Nonkululeko (7/5): Our stay was great in spite of only few things that were not available as shown to your page - We did not place an order for breakfast as we were rushing to SA I3. We were so excited about the pool only to find out when we were there the pool is under revamp

Jodache (1/5): Dissappointed with the service for trying to make a booking! - Extremely disappointed with Farm Secretaris. It is well within the rights and capabilities of property owners to manage their availability and adjust bookings through Booking.com at their discretion. Despite securing our reservation on 18 February and completing payment by 13 April, we were abruptly informed on 23 April - merely one week before our scheduled stay on 30 April - that our booking was no longer valid. This occurred during a peak travel period in Kimberley (Wildeklawer), making alternative arrangements exceedingly difficult. The proprietor offered vague assurances that they would "see what they could do," yet ultimately took no action whatsoever. The handling of this matter reflects a glaring lack of professionalism, accountability, and ethical responsibility. Prospective guests should exercise extreme caution when considering this establishment. Credit to booking.com for being alert of my situation in a matter of 12 hours, and making an attempt to help.
