• Pérez-Cuadrado Cervantes (8/5): En general la estancia en Tenerife y en concreto en este apartamento ha sido todo muy bien. - El piso está muy bien, pequeño pero totalmente funcional y muy bien preparado. El tamaño de WC es mínimo, para alguien grande como Yo cuesta moverse por él Los vecinos...mira que es mala suerte, pero los vecinos son chinos, no paran de gritar y de hacer comidas que huelen muy fuerte a todas horas.

• Noelia (5/5): - El alojamiento muy limpio y muy cómodo. Lo reservé con el filtro de parking, y ponía servicio de parking y no es verdad. No tiene parking y los aparcamientos que hay son aparcamientos en la calle que tú encuentres.
• Valerijs (9/5): - Overall, our stay was great and we really enjoyed the apartments. The location, views, and overall comfort were all very good, and everything met our expectations. The only thing worth mentioning is that communication was handled entirely through an AI assistant, and the check-in process was a bit complicated, requiring quite a lot of information and steps. It took a little extra time and effort compared to a typical check-in. Aside from that, everything was absolutely fine, and we had a positive experience overall.

• Pe Mes Kepens (9/5): Apartament acollidor i complert. - Ens vam allotjar en aquest allotjament durant una nit. Gran relació qualitat-preu, molt net i complet. Està situat bé al mig de Santa Cruz de Tenerife i és fàcil accedir al centre des d'aquí. Molt silenciós durant la nit i va ser molt còmode tenir la clau d'accés tant de la porta d'entrada de l'edifici com a l'apartament al mateix mòbil. El pàrquing al voltant és bastant reduït, ja que és zona blanca i blava. Si hi vas en cotxe, tingueu-ho en compte.

• Silvy (10/5): - Appartamento nuovissimo, probabilmente appena ristrutturato, dispone di tutto il necessario e abbastanza grande, zona abbastanza centrale e tranquilla, con mezz'ora di camminata si arriva nei punti principali. Unica pecca: l'insonorizzazione, si sente di tutto dagli altri appartamenti, televisori e musica ad alto volume anche la notte tarda.
• Anna Kajsa (6/5): - Gut ausgestattet mit viel Platz, Licht und Ablageflächen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und viele kostenfreie Parkplätze um die Wohnung. Unsere Bettbezüge waren schmutzig und es wurde schon länger nicht mehr abgestaubt. Zu fuss in die Stadt ist ausserdem etwas weit.

Lovoje radau plaukų po ankstesnių svečių. Yra automatinis kavos aparatas, tačiau kapsulių nebuvo net vienai dienai. Nebuvo jokių prieskonių pvz druskos ar pipirų, trũko virtuvinių rankšluosčių. Nėra vietos parkuotis automobilį, administratorius teigė, kad reikia ieškoti vietos gatvėje, tačiau geriausiu atveju rasdavom vietą per 4 gatves nuo apartamentų, tekdavo ilgai ieškoti ir tos vienintelės vietos. Gatvėje intensyvus triukšmas, laiptinėje žolės kvapas. Laiptinė siaura, statūs laiptai.
• ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ (8/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα ηλεκτρικά ήδη. Παρόλο που στην κράτηση υπήρχε η ένδειξη ότι υπαρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης, αυτός δεν υπήρχε. Επίσης το διαμέρισμα βρίσκονταν στον 2ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ γεγονός που καθιστά δύσκολη την πρόσβαση εκείνων που μεταφέρουν μεγάλες αποσκευές
• Cintia (7/5): - Muy fácil el check in y la llegada. Estaba todo limpio y bien equipado. Bien para una estancia corta en el centro de la ciudad. La zona, al ser bastante central se oían muchos ruidos de la calle, el camión de la basura de madrugada y reyertas entre vecinos. Cuando llegamos al portal, nada más abrir la puerta, al haber muy poco espacio entre la entrada y la escalera, nos mojamos los pies con una tubería rota con muy mal olor.

• Ruiz Balebona (1/5): Horrorosa y asquerosa la peor experiencia de mi vida de vacaciones en un apartamento - Nada el apartamento deja mucho que desear. No le recomiendo a nadie que quiera vivir unas vacaciones dignas y con higiene alquilar este apartamento,nada más llegar el primer día al abrir la puerta del bloque literalmente no se podía pisar el suelo de todas las cucarachas que había y una vez entramos en el apartamento nos encontramos con la misma situación cucarachas por la encimera, por el baño, salón vaya literalmente por todas las partes de la casa donde claramente se veía que había nidos. Al día siguiente hablamos con los chicos que llevan el apartamento y le comentamos todo y nos confirma que van a venir a fumigar y eso fue un alivio pensando que iba a ser efectivo pero no, nos mintieron lo único que hicieron fue echar un spray el cual no sirvió para nada porque había incluso mas cada día. Incluso el ultimo día antes de marcharnos era abrir la puerta y que se cayeran todas volando para abajo y estuvimos como media hora para entrar del asco que eso daba. Igual que a los chicos el ultimo día les volvi a mandar fotos de todo lo que nos encontramos pero la culpa era del bloque o simplemente a las ultimas nos contestaron. Me parece muy poco precario tener un alojamiento así para alquilar porque creo que a nadie le gusta ir de vacaciones así porque realmente el apartamento fue abonado y no los disfrutábamos nada vaya era una angustia tener que estar ahí para dormir. Pd:Podria adjuntar muchas fotos mas pero solo me deja poner 4 .
• Maria Del Pilar (6/5): Comodo pero desagradable. - La comodidad y lo bonito que era Me cobraron 20€ para entrar dos horas antes por “acelerar” la limpieza del que estaba anteriormente. Limpieza que se realizó por arriba, estaba el piso sucio, los cubiertos también, la vasija.. Había cucas pequeñas por todos lados, una bolsa con pelos en el cajón de los utensilios de cocina.. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia.

Great location, easy downhill walk to the centre and lovely local cafes nearby. Nice kitchen and good space with separate rooms. Bathroom glass slide door not easy to close properly.

• Gianpiero (7/5): Stressful the first night due to not knowing where to park - Well kept and the welcome gift were a nice touch. Even though it is advertised as having parking facilities the fact is that they refer to street parking and it is impossible to find a place to park is those streets. Car park at both side of the streets and it is almost imposible to drive through them without scratching the car. There is a private car park at a walking distance but the host did not mention it when I asked where I could park the car. They didn’t even ask if I had found a place to park the next day. We also found a couple of small cockroaches in the kitchen.

• Jason (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment. Location was good 20 and apartment was conformable and clean. Virtual check-in didn't work on my mobile data. Host was very responsive and gave me the WiFi password so got sorted very fast.

Stayed there for 5 nights and we were driving from there to our hike. Also there is a really good bakery next to it! totally recommend! Nothing. it was just an adventure to find a parking spot every evening but it was fun!! : )
• Noemi (8/5): Very good - Cute little apartment at perfect location, just outside the city center. Not very touristy area, you already get a bit of the local vibe and shops which is great. Very good restaurant Los Angeles and bakery Soto are just around the corner.
