• Diane (9/5): Fantastic, we both enjoyed our comfortable stay here. - Good location, not far away from the North Norfolk coast. Lovely property with excellent breakfast. Great fresh coffee maker that we used every morning. Good facilities. Emma was very helpful and good communication. I think you need a grab rail fitted in the shower for older and disabled people. Luckily we had a folding stool with us that I used. It would be safer.

• Courtney (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage had everything we needed and more. The garden was beautiful, and the cottage itself was spotless and well-kept. We only wish we could have stayed longer. It was a truly lovely stay in a perfect location for exploring the Norfolk coast.

• Paul (9/5): Superb - Overall the property was extremely clean, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa bed, lovely bathroom, good size TV, good choice of cereals and sufficient breakfast items. Good/fast communication with owner. The bedroom got very hot (despite having switched off the heating in the property). There are no windows to open. There was a fan available however it would've been preferable to have fresh air. The bedroom was very bright in the morning and would benefit from blackout blinds/curtains. The property was generally spotless however there was a dirty food tray in the draw that had clearly not been washed most likely by a previous guest. The TV is positioned a little high on the wall which makes it uncomfortable to view as you're constantly looking up.

Hosts super efficient with information. The most wonderfully equipped and clean place. A true Gem of a place! Leaving!

• Karen (9/5): Relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely book again and would definitely recommend it. - The breakfast was continental and the products were very good. Unfortunately missed out on the eggs .. but not the hosts fault. We found the location a little difficult to find even with following very specific directions given by the hosts via email. This may well be because it was our first time to the location and the area was new to us. We would have no problem finding the location with return visits. We liked the views surrounding the property and the peaceful surroundings. The accommodation was great too. The heating. This may be a unfair comment though due to the extreme cold weather. There was back up heating in the lounge and I’m sure in less cold weather temperatures that we are currently experiencing the “ timed heaters” would be sufficient with keeping the property warm throughout the night.

• Jane (9/5): Lovely accommodation convenient for local tourist attractions - Excellent range of cereals,yoghurt pastries and bread for toast. Lovely fresh coffee machine. Rooms very comfortable/ spotless and clean information about everything we needed Marmalade was absent! Micro wave power setting not available ( 800/900/1000 kw?) Access into property and particularly leaving was a bit nail biting- fast traffic with reduced visibility on exit.

• Marianne (8/5): Very clean and efficient, but location adjacent to a very busy road not brilliant. - Everything was very modern, clean and neat to a very high standard. Noise from the road. Breakfast was not very good, expected fresh patisseries. No fresh fruit , bread very poor quality. Coffee machine worked first time , but not the second time . Could have done with a larger caffetiere
• Lorna (10/5): Begonia cottage - Lovely space, everything we could want or need was available - a home away from home. Comfy bed, good shower, separate TVs in living room and bedroom so kids can watch something different to the grownups! Rural location but some nice local pubs/restaurants (book if you're going at a busy time!). The cows in the field often came right up to the wall by the kitchen window and watched us eating breakfast! Nothing!
• Carena (10/5): Super base to venture around North Norfolk. - Very well appointed self contained cottage in a beautiful location. Super helpful and delightful owners who are available to guide/assist if you need but don't interfere. They seem to have thought of everything in terms of kitting out (especially the kitchen). You can park next to the cottage to load/unload which is always a bonus. Lots of see and do locally.

• Julanda (10/5): Highly recommend for a nice and peaceful weekend or more . - It was everything new and clean .It was a last minute decision for my and my family and we really enjoyed staying there .Communication with Emma the host was great and she thought providing everything in the cottage,like fresh eggs,milk cereal and chocolate bar for the kids.Also the kitchen got everything and was well organised.The towels and toilet were excellent also the bed and sofa bed great and comfortable.The location was great as well 20min from the seaside also nice and quiet area .We enjoyed the garden and the sunset as well .We going to be back for sure in July .Thank you Emma .

House - Beautiful, clean, modern, warm and welcoming. the facilities are excellent. Solid building and seems fairly new. Property well equipped with modern electric goods. Lovely farm surroundings. We watched the tractors and hay bales next to the house and my boy even saw how birds of prey caught mice. Although next to a road the traffic never bothered us.

• Carl (9/5): Perfect modern eco friendly and spotless venue - Breakfast was well thought out with something for everybody. Special mention for the home produced eggs. On a chilly evening the heating could have been warmer. The hosts insisted the heating was at a norm room temperature and their notes advised not to alter it but on request they did turn it up
• Brandon (10/5): Far Greater Than Most B&Bs - Everything was special ranging from a great variety of food (with the added bonus of fresh eggs in the morning), amenities (everything you need to feel at home), and very nice host! The host were really exceptional and made our anniversary special. Beautiful landscape from the front of the property and a beautiful garden throughout the property as well. We did have an issues arise while we were there and the host were quick at responding to our needs (though it turned out to be a user error!). We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Very hard to see coming out of the property. It was a very very blind corner oncoming to a variable speed road. It would be nice to have had a mirror installed across the road for better visibility.

• Holly (10/5): Begonia Cottage - We're to start!?! Everything about this place was amazing! The size of property was great, plenty of space in each room. Everywhere had good lightening, especially with the big windows. The shower hsd a great big head so that was lush. My favourite room was the bedroom. That bed and the sheets were so soft and comfy! There was lots of little breakfast snacks and treats on offer, which was truly wonderful and made me feel so at home. I was given fresh eggs from their very own chickens. Along with milk in a glass bottle 💚 and even a nice size chunk of butter! Having breakfast supplies really made this weekend for me. I stayed over the easter weekend and I even had a small Cadbury mini egg which again is so thoughtful 🩷💜 you can come and go as you please with a fob to the gates. The property is very easy to find and has a fabulous garden too, very well looked after! You have your own seating area to the side of the building over looking a field, which when the sun's out is beautiful. Lots of look at out the windows. Who needs TV!! One other favourite thing of mine was the treat your feet slippers! After a good bike ride, they were just what my feet needed. Local shop not too far. All round very quite location. The host Emma was fabulous and was on hand if anything was needed. This place was a little gem Thank you for a lovely stay and maybe one day I could be back! Nothing!
