• Christopher (9/5): A lovely, unusual and welcoming place to stay. - We loved the location, open country, yet close to Otranto, despite the sad state of the local olive estates. The room was exceptional. One minor grumble - paying for the bottled water in the room. We didn't mind paying - but it surprised us.

• René (9/5): Ruhiger, schöner Ort mit sehr freundlichem Gastgeberpaar. - Ruhige Lage im Grünen. Zuvorkommendes freundliches Bruderpaar. Der Frühstücksraum bei schlechtem Wetter ist eher unfreundlich. Hat Gian Maria aber mit dem tollen Frühstück und seiner freundlichen Art wieder wett gemacht.

Ruhig, aber man ist in ein paar Minuten im schönen Otranto mit dem Auto Die Fliegengitter ( toll, dass es sie gibt!) sind leider schon etwas kaputt und sollten gerichtet werden.

• Gisele Magali (10/5): Amazing place! A must go - This place is absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Favolosa room and it was perfect. The atmosphere is so peaceful that you hardly want to leave. Francesco and Gian Maria are incredibly attentive and kind—they make you feel at home from the very beginning. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide and thoughtful variety of options. We would definitely come back if we return to Otranto. Nothing. Just a small suggestion: providing blankets for the private garden would make it even more enjoyable, as the nights can be quite chilly.

O café da manhã atendeu às expectativas, mas será necessário um investimento para melhorar e aumentar a área destinada a esse fim. Essa área também ficava em prédio diferente dos quartos, o que não é conveniente, caso o tempo não esteja bom.

Jan Maria est hyper attentif à ses clients, veillant à ce que tout aille bien pour eux tant dans son établissement que pour la visite de la région . L’endroit est beau, très calme, la décoration des chambres est faite avec beaucoup de goût, la terrasse privée avec chaises longues et table-chaises extérieures est très très appréciable. Et le petit-déjeuner avec de délicieux produits locaux pris au milieu des oliviers est un pur plaisir.

Die Suite sehr schön und gross., mit bequemen Betten. Das Personal (Franceso und Gian Maria) sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war genial! Das einzige, was wir bemängeln, ist der Schimmel bei der Duschdichtung. Aber das ist bei der Feuchtigkeit wohl schwierig zu handhaben.

Perfectly located just a short drive from the lively seaside town of Otranto, it offers the best of both worlds, close to everything yet tucked away in complete peace and tranquility. The property itself is stunning, beautifully designed and built by two brothers whose passion and craftsmanship are evident in every detail. Surrounded by olive fields, the setting is serene and calming, the perfect place to relax, switch off, and recharge. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed, great amenities, and a lovely private patio where we spent evenings sipping wine and enjoying the cool breeze. There is also ample free parking within the property, which was really convenient. Breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and just the right start to the day. What truly makes this place unforgettable are the owners, warm, welcoming, and incredibly genuine. They have poured their hearts into creating a space where guests feel cared for, and it really shows. We honestly did not expect to enjoy it this much. A couple of nights we found ourselves skipping the lively atmosphere of Otranto just to sit on our terrace, open a bottle of wine, and soak up the peaceful surroundings. It is the kind of place that makes you slow down and savor the moment

• Pooja (10/5): Stay here instead of the main touristic Otranto town! - Lovely brothers, taking care of all the little details and helping to make our holiday extremely memorable - very helpful in making recommendations for our time in both Otranto as well as in Salento, which helped us enjoy a truly local experience of the region. Property is very well maintained, newly renovated though still very charming and true to authentic character - has all the facilities you need and lovely touches all around. We did not want to leave! Cute courtyard to enjoy some morning and evening sun - with sun loungers, we wanted to spend more time in the property as it was very authentic, relaxing and close to nature though only 8 min drive to Otranto city which we went for sunset and dinner. Breakfast offers an exceptional spread - both local and international cuisine in a gorgeous set up facing the olive gardens They’ve also got another property on site Tenuta Agri rooms - worth checking out

Le stanze grandi e luminose. Il letto favoloso. La colazione buonissima e abbondante. Per concludere Francesco è anche molto affidabile nel consigliare luoghi dove mangiare bene e passare la serata ad Otranto. Tornerò presto. Super consigliato

Desde el momento en que llegué Francesco y su hermano (los propietarios) fueron increíblemente amables y atentos, haciéndome sentir muy bienvenido. La habitación estaba impecable, todo perfecto, era cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitaba para una estancia perfecta. La ubicación también es inmejorable, con fácil acceso y a 10min máximo de Otranto. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una experiencia memorable! Yo voya volver seguro. Lo más bonito de todo fue estar entre los olivos y la paz del lugar. No hay nada que no haya estado bien.

• Bodo (10/5): Sehr schöne drei Tage in einer tollen Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. - Schöne ruhige Lage abseits von Otranto, dennoch ist man schnell im Ort. Modernes, großes Zimmer mit zwei Terrassen (eine privat und eine vorne vor dem Zimmer). Sehr engagiertes Personal. Gianmaria war in allen Belangen hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Gutes Frühstück mit exzellentem Kaffee. Es finden noch Erweiterungen statt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
