Micha (9/5): Nice room that shows the owner cares - We only staid here for a single night on our way from Murnau to Pairi Daisa (Belgium) and arrived fairly late. We had all the information far in advance and had a beautiful room in a nice building. Shared big bathroom and there was only one other room rented out so no difficulties. Nothing for this short stay. Quite likely nothing with a longer stay either

Adriana (5/5): Eine grosse Enttäuschung - Kein Personal, Schlüssel lag in eine Box. Die Anweisungen habe ich am Tag der Anreise zugeschickt bekommen (gebucht hatte ich 2 Wochen vorher). Da ich kein Internet mehr hatte, habe ich herumtelefonieren müssen um zu meiner Schlüssel zu kommen. Es wird mit "ausreichende Parkplätze" geworben, in Wirklichkeit gibt es nur 1 Parkplatz. Bei dem Preis kann man kein Luxus erwarten, aber dass es schon am Samstag um 16 Uhr kein Klopapier vorhanden war, finde ich inakzeptabel. Es wurde bis zur meine Abreise am Sonntag um 9 Uhr nicht nachgefüllt. Es gibt für 4 Zimmer ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, die Badewanne ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Drinnen ist auch das WC, das bedeutet dass wenn jemand unter die Dusche ist, kannst du die Toilette nicht benutzen.

Agnes (10/5): Kleine Wohlfuehloase zum Entspannen - Ich hatte ein wunderschoenes Zimmer mit kleinem Garten mit Blick auf die Weinberge.Supergut funktionierende Heizung,sauber und korrekt.Hunde sind willkommen,was fuer mich sehr wichtig ist.Bad und Kuechen benutzung mit den anderen Hausbewohnern stellt fuer mich kein Problem dar,da alle sehr diskret und ruecksichtsvoll.Sogar eine Badewanne im Bad
Lars (3/5): Inacceptable procedures and unpolite host - otherwise okay - Had to repark late in the evening as you don't normally read (when entering your abode) which side of the house you are allowed to park (!). No indicated street-parking was available, when I came, the one spot (of 2 if people park behind each other) was taken. Essentially the expectation is you just take one (out of multiple) house/room keys from a key box,: never before had I had to establish the key number before actually getting into my room. The host initially declined to provide an invoice/receipt for tax purposes, but eventually provided one after 2 months of utterly unpleasant communication (though vat tax issues remain unclear as a business traveller this is inacceptable). Despite having been offended several times during my final business relationship with this host I give the property just a 'poor' rating - simply out of sympathy for the host's supposedly hard situation in life. Otherwise, 'bad' would be correct.

Dirk (8/5): Zimmer mit ausgezeichnetem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Self-check-in war unproblematisch, Anleitung wurde rechtzeitig geschickt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer roch etwas nach Zigarettenrauch, Matratzen etwas zu weich.

Melanie (8/5): für den Preis trotz der etwas abgelegen Lage auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen - Großes tolles Zimmer und super Preis-Leistung. flexibler Check-in und sehr sauber . Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr sauber. etwas abgelegen, aber trotzdem mit dem Bus erreichbar ( 10 min zur Haltestelle). Busse fahren jedoch samstags nur alle 2 Stunden
