• Ashleen (7/5): Good location, good price. - Breakfast was ok, the chef making the omlettes was rude, not impressed. Bathroom shower door didn't close, and room was as clean. Its seems the foyer gets more cleaning attention then the rooms.

• Wai Ling (7/5): stay in West Wings if you could - great location, close to local shop and transport but still have its own quietness. it's three times we stay here. first we been offered a room in East Wings which has no curtain, only black out blind. As the room in low level and there is a park which could be easily each other. I have to ask them to change the room with concerning of privacy.

• Sheldon (8/5): A pleasant stay. - New and modern. Location was convenient. Staffs were friendly and gave us a bigger room for one of our 3 rooms because one was for my son and daughter in law with a 7 year old daughter. Washrooms are a little tight.
• Liana (6/5): Ok for the price but expect small rooms and not that clean - Location is quite good, about 5 minutes walk to Fortress Hill MTR by footbridge. I thought the hotel is relatively new but the upkeep is awful. The shower booth is heavily stained and room feels musty. Fridge has a weird smell.

• Aleksandr (7/5): Overall fine but I’d expect a cleaner rooms from 4 starts or I’d pay like 30% less. - Nice location - close to MTR and some nice places. Nice reception staff and nice views. Wasn’t very clean (kinda 2-3 stars vibes). Found someone’s sock under my bed (it was covered in dust and stuff so it was there for some time plus) also when went to pick up smth that fell from the bedside table - found more dust/dirt there. Room wasn’t truly properly vacuumed cleaned so didnt feel very nice. Bathroom was okay, but felt like bathroom door and mirror also weren’t properly cleaned.

• Kawin (7/5): Good location for MTR station - Location was great no more than 5 minutes walk from MTR Fortress Hill and Bus Stop. I pressed do not disturb button before I leave but when I come back the room was cleaned. I feel a bit uncomfortable because I didn’t put some of my belonging in the safe. I think housekeeper should know what is do not disturb sign. That is so easy to understand as they were in the hotel.

• Chris Budiman (10/5): Conveniently Located Hotel with Clean and Modern Rooms - Location is walking distance to Forrest Hill train station. There is pedestrian bridge from outside of station to cross Electronic Rd. Once you are at the other side of the road, there is sign to lead to the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We stayed in connecting rooms. Rooms are spacious for Hongkong standard, clean, modern. It doesn't come with drinking water.

• Meng (8/5): - The hotel figures pompous Victorian style decoration which is quite unusual. It's located 2 min by foot from a tram station. There are lots of eateries nearby. The doors of the hotel room are heavy to open. If released they slam loudly against the frame. It's expensive for the space it offers.

• Gemma (8/5): Nice and elegant hotel decor - Clean and new rooms and lobby very well decorated. The location is very good, close to MTR, bus and trams. No water is provided by the hotel and entrance is not very clear for first time visit

• Francisco (9/5): My stay was a very present one. - Not impressed with the breakfast, can be bit more refine for the cost of it. Lacking of fresh fruits, the scrambled eggs full of water on the serving warmer. Selection of cereal is rather limited. Scrambled egg should be served by frying it on the spot when requested.
