• Guest (10/5): - Le nombre de café qui était de 1 seul pour la machine. Nous avons dû aller chercher à l’extérieur pour le petit déjeuner.
• Alberto (6/5): - per la colazione sarebbe stato gradito latte o yogurt e una bottiglia d'acqua magari spendendo anche qualche euro in più. pur essendo una posizione centrale non era nei quartieri migliori il quartiere era pessimo, era difficilissimo trovare parcheggio nei pressi e la colazione con poca scelta. Inoltre avrei voluto sapere che la stanza era senza finestre

• vincent (9/5): Tres tres bon logement. - Logement tres fonctionnel avec tout ce quil faut ! Couverts, frigo, micro-ondes, Des petites attentions pour le petit déjeuné. Agréablement surpris de ce logement!! Il y a un peu de bruit, mais rien de grave. Le logement a quelques éléments qui mériteraient d être refixés au mur, mais c'est vraiment anecdotique.

• sylvie milena (10/5): Ci tornerei! - Buona posizione, ideale come base per eventuali spostamenti. Nelle vicinanze c’è una pizzeria d’asporto, una farmacia e un distributore di benzina. Struttura molto accogliente, dotata nella sua semplicità di vari comfort che abbiamo apprezzato! (Macchina del caffè, frigo, tv..). Comunicazione con l’host agevole, si è mostrato molto disponibile alle nostre richieste e ci ha fornito consiglio in merito a locali di ristorazione! Strada trafficata e un po’ rumorosa, ma verso mezzanotte tranquilla.

• Agustí (8/5): - Allotjament sorprenent. Espai petit, sense finestres però acollidor i molt ben decorat. Llit de matrimoni i actualment amb 2 lliteres (no sofà-llit) i una cuna. No té cuina però pots fer l'esmorzar o un sopar fred sense problemes. Ideal per visitar Sassari o com en el nostre cas, per fer la darrera nit a Sardenya i anar a buscar ben d'hora al matí el ferri a Porto Torres (20 min aprox).
• aram (7/5): - És una habitació gran, ben aprofitada on els 4 hi vam cabre bé i està força ben equipada. És molt útil per fer una nit abans d'anar a buscar el vaixell a Porto Torres, que queda a 15min. Vam estar-hi poques hores i no trobem res de dolent a destacar.

• SERGIO (5/5): - Limpio, y adecuado para dormir pocas noches Mucho ruido la bomba de motor. No puedes preparar nada de comida no hay utensilios y solo un microondas. Como dormitorio para un par de noches y cuatro personas tampoco es adecuado en una sola estancia.

• Kaja (8/5): Very good - Everything was clean and without any issues. The place was nicely furnished and well maintained. I have no complaints – a very pleasant stay! I didn’t like that the room was on the ground floor and you had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, as people could see inside. Still, it served its purpose well

Door goes immediately to the street. Bathroom cabin in the corner is nice and modern. Host kind (we had only messages). Self checkin. If you are a tourist, and only sleep there than this studio is good for for longer stays, too. Would come back another time, too. There was some smell initially in the bathroom, which disappeared after ventillation.

• Bence (10/5): Easy access, cozy place with breakfast. - The best place to stay in town, near to everything, comfortable even for multiple people, very good breakfast and coffee. There was absolutely nothing, I liked every minute of the stay.

• Cushily (7/5): Good - Location is great, short walk to bus station. The door number on the listing is incorrect. There are 3 households under no. 5, but they not any of it. We informed them a hour before arrive, they failed to let us know the correct door number and check in details. We arrived and couldnt find it. No answer when calling their phone number, and had to message them and wait for reply on the street! We also had a great deal of trouble getting their wifi to work as well, needing to message back and forth and restart the router etc etc. At the end, they send a message requesting us to leave a "rated 10" review, probably just bit too much when they cant sort out the check-in process or have the wifi working.
• Spyridon (9/5): Pleasant stay - The room is a surprise when you enter and open the lights comparing to the outside of the building, but is pretty close to photos from booking, so what you see is what you get, no unpleasant surprise here, which is something very good as first impression. Is very Cosy, modern and tidy. Is small but comfortable at the same time. It can accommodate 4 persons easily. Also the sofa had already turned into bed by the owner, so we had nothing else to do when we arrived. The bathroom has a shower space which in my opinion is preferable than the bath tub. The breakfast was enough for us (toasts, jam, juice) and also there is a coffee machine for espresso, which is very nice! Also, it seemed well insulated and we did not open the a/c. There are buttons for opening the windows above the entrance door for natural cooling at night if you want. Regarding the location: we didnt walk around sassari (we used it as a base to visit other places in Northern sardegnia) therefore i cannot say if it is well located for a walk on foot in the city center or not. Last but not least: we were unfortunately and one day the whole block did not have water due to damage in the water supply network. Sine we had 2 small kids, we necessarily had to go to a hotel in another area for that day and the owner, with his own initiative and without being responsible for the damage, he reimbursed us for that day. Before that he proposed to bring us bottle and bucket of waters. This proves that he is not only a good professional but also a kind person. To conclude, I would definitely recommend it and of course I would stay again there in a future Sassari visit. The cloth behind the entrance door's glass, seemed that it didn't cover the full glass but left a slim line in both sides of the glass uncovered. This is not a problem in the morning but it could be at night with lights turned on because someone from outside the street could been picking inside. Therefore we steched the cloth from the left side in order to cover the person that slept from the left side of the 1st bed but from the right side of the glass the baggages could be seen from street. Anyway, for me this is a suggestion for improvement in order to get a perfect 10 score.

• Khabovska (8/5): Very good - The room is only for overnight stay. Everything is clean, there is a coffee machine and coffee capsules, a small snack of jam and cookies was prepared. Centrally located. A city I will not return to. I felt like I was sleeping on the street, as people and cars were passing by. Until 2am there was a group of immigrants sitting nearby, probably drinking and listening to music. The only Italian city where you don't want to take a walk. I think such apartments are ideal for business trips or for the need to be in the center. It's not the owner's fault, but there was no water until midnight. It was impossible to take a shower, let alone go to the toilet.
