georgia (7/5): Deve fazer ajustes e principalmente o reparo da energia e da goteira. - A localização foi boa, restaurantes próximos, pontos de ônibus de fácil acesso e um supermercado muito bom perto o COOP. A roupa de cama limpa e o ambiente também. O apartamento tinha uma goteira do aquecedor da água que ficava pingando em um balde, mal dava para escovar os dentes na pia mínima e a goteira pingada em cima. Banheiro pequeno, com a descarga do vaso de funcionava depois de muitos pertos de pressões sobre ela. A energia, caía o tempo todo... durante o dia, de madrugada e não tinha múltiplos eletrodomésticos ligados, somente a luz do quarto e o ar condicionado.
Caterina (7/5): Perfect for a short stay in Florence - The apartment is perfect for two, the location is great as it’s walking distance from the downtown and there is a grocery store right across the street. The bathroom is quite small but accessible and the shower just doesn’t drain very well.
Enes (7/5): Very close to center - The location was very good and the beds were very comfortable. The hot water in shower ends too fast.
Paula (5/5): Passable - Good location, walking distance to historic centre. Good communication with host, we were allowed to store luggage earlier than check in. Werid scent in the apartament. The bed is actually two separate beds which move easily and its completely uncomfortable to sleep. Lack of any hooks for towels in the bathroom. No soap and sponge in the kitchen.

Xin (8/5): Beautiful apartment but the flush in the toilet needs to be fixed - The apartment is quite large and is located in a residential neighbourhood with amazing local restaurants. The host is very responsive and answers quickly to messages. Unfortunately, the flush in our toilet did not work during our entire stay (2 nights). However the team quickly sent a technician to try to fix the problem, although it did not get fixed during our stay.
Naveen (7/5): Nice stay. Great location. - Location. Big and clean apartment. Safe neighborhood. Public transport access. Responsive host. Not easy to find taxis nearby. Flush had some issues, which could have been checked and fixed earlier.
Francisco (8/5): Fair price great location - Location, price, friendly and available staff The house could be a bit better decorated and with a few touches here and there could have significant improvements for the guests
Joanne (8/5): Almost perfect except for the lack of hot water - Very new and clean. It was reasonably well stocked. The hot water in the shower lasted only about 5 minutes. Then it turned lukewarm.
Gayle (8/5): Lovely facility but a short walk to taxi stand and there were never any there. - Very comfortable with supermarkets nearby. There are no signs to identify the apartment. Thought we were lost until contact came to let us in. No wifi details in unit and when we finally got the codes we could not connect to the wifi. Difficult to get a taxi from the location. Had to get an international sim and the right taxi app to get a taxi to the apartment.
