• Janina (10/5): Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit freundlicher Gastgeberin. - Die Unterkunft hat unsere Wünsche vollstens erfüllt. Es ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin war zu jeder Zeit via WhatsApp erreichbar und hat bei allen Fragen detailliert weitergeholfen. Wir hatten schöne unbeschwerte Tage auf Fuerteventura! Für und war alles bestens.
• Álvaro (10/5): Excelente trato, apartamento pequeño, acogedor y confortable - La anfitrión es una persona muy atenta que se preocupa porque la estancia sea lo mejor posible para el inquilino: antes, durante y a la salida del apartamento, dando explicaciones claras de como llegar, qué hacer y visitar en la zona. Además de que es una persona encantadora. La cama de matrimonio es muy cómoda y grande y desayunar en la terraza con vistas al mar fué una gozada. Aunque está explictamente indicado en la descripción del apartamento que este tiene una superficie de 40m2 aproximadamente, se siente pequeño, más de lo que aparentan las fotos.
• Falk (8/5): Schönes Appartment mit toller Ausstattung,würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. - Zentrale Lage beim El Faro Leuchtturm. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zu den Restaurants. Supermarkt im Haus. Bushaltestelle 100 m entfernt. Wir hatten immer Kontakt zur sehr freundlichen Besitzerin. Es ist etwas mühsam das Appartment zu erreichen. (für ältere Menschen) Mit dem Aufzug und dann einige Treppen rauf und runter durch den Gebäudekomplex, oder eine steile Aussentreppe ohne Geländer. Vor dem Gebäudekomplex steht ein Grundstück zum Verkauf,wo leider viel Müll rumliegt.
• ARES81 (10/5): Il Cuore del Sud di Fuerte - Posizione fantastica. Appartamento pulito, comodo, con tutti i comfort. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva per cucina (posate, piatti,bicchieri ecc)e bagno( asciugamani,teli mare , ecc) in più tutti i condimenti per la cucina, tè, tisane, caffè, prodotti per la pulizia, acqua già in frigo. Bellissimo. In bagno bagnoschiuma, shampoo, detergente mani, detersivo lavastoviglie, carta igienica....tutto. Letto comodissimo e balcone con vista mare (e tramonto) bellissimo. Proprio sul lungomare di Morro Jable con negozi , supermarket, bar, ristoranti e soprattutto la bellissima spiaggia di Jandia con i suoi Chiringuito a portata di mano. Tornerò sicuramente . L' accesso alla struttura non è comodissimo. Soprattutto se si hanno valigie pesanti. Ma nulla di impossibile.
• Oktawia (1/5): Book at your own risk - The apartment was clean with small but reasonably well equipped kitchen. Overall the apartment was very small. It's a studio apartment with a tiny kitchen and bathroom. It's barely suitable for couples, definitely too small for families. The steps leading up to the apartment feel like a punishment, especially if you have to carry heavy luggage or small shopping in the heat. Unless you are physically fit, you will struggle climbing up to get in the apartment and back every day. You need to be quick when you shover, as the hot water runs out very quickly and you are left with cold water only for the day. The apartment decor is really outdated but that's ok, we did not mind that, however the place is in need of repairs, and we had a little leak from the water container located on the balcony at one point. We booked the apartment for nine days but unfortunately had to move out middle of day four as we could not stand the constant noise in the building from loud power tools and drilling non stop from 9am until 6:30pm for two days straight. We have notified the owners multiple times and recorded little videos to explain how bad the noise was, but they said this was out of their control. We only had one evening during our stay, the afternoon that we moved in, to enjoy our holiday in peace. The owner proposed another apartment, much cheaper and located near a busy street that they would pay for, which we did not want, so we agreed that instead they would refund us to the value of this apartment and we would find another more suitable place to stay and we would pay the balance. Unfortunately once we left, the owners went back on their word, and we never received the promised refund, despite the promises made in writing. They used every excuse under the Sun, blaming booking.com or even their own employees as the reason they cannot return the money, and we ended up with a small refund. The last message from the owner said that worst things happened to her on her holiday so we should be happy with what we got. Book at your own risk.
• Kätlin (10/5): Accommodation charged with very positive energy, fully supports the vacation of your dreams - The apartment impressed with its coziness. The entire interior is stylish, it is clear that this home has been designed with love. Here you find a luxurious king-size bed, a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, and a comfortable bathroom. The pearl of the apartment is the spacious balcony, where you can admire the enchanting ocean view. I was satisfied with everything.
• Paul (8/5): Nice apartment in good location close to the beach. - Quiet apartment near to the beach and shops. You have to climb quite a few steps to get to the apartment so bear this in mind if you have any health or mobility issues.
• Juliet (6/5): Not a bad place, but the surroundings were a bit of a mess. - Apartment had a lot of useful items that made our stay easier, like beach towels and parasols. When the toilet seat broke, they fixed it quickly. The apartment was cluttered with too many furnishings. The bed was by the windows and the traffic noise kept us awake. The surroundings were a bit of a mess, especially the entrance way by the shops which had old fridges and lots of garbage piled up around it. The were many steps leading up to the apartment and were dark and dangerous at night. The whole of the Atlantico development had a deserted creepy vibe and needed updating and repair.
