Хозяйка очень приятный и внимательный человек, к ней всегда можно обращаться. Кухня просторная, оборудованная всем необходимым. Квартира расположена на одной из центральных улиц, напротив круглосуточный супермаркет, магазины, кафе.

В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни, хороший ремонт, чисто, красиво. До центра 20 минут пешком. Через дорогу неплохой для Кутаиси магазин, где можно купить еду, бытовые мелочи, игрушки товары творчества для детей. Достойный вариант.

• AIKATERINI TSIODOULOU (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα (ισόγειο) είναι πιο ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες! Μεγάλοι χώροι, ψηλά ταβάνια, ωραία κουζίνα, μεγάλο άνετο κρεβάτι. Το συν για μένα που ήμουν με αυτοκίνητο είναι πως το δημόσιο πάρκινγκ είναι ακριβώς έξω από την πόρτα. Υπάρχει επίσης μια εξωτερική κάμερα ασφαλείας που σου δίνει έξτρα σιγουριά τόσο για την προσωπική σου ασφάλεια όσο και για το αυτοκίνητο. Πολλά μπράβο στην Μελίνα! Άψογη οικοδέσποινα!

• Lyubov (10/5): - Квартира оказалась лучше, чем на фото - просторная, чистая, удобная. Есть отдельный вход мимо общего подъезда. Хозяева встретили меня, несмотря на то, что я приехала на час раньше. Очень рекомендую данное жилье - оно действительно превзошло мои ожидания.

• Oshi (10/5): Perfect Stay in Kutaisi - The apartment is absolutely stunning – new, fully renovated, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, and the shower is spacious and luxurious. The bed was excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. The host was incredibly kind and helped us with everything we needed. The location is perfect – right in the city center on Tamar Mepe Street. Just across the road, only 10 meters away, there’s a 24/7 Family supermarket with plenty of delicious ready-to-eat food. In short – more than highly recommended!
• عبدالرحمن (10/5): الصراحه اللي مايسكن فيها غلطان - الصراحة كوتايسي مدينة حلوة والشقة هاذي استاجرناها جدا جميلة ونظيفة جدا وصاحبة الشقة محترمة جدا وبالنسبة لي لو احد راح يجي كوتايسي بنصحة فيها ولو برجع برجع لها كل امور المطبخ موجودة والنظافة والترتيب صراحة ماا تندمت اني جيتها و انصح اي سعودي او خليجي بيجي كوتايسي لا تروح عليه الشقه اذا شخصين والحلو فيها قريبه من وسط المدينة وكل شي جنبك لدرجة اني اخذت ثلاث ايام في كوتايسي مااخذت تاكسي كل شي جنبك تاخذها مشي واستكشاف

Don't hesitate to stay there for a few days. You will feel at home. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The lady who greeted us was so nice too. We will come back here next time for sure. • Chibanda (10/5): Even better than the photos — spacious, spotless and incredibly welcoming! - Apartment Atina exceeded our expectations, it’s even nicer than the pictures! The space is very clean, spacious and has beautiful high ceilings that give it an airy, comfortable feel. Melo, the host, is the best in Kutaisi. She was incredibly accommodating, allowed us an early check-in, provided extra linen and toiletries and checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Apartment Atina, we will definitely be back!

• Denis (9/5): Superb - The apartment is new and well located, exactly as in the photos. I especially liked the tall ceilings. Internet was fast and stable. The host was very friendly an helpful! The street nearby can get a little noisy, but it calms down during the night and I had no trouble sleeping.

• Ibrahim (10/5): Best place to rent in Kutaisi. - Once again, staying here for the third time in my 2 week trip, always coming back to the cute, neat, tidy, clean apartment. This time on a very short notice only few hours before arriving but was clean, tidy and prepared as usual, they were waiting for us in the apartment for the check in process and made sure for everything to be very comfortable for us. Location is perfect, in the downtown and at the same time out of the traffic, not noisy at all. Apartment has everything needed for a short or long stay. Nothing to complain about. I would recommend to all.
