• Stanislav (10/5): - The hosts are extremely helpful and welcoming. Lovely apartment, organized and clean. It has has well equiped kitchen, nice and clean bathroom, quiet bedroom. We've checked in without any issues and parked our car just in front of the place. The parking in the neighborhood is free. There are some small groceries nearby and bigger stores within a few bus stops distance. Using public transport it's a 30-40 minutes trip to the city center. The public transport is always on time, and using the city travel application you can easily get a daily card or a tickets, plan your trip using the map and check the time of your arrival. The building, in matter of fact the whole neighborhood is clean and well maintained and it was really joyful to take a walk around. I can definitely recommend this place.

• András (10/5): Kényelmes, otthonos, csendes - Kapu- és ajtókóddal jutottunk be a szálláshelyre, esti érkezésünk miatt választottuk ezt a megoldást. A tulajdonos korábban felvette velünk a kapcsolatot, korrekt és kedves volt. A Hungexpo-hoz közel kerestünk szállást - tökéletes volt ebből a szempontból is. A lakás tiszta, kényelmes, számunkra megfelelő felszereltségű volt. Boltok pár perc távolságon belül elérhetőek (Lidl, Spar, stb.). Ajánlom :)

• Russell (10/5): Great place to stay to visit Budapest - Everything you need for a stay. Very clean and lots of little special touches by the owners. 8 min bus frequency at the doorstep which links to metro at nearby shopping mall for quick access to city centre. Free parking and always managed to find a space close to the flat. Warm and secure. My only issue was the sofa bed.. I'm very fussy but an actual bed would have been preferred.

Friendly host. - Well, host contacted me several times, and I kinda complained about AC, and yes, they had hidden the remote again (happened to me in Poland last year). But they brought it in, and wrote "weather was not hot". It was 21C at the time and it was 23C the next day. The host didn't advertise this, but this is a brewery district and you can walk 18min to a taproom. Or take the bus to Köki mall and there are more breweries there. On google maps, search for "taproom". Also Köki mall is a big mall with mostly western chains, and western fast food. 23min walk or 7min by bus 85(E), which goes really near. Also Wolt delivers, if you need food, but I didn't find that many places in the area. 200E from Airport goes straight to Köki mall, with normal travelcard and you can take the bus 85(E) from bus station station and be here in like 45mins.. The apartment was very clean. And no used furniture - everything was brand new. I peeled the tape of oven rims, because somebody forgot to remove that :) . This was better than some of the 4 star hotels I've been in. TV had netflix, etc., but I didn't have to test that. Also there is free wifi, which I used only on last morning. It works. The area is quiet urban neighborhood, with large cement buildings. Some have pretty colors, like yellow-green. There was a reward in display, so some official Hungarian office has given this apartment three-star rating. I think there would be even more value, if you are travelling with a friend or you have wife + one child. Big bed for two in the living room and sofabed(?) in kitchen area. And this was fully stocked, so you could wash your clothes, do your own cooking and store food in the freezer/fridge. The most important part is location. You should check if it works for you. You do save some money on bus fees if you move around using travel card, but not a single tourist trap is near. Take the Metro 3 to downtown, and begin wandering. It is just +30min every day. There is a big SPAR or LIDL 15min walk away, but it is quite a long walk to local store. These are located next to bus stops, but I didn't plan anything and just walked there. AC was not working the first night, but I probably could have just messaged the host. The apartment is on first floor (ground level), and I was conserned about noise and privacy. There was little to no noise and in Hungary they have these big blinds that go outside the window. They block the light and noise real good. I opted to register via an app. App was not good, but it got the job done. I also filled a paper form with the same information (app not good for you too?). There is a bathtub. I generally prefer real shower. And shower is low. Hopefully not because of that led light in bathroom cabinet. This can be a deal, or a disappointment. I was happy, I would probably go again (given the same conditions), but location is not near touristy things - this is where locals live. And ground floor might not suit everyone. But you won't get disappointed on furniture or accommodations, they were just great.
