• Jennifer (8/5): Super spacious apartment perfect for city centre. - Clean and orderly facilities. Code worked well on key code. Apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. It felt safe and comfortable. Large patch of damp in ceiling in bunk bed room requires some attention. Pillows were a bit firm, but that was preference rather than quality. Remote control for the TV needed replacing. Shower shelf was not as clean as it could have been.

Er kwam een mevrouw om nieuwe handdoeken en bedlinnen verschonen , ze sprak geen Engels maar ik kon wel met handgebaren vertellen wat er mis was . Ze keek me aan en sloeg met haar hand keihard tegen de kleding rek ze schreeuwde nog net niet ? Ik was super verbaasd over haar reactie . Ik denk dat zij dacht dat de handdoeken stonken nadat het gebruikt was en wij het op de wasrek moesten ophangen. Huuhh maar mevrouw de handdoeken en het bed stonk al voordat wij daar gebruik van gingen maken . Best wel jammer zo een reactie van de schoonmaakster , lekker onvolwassen . Nadat ik zei dat ze " relax " moest zijn en hoezo zo agressief werd ze soort van ineens vriendelijk ! Oja en plus nog de plafon van de badkamer laat los je kan de badkamer deur niet open of dicht doen de deur zit zo stevig tegen de plafon dat als het beweegt bijna heel de plafon los komt tijd voor een renovatie van de badkamer en er hangt een gordijn voor de badkamer die je kan gebruiken als een " deur "

• Sofia (10/5): Magnífica , tranquila , relajante - La propiedad es ideal para unas vacaciones en familia un apartamento muy amplio en excelentes condiciones muy limpio todo , cuenta con lavadora lo cual es un plus. Olga está siempre disponible y contesta inmediatamente muy servicial y siempre dispuesta a ayudar y hacer la estancia lo más cómoda y muy flexible en cuando a hacer el checking o el check out , todo fue muy sencillo no tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra estancia. Está a solo 10 minutos caminando del centro , muy bien localizado y central mucha facilidades y tiendas alrededor , el área es segura por la noche, también cuenta con cocina perfectamente equipada , las camas eran muy cómodas también. La decoración de la casa por dentro es preciosa. Recomendado para familias Todo perfecto :)

• Elia (2/5): Soggiorno deludente - L’ unica cose positiva è stata la posizione della casa, molto vicina al centro Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto negativa fin dall’inizio. La stanza presentava evidenti problemi di manutenzione: muri rovinati, intonaco scrostato, segni di umidità e infiltrazioni visibili sia sulle pareti che sul soffitto, soprattutto nella zona del bagno. Anche alcune finiture risultavano danneggiate e trascurate. Inoltre, all’interno dell’alloggio era presente un forte odore di chiuso e muffa, molto sgradevole e persistente. La pulizia generale risultava approssimativa e non adeguata. Abbiamo anche riscontrato la presenza di scarafaggi all’interno dell’appartamento. Le condizioni complessive non corrispondevano a quanto mostrato nelle foto online né agli standard attesi. Dopo la segnalazione a Booking, la proprietaria si è limitata a offrire il rimborso delle notti non usufruite, senza riconoscere alcuna percentuale per il disagio arrecato. Per questo motivo siamo stati costretti a lasciare l’alloggio ed a cercare un’altra sistemazione per conto nostro, perdendo circa mezza giornata di vacanza e sostenendo un costo imprevisto. Abbiamo allegato foto reali per mostrare la situazione riscontrata. Ad ogni modo, consigliamo alla struttura di intervenire su manutenzione, pulizia e igiene per evitare situazioni simili in futuro.
• FRANCOIS (8/5): - Logement bien situé, proche des commodités et des sites à visiter. L'appartement est bien équipé, déco original, un peu sombre mais un peu normal puisqu'il est situé en rdc. Isolation moyenne, on entend les bruits du logement de dessus mais le quartier est très calme.

• Dalia (10/5): Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others! - We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed everything about this accommodation. The communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the smart access system for entering the property, it was very convenient and easy to use. The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre and the beach, which made it perfect for exploring and relaxing.

• Anne (5/5): Big Disappointment - Decor was lovely. Big bathroom. We had a storm on first full day there after arriving at 1.30 am. We had been there less than 12 hours when rain started pouring into bedroom 2 all down a wall like a waterfall and had soaked a bed before we noticed it.We moved the bunk beds and lay down towels to secure the room as much as possible I phoned the owner and said that we couldn't stay there. I was told I would get full money back. With no help, I had to look for and book somewhere else, which cost 200 euros more, but we took it as it was fairly close by. We had to pack up and go. The owner charged us 170 euros for that night despite saying a full refund would be given. Booking.com refunded us minus that one night so in total we paid €370 more than expected for accomodation with booking.com not paying difference in accomodation price either. The Casa Alacantina accomodation was expensive to begin with so I was not at all happy.
• Haydar (4/5): Not having to lock external door ruined my sleep. - Close to city centre and shopping areas. Close to castle. In walking distance to beach and night life. There is no internal locking. You cant lock the rooms from internal side. You cant even lock the external door from inside. You are not in control of your safety. There is a room locked at the entrance. For peace in mind, people should be able to lock the doors at least external door from inside. Electric hod had child lock on. We had to waste one hour of our time to find out how to unlock child lock. there were so many scratches on Teflon pans we could not use them because of health and safety. One of the pots was not working on induction hob. We had to cook using only one pot.

• Diede (8/5): Super! - De ligging was echt perfect. Het appartement was erg schoon en meer dan prima voor 3 personen. Faciliteiten waren ook allemaal aanwezig: kopjes, handdoeken etc. De bedden waren beetje aan de harde kant. Er stond 1 (verouderde) stoel met tafel buiten op het ‘terrasje’. Jammer dat je er niet met z’n drieën kon zitten.

Przydałoby się więcej papieru toaletowego i zapas worków na śmieci ;)
• Sophie (1/5): Très mauvais logement - Sur photo rien à dire...mais la réalité n'est pas la même. Odeur de moisissures, empêchant de dormir et y séjourner. Très bruyant par rapport au voisinage jour et nuit (hurlements,cris, ça court...). Forte odeur de cannabis venant du dessus , impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre ( aération impossible du a la moissire). Lit inconfortable. Nous avons du partir dans un hôtel. En espérant que booking fasse le nécessaire pour ce logement.

Nos ha encantado, cuando volvamos a Alicante, buscaremos el mismo. La única pega es que en esa zona se aparca regular. La solución, el parking de Mercado no es muy caro

Bezpłatny parking na ulicach jeżeli znajdzie się miejsce, w razie problemów bliskość parkingów podziemnych płatnych. Polecam! Materac zbyt miękki, ale to kwestia subiektywna i nie wpływa na obniżenie oceny 😀

• Gwyneth (7/5): Lovely traditional, well located apartment. - Very attractive, clean apartment. The dining room and lounge areas were very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and met all of our needs. Very pleasant bathroom. Good communication with the host, and we were permitted to leave our luggage whilst the accommodation was being prepared. Good location within walking distance of amenities. Generally, I was very happy with our stay. The bed was far too soft. Bathroom and patio doors were difficult to close quietly. We tried not to disturb people in the apartment upstairs.

• Prodniece (7/5): Nice apartment, close to the centre - I really liked this place! It’s beautiful, with spacious rooms and a wonderful, comfy bed. The location was great—close to the center but in a quieter street. The host, Olga, was very responsive, which was much appreciated. Thank you! There were a few minor issues that impacted our experience. The apartment lacked toilet paper, leaving us to buy our own. While a TV was listed, it wasn’t working. We were also expected to take out our own rubbish, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand—something to clarify with the host. Additionally, the shower wasn’t great; it had enough hot water for two people in the evening, but it ran out quickly and took a while to heat up again. These may be small things, but worth considering before booking.

From the start, the communication was seamless and very efficient, which made the entire process smooth. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and the fact that the check-out time is 12:00 instead of the usual 10:00 was a lovely touch—perfect for a relaxed departure. The apartment itself was bigger than anticipated and fully equipped with everything you could need. The location is ideal—close to the central area but just far enough away from the busiest streets. It’s the perfect balance: you’re within walking distance of all the main attractions, yet the apartment is situated in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Alicante.
• Janice (8/5): Very good - Modern apartment, good location for city centre. Everything you need for a long weekend city break. Public transport in Alicante first class. Outside courtyard not really a benefit as dark & no sunlight gets through.
• Col (9/5): Modern Apartment in great location. - Location ideal and not far from Airport and close to all the amenities in the town. Modern apartment, Comfortable beds, Good value. Curtains too light and don't fully close, would advise black out curtains or hang a bigger darker pair up that fit the width of the windows. Shower connection pipe broken, part of shower door missing but we were advised this was in the process of been repaired, but not advised on broken shower pipe. Suggestion; offer milk in fridge to make Tea or Coffee on arrival as you supplied Tea /Coffee but not the milk especially if arriving late at night from Airport.

The bed itself was comfy and a huge bathroom and beautiful entrance hall. There was a lot of noise at night both from people on the street and the flat below. It would be good to be advised to bring sleep masks as street lamps keep the bedroom brightly lit.

It was exceptionally clean and had everything needed for our stay. Contact with the owner was clear and timely - check in was easy and we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in which was really helpful. Nothing!

• Marion (8/5): Very good - It was very easy to get inside with the code of the door. The whole apartment was very clean and well decorated just like on the pictures. The neighbourhood wasn't too noisy and well situated (20min maximum from everything and 2min away from the supermarket). :) I think they should leave more essential cooking products for the guests like : oil, water, spices so we don't have to buy those essentials. We traveled as students so i think it was a bit too expensive but I still enjoyed the stay!

Clean and spacious bathroom with a patio for drying clothes and to sit out. I liked the decor - an interesting 70's aesthetic. The street is quiet and about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and the centre. I loved the apartment.

Good supermarket only 5 minutes walk away Would have liked outside seating area with a city view as stated in advertisement.
