The Room even small but Modern Brand New so quite comfortable We thought just walking distance from Gatwick Airport. Apparently quite difficult & hard to get there. We then decided to take Taxi to Gatwick Airport in the morning that cost us £20

• Juliana (9/5): Muy bien para una noche cerca del aeropuerto! - Limpio, cómodo, nuevo y tienes todo lo necesario. Nos ha gustado el detalle de encontrad lo esencial para el desayuno (café, leche, mantequilla, etc) y las botellas de agua. Hemos dormido bien. Se puede ir andando desde Gatwick si no vas cargado, 20 mins por un sendero. Está muy bien para pasar la noche si tienes un vuelo temprano o llegas tarde. Todo correcto! Solo un tip: Hemos ido andando desde la Terminal Sur (20 mins), tomar la salida correcta desde la terminal para comenzar a andar fue un poco complejo. Sal por donde termina la plataforma del tren que conecta la T sur con la T Norte. Bajas unas escaleras y toma el sendero. Puede estar algo oscuro de noche pero no lo sentimos nada peligroso.

Very clean, I love that there were cereals, some bread and fresh milk. I really enjoyed the stay. The bed seemed broken on the right side, it was lower than the left side.

• Patricia (9/5): Excellent, well equipped small flat - The flat was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and easy to get to and from Gatwick airport. Instructions were concise. I wouldn't say didn't like, so much as could prove to be a problem for some people and that, is the stairs going up to the flat. These could be a bit tricky with heavy suitcases, especially when you are frailer. When we arrived it was pouring with rain. We were fine, but I imagine that wouldn't be the case for everyone.

• Yolanda (8/5): Pleasant and easy access to to property and airport - It was beautifully kited up and decorated. Everything you needed was there The two radiator didn’t work. Luckily the air con machine was hot and cold but the bathroom radiator was not on and there was no instructions how to switch them on. The socket where the toaster was plugged in was not working, the fuse might be broken.

• Katie (8/5): Beautiful accommodation and a very thoughtful host! - It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the host had provided so much in the way of amenities! Coffees/ teas of all varieties, bread, butter, jams, cereals etc. It was wonderful. Cute little outdoor seating area. Easy access. Excellent having Netflix on a large screen infront of the bed. Massive wardrobes with hangers. Huge bathroom with toiletries. Fabulous. The bed was too small and the pillows quite hard which was a shame as I wasn’t able to sleep a wink all night. Also the shower ran on scolding, so at 3.30 in the morning trying to get ready to leave, it was very difficult to shower without getting under the water as much as possible. It burnt my head trying to rinse out the shampoo.

Though they were very clean, whatever the linen and towels had been washed in had a very strong (quite unpleasant) smell. The room smelt so strongly of it that it clung to our clothes the next day.

• Fiona (10/5): Perfect place to await our next flight - It was great to get away from the airport and stay in such a clean, comfortable relaxing place. It was an easy walk into Horley for dinner. The walk to and from was absolutely fine, but I wouldn't want to do it if arriving on a late night flight.
• Christopher (8/5): Great stopover option - Flat 1: An extremely neat and well presented 1st Floor apartment with everything that you would need for a stopover, including fresh groceries for hot drinks and a basic breakfast for 2. Warm and quiet and even natural light in the bathroom. Easily accessed by car or Taxi or a 15 minute walk from the South Terminal of Gatwick if you have full directions. The "footpath" option is not really viable if the Weather conditions are poor i.e. raining - especially if you have more than one item of luggage. You would need a fully functional sat nav function on your mobile. Best to get a taxi from the airport, especially in the dark. Limited space for large suitcases.

Ideal location near the airport, parking and excellent, clear instructions for entry The noise from the flat above was horrific! We booked to get a good nights sleep before a flight....we got 3 hours sleep. They started at 11.30pm, finished at 3am Started again at 6.30am ....up and down the fire escape, slamming doors, it sounded like they were constantly dragging furniture across the floor, dropping stuff on the floor and we heard all their conversation. They clearly did not read the welcome pack asking them to be quiet! The soundproofing needs to be upgraded.

Excellent communication from the host made it very easy to find the accomodation via their instructions and photos. They had thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable including coffee, tea, milk & sugar along with bottled water; provisions for breakfast; & laundry detergent already in the washing machine! It was a short walk to London Gatwick airport, so the location is excellent for those travelling into or out of Gatwick. Highly recommend this apartment. All good.

Breakfast was just right for a quick start. Property Manager was kind. (Not a walk from the airport (as some comment mentioned) when rolling luggage but a short and easy taxi ride.
