- Shane (9/5): Good for short stay, reasonable price - Host macam biasa friendly, location dekat dgn uk (Ada gaurdian, supermarket), can cook. The location, especially the parking, sempit. And bau taik kucing from neighbours. Outside noise also very loud, basically no privacy.
- Shane (10/5): Great location, suitable for family, affordable, but NEED PROPER PARKING la to avoid double park :( - Like always, everytime come to labuan for short stay, we chose this homestay as it is near to UK at walking distance. Friendly uncle, easy cek in cek out. The smells of cat poop and the noisy surroundings :( and the parking is not provided specifically for u, if u park behind someone's else car, owner will call u at 6am to pindah yr car which is not convenient.

- Shofry (1/5): A workers' quarter - Nothing The surrounding areas smell, people hanging their clothes and lots of cats kept outside. It looks like workers' quarters. We left the place and did not stay in the place.
- Shane (8/5): Friendly host (uncle), reasonable price, best location (UK) But cats poop smells is unbearable :( - Price, locations, friendly host THE SMELL OF CAT'S POOP. The disturbing sounds of next door's cats at night. The double parking, neighbour will wake u up at 5 in the morning to get out of the double parked car bcoz no specific parking just for the homestay.
- Pui (5/5): Need a lot of improvement in term of cleanliness and parking - Location Owner rear cats and the odour of cats makes it unpleasant and not comfortable. There are long term residents and I was awaken before dawn to remove my car and caused me to bang my bumper on the concrete bench. The parking area is small

- Shane (9/5): Reasonable price, near shopping mall but could be improved, good for family stay. - The price, the location (near shopping mall with gaurdian, food court etc), room 1 (1 bed, 1 single bed) room 2 (2 beds), Uncle (the host) is friendly. The smells of cat poop outside, the aircon in room 1 is broken (shud put fan as substitute) , surrounding noise as early as 7am, kinda hard to park here, the Smart TV is quite slow, internet connections (4G) sometimes slow. No washing machine. The table near the fridge is hot and not properly ventilated.
