• Tom (9/5): Great stay - The place was well kept. Up was in great neighbourhood. Definitely be here again. Had a wonderful time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only thing I can thing I can find was lighting in front room could use better lighting in entrance. But once I found light I was fine. Lol

• Sally (7/5): Guest house is way to go - Very clean. Very comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Quiet. Easy access to airport. Large, fluffy bath towels. Well equipped kitchen. Already recommended to friends. Would have liked hand towels and face cloth and kitchen towel. Also a chair or table in bedroom to put my stuff on. Coffee table popped up into a table. But a small table and two chairs for eating would also be good. And a couple of lamps. Small things - points of improvement. But of a drive for restaurants.

• Cristal (8/5): Good - Spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds. A little cold but they had extra blankets in the closet, so not a major concern. Shared entrance.
• Noel (9/5): excellent spot to unwind and get away from the busy downtown core. - Neighbourhood was beautiful. We were able to go for walks. The location is at the edge of the city limits which we appreciated since we were travelling to Brandon.

• Al (1/5): A bad expetience - I could not like anything. There was an extremely heavy Indian food odor throughout both days. The beds were uncomfortable and dirty, and one pillow was particularly filthy. There was a lack of cleaning supplies. There was no separate entry, which compromised privacy. The basement was too cold; there was one heater, but it was noisy, and we could not heat the second room. A rating over 9.00 for this place is ridiculous.

• Robert (9/5): I felt comfortable and at home here. Thank you for providing us a place to stay. - In a Quite subburb area not too far from airport. The host was friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and new and just as advertised. I didn’t try the breakfast or meals but they gave me samples to try and it was delicious! I was visiting family that provided my meals so it just wasn’t required for my stay. It would be nice if the door at the bottom of the stairs had a lock and if the living room tv had cable tv (streaming services was provided) and more comfortable living area seating (instead of outdoor furniture).
• Vivian (9/5): Nice , Clean , Cozy - I like the fact that the basement apartment was clean and accommodating and the host and his sister-in-law was very nice, It was a little bit far from main attractions, When I arrived they were still cleaning up , I was never greeted when I checked out , I was just given a door pin to enter the home . At night It was hard for me to fall asleep due to the walking upstairs .

The owner was very very nice and welcoming You at ease once you see him and his family. He was very accommodating for an hour late if check out for the fact we arrived late. This was nice. I would suggest more details. Cleaner kitchen and bathroom. Simple personal addition of different type of coffees, selection for shampoo for males and females. May removal of the personal soap and accessories at the bathroom is good idea.
