure et simple! On attendait mieux d un novotel

• Ekin (7/5): Tolles Zimmer, leider ohne Personal gefühlt. - Top Lage. Sauberes Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, kein Lärm trotz Bundesstraße direkt daneben. Das Personal hat uns nicht mal gefragt, ob Sie uns beim Koffer tragen helfen sollen. Vom Parkplatz wurde ich auch verwiesen. Es gab keinerlei Infos, nicht mal auf meine Anfrage wurde geantwortet auf Booking. Der Preis war vor Ort auch billiger.

Özellikle kahvaltı büfesi cok guzel ve özenli , her şey çok taze ve özenliydi. Personelin çözüm odaklı ve sıcakkanlı tavrı ise kendimizi evimizde hissettirdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

• Arseniy Che (7/5): В целом ОК, но дороговато. - Приезжали в Кайсери, чтобы покататься на лыжах в Эрджирес. В целом отель хороший, номера подуставшие, не современная мебель, но качественная сантехника. Wi-fi работал слабо, номера чистые, слышимость, как во всех турецких отелях. Завтрак средний, вроде все есть, но качество не всегда хорошее. Цена/качество - дороговато, но видимо высокий горнолыжный сезон. Рядом с отелем негде погулять и покушать, ездили кушать в кафе и рестораны, а также заказывали еду в номер.
• Pier Damiano (4/5): If you don’t speak Turkish and you don’t have your own car, choose another location - Only one member of the staff was very kind, aligned with the expectations of Novotel standard. Unfortunately she spoke just basic English. The only real plus is the vicinity to the airport: less than 10 minutes by taxi They never answered the emails I sent them before my arrival inquiring about service, like transfer from airport to hotel. Only the Booking staff gave me help and found a solution. Virtually nobody spoke English. Location far from center, unless you have your own car or ride taxi Cleanliness just passable. The structure is old. Restaurant and bar menu only theoretical. What they really offer is only a small selection of the menu. In addition, the man attending the bar and restaurant was abrupt and not kind at all.

Öncelikle temizlik konusunda gerçekten üst seviyedeler, her şey özenle hazırlanmış ve hijyen açısından hiçbir eksik yoktu.Gittigim otellerde banyoya dikkat ederim burada gercekten temizlik belli ediyor kendini Personel son derece profesyonel, aynı zamanda da güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Restoran kısmı da oldukça başarılıydı. Özellikle yöresel lezzetlere ağırlık vermeleri beni çok mutlu etti, her şey taze ve çok lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı büfesi ise tam anlamıyla zengin ve doyurucuydu, birçok farklı seçenek vardı ve hepsi ayrı ayrı özenle hazırlanmıştı. Konforlu, temiz ve lezzetli bir konaklama arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. İş için de keyif için de tercih edilebilecek bir yer. Yücel Bey ve Regaip hanima giriste karsilamada guleryuzleri icin cok tesekkur ederim islerini iyi yapiyorlar.

• Turk (10/5): Tertemiz ve hijyenik Mukemmel tesis kaliteli personel - Otel gerçekten tertemizdi, hijyen konusunda içim çok rahattı. Odamız her gün özenle temizlendi, her şey pırıl pırıldı. Restorandaki yemekler hem çok lezzetliydi hem de gönül rahatlığıyla yiyebileceğiniz kadar temizdi. Özellikle kahvaltıya bayıldık!Bufede peynir cesitliligi muazzam ve lezzetliydi. Otelin genel atmosferi çok konforluydu, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Çocuklu bir aile olarak konakladık ve hem bizim hem çocuğumuzun rahatı için her şey düşünülmüştü.giriste yucel Bey bizi profesyonelce karsiladi ve sagolsun cok ilgilendi. Personel de inanılmaz ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Hem dinlendik hem çok keyif aldık, kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz. 😊 Hersey cok guzeldi
• Gunge (10/5): Breakfast best and delicious hygenic clean safe hotel - Eşimle birlikte Novotel Kayseri’de konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle Yücel Bey’in ilgisi ve misafirperverliği konaklamamıza büyük değer kattı. Güler yüzlü yaklaşımı ve her detayı düşünmesi bizi çok etkiledi. Odamız son derece temiz, hijyenik ve oldukça konforluydu. Sessiz, rahat bir uyku çekmek mümkün oldu. Otelin genel temizliği de aynı şekilde çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı konusunda ise açık büfe beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Her şey özenle hazırlanmış, sunumlar şıktı. Sıcak büfede sunulan omlet çeşitleri hem taze hem de oldukça lezzetliydi. Peynir seçenekleri dikkat çekiciydi, özellikle yöresel peynirlerin kalitesi ve tadı harikaydı. Hem kalite hem çeşit açısından 5 yıldızlı otelleri aratmayan bir kahvaltı deneyimiydi. Genel olarak hem hizmet kalitesi hem de konfor açısından çok memnun ayrıldık. Tekrar Kayseri’ye yolumuz düşerse hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırız

Kudos to him. - I had read some negative reviews about this place and came prepared for the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and new, and the staff were extremely helpful. They assisted us in arranging the shuttle bus to Erciyes and even checked on our flight status for possible delays. The staff went the extra mile by offering not to check us out in case our flight was delayed and we needed to return. Nothing

The room was spotless and airy, and the property even features a lift that operates with your room key for added convenience. The location is excellent—close to the city center and the bus terminal. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. None.

• Kathryn (8/5): Very good - Just an overnight stay after we landed in Kayseri. The Hotel was clean and modern. Would recommend for an overnight stay as there is not much to do nearby.

The service, we had issue with our car and also Opening the door it took us like 3 times to make one of them to actually come to help us. Also at night we had requested something different for bed style and he kind of ignored our request and proceeded to probably with what he had available. We arrived very late, so I wasn’t going to start an issue about it.

The breakfast was delicious, and the room was spotless. The staff even made sure to clean the room whenever we hung the ‘clean’ sign on the door. The bathroom’s ventilation system was malfunctioning, causing an unpleasant cigarette odor that persisted for an hour. Additionally, the toilet lacked a toilet brush, and the room card occasionally malfunctioned, but the staff promptly resolved these issues.

• Ian (9/5): Superb - Great staff, were very kind when I arrived to store luggage before check in. Thanks to the lady and gentlemen who also sorted an issue with my key card - a mistake but handled promptly and with humour. Breakfast had a great choice with some variation each day, again restaurant staff were great. Room was large and spotless. Airport is 10 mins in taxi. Town centre a bit less but is walkable in 15-20 mins. Nothing, really enjoyed my stay.
• Bill (7/5): Nice accommodations - The breakfast was spectacular. Initially, the hotel wanted to charge 14 euros for the breakfast, but the staff politely provided it as a free bonus. The room was reasonably priced for what would be charged, and apparently the hotel also hosts eductaional and other conferences. Staff was reasonably accommodating and assisted in providing a taxi (and some had functional English skills, because I had no Turkish skills...) Biggest beef is that Novotel doesn't recognize the convenience of its travelers. Many, like me, use it as a stopover for further travel to Kona and Kapodokya because the flights arrive around midnight. Though Novetel is located next to a taxi stand, it has chosen not to provide any shuttle service (as some other hotels do elsewhere around the world) to/from the Kayseri Airport or bus station. Amazingly, the rides to/from the airport to Novotel range from $20-30 (maybe 10 km? distance) and another $15 to the bus station. Novotel knows who is coming to/from the airport, or going to the bus station, and could provide a welcome less expensive alternative with a shuttle van. (I spent less money on the 150 mile roundtrip to Kapodokya from the bus station, and from Panoramic Cave Hotel than the airport shuttle to Novotel and the taxi to the bus station -- about $22 within the city versus $20 all the way to Kapodokya and back....

Lots of noises as the hotel is located between the main road and railway. Breakfast was pricey and the quality of the breakfast did not match the price.
