• Emma (2/5): Disappointing apartment - Well located The photos are misleading. The terrace is located in another floor and without any furniture. It was stinky (smell of sulphur) and really dirty. In general we could not use the terrace at all. The landlord did not take the responsibility for that. The kitchen and the bathroom were really(!) old and stinky (must be the old pipes) too. The photos in general were really misleading and we did not feel comfortable at all

• Mattia (9/5): - La posizione era ottima in un quartiere molto tranquillo ad un passo da Plaza Nueva. L'appartamento è ottimo, con un soggiorno spazioso e una cucina piccola ma funzionale per la coppia. La camera era arredata piacevolmente, ma soprattutto pulita. L'unica cosa è che il bagno è un po' piccolino, ma il doppio lavandino è ottimo quando si viaggia in coppia non posso contestare nulla all'host. L'appartamento soddisfava ampiamente le nostre aspettative, con una piccola attenzione sul bagno, potrebbe essere un alloggio con zero difetti

• Peter Rohe (8/5): Overall very good. Very secure, and not cramped in any way. - We loved the location, right in the centre of the old town, making everything walkable. We found so many great places to see along with numerous wonderful places to eat in the neighbourhood. The apartment was pretty spacious, with a good sized table for eating. Interesting property too, and we hung out laundry on the clothes lines on the roof as is tradition in such buildings. The bathroom is somewhat dated, but clean and with enough places to house all our bathroom items. The kitchenette was quite worn in some areas and does need to be updated. We made it work for us - there was a decent sized fridge and a washing machine available.
• MARTINE (8/5): Super séjour dans l’appartement très bien situé pour visite le Seville - L’emplacement est exceptionnel, à 23 min de la Place d’Espagne et 10min de la Giralda en plein quartier El Centro historique. La place Salvador est également très agréable à 2 pas de appartement. L’appartement est dans une impasse en pleine rue piétonne sans aucun bruit. Très secure également comme partout dans Seville. Très bonne indication et boîte à clé à l’arrivée. La salle de bain et la cuisine doivent être rafraîchit, vieux équipements même si c’est très propre. Le filet d’eau dans la douche est quand même embêtant… La terrasse n’était pas aménagé en mars.

• SAVINI (7/5): - Posizione eccellente, molto vicina al centro. Abbiamo dovuto pulire i filtri degli split, altrimenti non usciva l’aria calda. Per la durata di 5 giorni di pernottamento abbiamo ricevuto due sole porzioni di olio e una bustina di sale, per noi non sufficienti per l’intero pernottamento. Comunque lo staff si è reso disponibile per trovare una soluzione.
• Jeroen (8/5): - De locatie van het appartement is echt heel goed, in het centrum in een zijstraat van winkelstraat Sierpes, maar 's avonds geen enkel straatgeluid te horen! Op het (eenvoudige, gedeelde) dakterras is het heerlijk koffie drinken in de ochtend. Communicatie met de sympathieke eigenaresse verliep soepel: fijn dat we eerder konden inchecken. De faciliteiten zijn redelijk eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezigheid: goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! Volgende keer in Sevilla komen wij hier zeker terug!
• Rocío (10/5): Ubicación perfecta - Estaba súper súper bien ubicado, fue todo un acierto y al estar como en una calle metida que daba a una placita no tenías ruidos del exterior.
• Bruno (5/5): Emplacement exceptionnel, tout est à côté. - L'emplacement est exceptionnel, il est en plein coeur de la ville historique donc à deux pas des restaurants, cafés, bars, magasins et monuments à visiter. La possibilité de manger sur place. Le locataire précédent avait fumé dans l'appartement et nous avons conservé l'odeur tout au long du séjour. Le chauffage a mis énormément de temps pour tempérer l'appartement, bref avec le radiateur additionnel et la climatisation nous avons juste eu chaud. L'aide de l'hôte a été minimale et absolument pas proactif, alors que tout aurait été si simple avec un peu d'empathie.

Pues para las reformas que necesita deberian cobrar menos Pues el baño, y la cocina no corresponde calidad precio necesita reformas, sin embargo estuvimos aun asi agusto, pero las fotos que venden parece mas grande y mas calidad y la tv fatal

• Christa (8/5): - Mooi en schoon appartement aan een rustig pleintje, maar wel middenin de stad. Voor ons de perfecte plek in de leukste wijk van Sevilla. Op loopafstand van vele restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden. Je kunt heel wat stappen zetten, wat goed te doen is, maar op de fiets is nog leuker. Tip: zet de Sevici app op je telefoon. Er zijn door de hele stad fietsstallingen waar je een fiets kunt pakken, maar ook weer kunt terugzetten. Ideaal! Niets!

• Sabina (9/5): There is room for improvement, but generally speaking it's a great apartment with a SUPERB location! - LOCATION - I absolutely loved the location - it's excellent! You're right in the centre of the old town. We were close to everything and we walked everywhere; absolutely no need for public transport or taxis/Uber. The only time we used a taxi/Uber was to get to/from the property to/from the airport, which took roughly 25 mins. This apartment honestly is located in a great location and it's quiet as it's tucked away. You're a minute away from a busy square but you don't get the noise, which is awesome! COMMUNICATION - I also very much appreciated the communication from the owners - they left detailed instructions on where to find the apartment, how to get the keys etc. With photos included, which we appreciated as it made everything so much easier. APARTMENT - Spacious. Quiet. Clean. Good bed. Good sofa. Overall pretty good. ACCESS - Further instructions on how to open the door to apartment would be greatly appreciated. We struggled with this a little bit - had to work out what the technique was! It would also help if the keys to the apartment had tags on, so it would be easy to identify what the key is for (e.g. gate, main entrance, apartment door). Also, there are two gates for the little courtyard where the apartment is located and it would help to know that these are locked. You are given a key for this, but we didn't know about this and had a little scare one morning when the gate was locked and we were in a hurry. KITCHEN - We actually didn't have much of a problem with this as we didn't use it much, but there is room for improvement for sure. It's a basic little kitchen (or rather a kitchenette). It was clean but there was some water at the bottom of the fridge; and there was no drying rack for washed dishes, so adding this would be great. BATHROOM - This one was a bit of a downer. It was very clean BUT the bath is very old and could do with a replacement. The shower head absolutely needs replacing, for sure. The water pressure could be much better too.

• David (8/5): We would probably stay again because of the location. - The location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the main sights. Tiny kitchen, bathroom that needs updating, bed was hard.
• Walter (8/5): Quiete and nice appartement - In shoppingcentrum from Seville but. Very quite. Living and Bethroom top and new Verry good bed Near to cathedrale Worth his price:we come back!! Black mold around the bath. Old but well equipped kichen but indeed old. I think it costs 50 euros to make this a lot better. Roofterrace is a disaster while it could be fantastic with furniture and plants and cleaning/painting. Maybe because wintertime? ! It is 3 high without lift ! Incheck is all with smartphone
• Neil (1/5): Good location but apartment smelt, shower did not work properly and little or no hot water over 4 days. - Location Hot water took 10 minutes or not at all. Apartment smelt of stale smoke or unpleasant odour. The owner did come in and just over spray with air freshener to mask it. Shower was awful. Did not stay on catch and little or no hot water. Black mould round edges. Kitchen very tatty and knocked. Not value for money
• Manuel (8/5): Fantastic place, but the staff can improve. - The location is fantastic. The facilities are very good. I will definitely come back here. They are not well coordinated in how they delivered the keys for you to open the property. Also, the keys look all the same, so you have to try one by one and there are seven of them.
