• FRANCOIS (7/5): Fiat lux - L,'emplacement est top, à 50m de la rue commerçante et restaurants, à 10 min à pied de South beach, à 15min du Old nessebar. Grand appartement fonctionnel et assez sombre: 2 grandes chambres. (1 rideau occultant serait apprécié pour l'une) 2 salles de bains avec des toilettes trop près de la douche (on en a choisi une pour la douche et l'autre pour les toilettes), 1 mini terrasse au rez-de-chaussée (1 petite table basse serait appreciée) on en a vu passer du monde qui rentrait chez lui (mettre des canisses), l'une des portes donne sur un accès à l'étage pour les voisins du dessus (la condamner serait apprécié pour la sécurité) Le service est minimaliste. Pas de torchons (comme ce n'etait pas la première fois, je me demande encore comment ils font en Bulgarie pour essuyer la vaisselle..), il manquait une passoire (pour les pâtes, c'est mieux) Cette petite odeur de chaussettes qui puent dans l'appart (humidité, canalisation, cadavre dans le placard?) qui n'est jamais partie malgré les fenêtres ouvertes 24h/24... L'hôte aime les lustres à led intelligentes, qui changent de couleur et parlent ! Celui du couloir entre les chambres s'allume avec un détecteur de mouvement, les portes des chambres étant vitrées, je vous laisse imaginer quand vous avez un besoin la nuit...(mettre un interrupteur ou le dégager) Globalement, améliorer l'intimité, la communication et le confort.

• Kalko (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko morza, ale spokojnie. Mieszkanie duże i wygodne. Niedaleko dwa supermarkety, trzy piekarnie, świetna cukiernia, wiele sklepików z przeróżnymi towarami i dużo restauracji. W kuchni wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty i pralka, co pozwala nie brać zbyt wielu ubrań. Czysto (okno w łazience wymaga porządnego umycia) i przyjemnie. Było też kilka minusów. Trzeba uważać, bo kabina łazienkowa w sypialni jest źle zaizolowana i pierwszego dnia po wzięciu prysznica, pokój był cały mokry. Właścicielka nie nachodziła nas, ale pościel i ręczniki przez 9 dni też nie były zmieniane. Sama prałam i suszyłam. Brakowało też papieru toaletowego, więc kupowaliśmy. Właścicielka obiecała, że postara się o drugi komplet kluczy i nic z tego nie wyszło. Młodzież wiodła nocny tryb życia, więc drugie klucze bardzo by się przydały. W mieszkaniu są trzy telewizory, ale żaden nie łączył się z internetem i odbierał jedynie programy w języku bułgarskim. To takie drobiazgi do poprawienia, ale ogólnie byliśmy zadowoleni.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need, including a comfy bed and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is ideal—quiet, yet close to shops and attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring I had a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend Apartment Peevi for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.
