Guest Reviews
- James (10/5): Excellent, fantastic thank you!!! - We recently spent 9 days at Frascati Antica and could not have asked for a better experience. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, showing genuine care and attention throughout our stay. The location is exceptional, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the town, making it an ideal base for exploring both Frascati and Rome.
- Francesco Digilio (10/5): - L'appartamento è molto pulito e situato in pieno centro, i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Frascati terremo in considerazione "Frascati antica" come alloggio.

- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Imogen (10/5): Modern apartment with olde world charm - It was super comfortable and quiet. A recently appointed apartment with olde world charm. The host could not have been more helpful and informative. Frascati is a lovely town with great views and excellent restaurants. A great place to use as a base when exploring the area. The personal approach was much appreciated. Nothing to dislike. All excellent!!
- Robin (10/5): Lovely apartment - A charming place to stay with lots of homely touches, and a very kind host.
- Anette (9/5): Superb -
- Nela (10/5): Exceptional - Hosts are nice and welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is in the center and it is easy to navigate to the place. The apartment is huge, and has all the amenities needed for a nice stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with also a dishwasher. Mobile GPS has troubles to locate the little streets, it also happened to me in Frascati a few years ago so it is not a problem of hosts, but it is easy to navigate to the apartment by looking at the street names.
- Robert (9/5): We had a great time - Location fine Parking is a bit of a struggle everywhere in Frascati.
- Anni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mykola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Viktorija (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent! Perfect location, 3 mins walk to Frascati station, easy to get to Rome Termini. Fully equipped apartment with everything you need! Very authentic, beautiful and comfortable stay!
Friendly and helpful hosts, thank you! All was perfect
- Joost (9/5): Very pleasant. - Very friendly reception by the host. The property is in the center close by restaurants and the station Nothing to dislike. Maybe a bit on the dark side, but that is impossible to avoid on that location.
- Jean-guy (9/5): Definitely recommend - Spotless clean apartment with all the necessary amenities (very well-equipped kitchen is a good example). Very friendly and helpful owners (too bad we had to use a language translation app). The location in central Frascati is close to shops, cafés, restaurant and groceries if you prefer to cook in the apartment. The train station is also a few minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend the place. No much. You might hear chatter from the street late in the evening on the weekends. The outdoor light also comes from one side of the apartment, so the kitchen does not get much outdoor light.
- Devc (10/5): A beautiful home - The apartment was spacious, filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay exceptionally comfortable. It featured a fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare delightful meals, and offered a stunning view from the balcony. The charming town of Frascati, along with 270-degree breathtaking views, was just minutes away. A variety of restaurants, a beautiful church, and several cafes were conveniently located a stone's throw from the property. The train station, a mere 7-minute walk, provided a direct 30-minute connection to Roma Termini. In addition, the bus station located opposite the Frascati train station facilitated travel when trains were not available. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making it certain that you will enjoy your time here.
- Tair (10/5): Friends or family, it worth it! - They were wonderful. We came late but they waited for us. They were so nice and friendly, very attentive and helpful. We had an amazing stay.
- Franco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ismene (10/5): Charming, lovely location, perfectly equipped for local pleasures and for Rome. - The flat is charming, home-like, and brilliantly located. Extremely nice hosts who met us as early as I requested (2pm) and though they speak no English I had my Italian sister there. All the same, everything is very easy. Got our own breakfast things from local bakery & grocers, but it was really nice to find real coffee and teabags provided, along with choice of coffee maker (pods and a Moka express). It's equipped exactly as a good holiday home should be, with all you need to cook, a dishwasher (we didn't use it), an oven, gas hob and pretty floral scheme so you do feel you are not in a hotel or bnb. A detailed system of bins which I hope we understood - Italy seems to be serious about domestic waste recycling. The main room has a firm mattress (as I like), high-quality white cotton sheets, and extra duvets and 'memory foam' pillows as alternatives, plenty of hanging and drawer space for clothes. Bathroom has simple but effective shower (not power, straight from the excellent hot water supply), bidet, shelving units, plenty of perfectly clean white towels, and is abundantly stocked with toiletries and pretty accessories. Heating system very easy to adjust up or down. Full length windows have automatic roll down shutters (standard everywhere, it seems). The location in old Frascati is fab, little narrow streets around the cathedral and several other churches. Quite exclusive fashion and leather shops and a pharmacy a couple of doors down. The station is 5 mins walk (with steps), and Rome is 30 mins away/ cost about 2 euros, on the direct train. Though check timetable as it appears to be hourly but actually misses out some mid morning hours. The access to Rome is fabulous, and Frascati itself has a rather historic and exclusive charm, with an huge and grand villa/palace high up on the hill still occupied by a prince, it seems. Nice bonus was that Christmas decorations were still up everywhere. The only drawback of being central in the little old quarter is the noise from people in restaurants around which went on till about 1 am Friday/Saturday but that seemed to be the worst night. If you want high tech modernism this isn't the place for you, but everything works just as you need.
- Albert (10/5): We instantly felt at home - A great, cozy place in a central location with all amenities for a longer stay. Very accommodating and flexible host. Super clean and functional. Highly recommended.
