• Beàta (10/5): Very pleasant - Very well located, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. I loved the decoration, and the bed is confortable.

Customer service is amazing they answered all my questions immediately without any delay and they provided me with all the informations that i might need even before checking in. If i'm visiting Batroun again and i want a place to stay i'll book there. There is no elevator.

• Leila (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable — highly recommend! - The property was spotless, very comfortable, cozy and perfectly located in the heart of Batroun Souk, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area! 🌟 it’s on the 4th floor, which might be a consideration for some guests.

• Joseph (7/5): Enjoyable and comfortable (the kitchen was well stocked, but no microwave). - Location is excellent The stairs and the stairs and the stairs. Terrible!! Going up 4 floors using the stairs with no elevator and carrying luggage. Also the cover on the bed was small, a 150 cms cover on a 150 cms wide bed. It Should be 180 cms. In addition to the bath towels, two smaller ones as face towels were missing. BUT, all in all, the room was comfortable, bright and cheerful. (An additional chair would have been helpful).
• Wafaa (7/5): Good - The interior is super cute. The location is amazing in the middle of the souk. Equipped with everything. Price is very good. The building is creepy. I know i was informed that there’s no elevator but it’s tough you’ll stay at 3rd floor you park at -1 so actually you will be getting up 4 floors. The parking is terrible. And what’s important ‼️‼️‼️ is to remove the photos and update new ones since they scam you, you think that the tv room is separated from the bed room but actually in the photo they removed the bed to shoot the tv room so the photos should be updated Note: if you are 3 guests and someone will be sleeping on the small bed you need to know that there is no divider or door between the two beds.
