- Sanela (7/5): Zentral gelegen und sauber - Lage und hundefreundlich Wir konnten beim Checkin die Besitzer nicht erreichen wegen der Schlüsselübergabe. Wegen einem Eigentümerwechsel haben wir auf Bookingseite die falschen bzw. Alten Kontaktdaten bekommen. Auf Email kam auch keine Reaktion. Das war sehr ärgerlich und wir haben fast 2 Stunden verloren auf der Suche nach den neuen Besitzern und der Wohnungsverwalterin. Ein Nachbar hat uns Gott sein Dank dann geholfen die Wohnungsverwalterin zu finden

- Hrvoje (1/5): Rude host - I booked the appartment for my 80 years old parents. Communication with host after reservation confirmation was very unpleasant. The host does not know how to use booking.com for communication, and has sent an SMS to my father's phone directly, that my father did not see. After several hours the host sent a very rude SMS full of swearing. Me and my parents were not able to reach the host on the phone nor on booking.com and the neighbour let my parents in the appartment.
