• Azul (10/5): - Nuestra estadía fue excelente. Nos alojamos en uno de los departamentos y todo fue perfecto: la vista, el mobiliario, la comodidad y la limpieza. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos de la calle principal de Grindelwald. El personal fue muy amable y atento, especialmente Martina y Federico, quienes nos ayudaron muchísimo durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

• Amanda (10/5): Classy and comfortable, with excellent views, superb breakfast and lovely staff! - We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay in the Bergwelt Grindelwald Residence, as a mixed family group. The apartment was stylish, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lovely views of the mountains and plenty of light from the full-length windows surrounding the living area. Breakfast was superb! We also enjoyed the sauna/jacuzzi facility for adults, and two of our group particularly appreciated the 2-hour child-friendly pool slot. Staff were welcoming, professional and extremely accommodating of every request. We felt valued as guests and well looked after. Would have loved to stay longer!
• Charlotte (10/5): Stunning wholesome weekend - The apartment was perfect for what we needed! We were able to use the well equipped kitchen and got to enjoy the living space. There were many snacks and items in the fridge for us to enjoy. We entered the apartment after a full day of skiing so we were ready to relax, which the apartment delivered, the bathrooms are lovely, bedrooms are comfortable and there is even a fireplace and wood outside for us to use. However the best part was yet to come when we woke in the morning to a stunning view! Our stay was already perfect but something we noticed is there could be salt, pepper, and a dustpan and brush in the kitchen.

Its proximity to major attractions is excellent, with the Grindelwald First cable car station just a short walk away, making it perfect for both winter sports and summer hiking. - Facilities: The hotel beautifully blends modern design with a traditional Alpine chalet style. One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their dedication to cleanliness and customer service was evident and greatly appreciated. While the experience was luxurious, I did feel that the value for money could be better. - Parking: On-site parking is available but at an additional cost, and spaces can be limited. This was a bit inconvenient for me as I had to plan ahead for parking. - Crowdedness: Due to its popularity, the hotel can get quite busy, particularly during high season or weekends. • Theo (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with incredible views. Enjoyed the welcome champagne on the wrap around balcony. Complimentary snacks and beverages provided in the full kitchen. Comfy bed and linens. Outstanding buffet breakfast. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Lara at reception was excellent.
• Janelle (9/5): Amazing views, fantastic location and wonderful service - Beautiful property and beautiful location. The front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. We got a welcome spread with included snacks and drinks. The included breakfast was fantastic. The only thing that was disappointing is that I booked this partially because it said it had Air Conditioning. It did not have air conditioning. At least the residence that we had didn't have air conditioning. Maybe the hotel portion of the property has air conditioning, but the residence that we were in did not. This should probably be fixed in the residence description because I use that as one of my filters to find properties that I want to book. The temperature was very warm to sleep at night--25-28 degrees Celsius--maybe for people who are not used to air conditioning, that is not too hot, but when you are used to air-conditioning, it was definitely uncomfortable. They were very nice and had someone come look at it and brought more fans for us, which helped. We tried to open the windows/doors, but we had a LOT of bugs fly inside when we tried that. I would still recommend this property and I would go again, but the description should make it clear that there is no air conditioning. If it had been later in the summer, this might have been a much bigger problem.
