They brought breakfast of noodles and egg no tea,coffee or juice. Some furniture falling apart in the kitchen. They need deep cleaning. We left after one night

However I was disappointed at the fact that the room that was presented to me and disclosed during the booking is not what was given to me. The property itself was good, the staff were very respectful and friendly. They had continuous power and WiFi connections which was amazing.

They need to fumigate the entire rooms I do deep cleaning, even in our houses we don’t experience that so that is highly disgusting. They management need to pay extra attention to detail of hygiene

Waseem (1/5): Stay away - Tbh nothing. When i 1st went in, the receptionist was arguing that my booking was for a smaller room, when I booked for the larger room. The room had cockroaches, the room needed to have some work done to it to bring it up to standard, they made it "pretty" with some finishes, but underneath the plaster was flaking and the shower was getting blocked. The gym was inadequate and the pool was not trustworthy, wanted to swim, but never got a chance in 21 days I was there. Wont use again

Pierre (9/5): Well, overall, I love the location and the resort if I have to return again, I would go to the same resort - The oasis was perfect and comfortable setting I wish there was better equipment that was workable in the Gym area for example a treadmill or working gym bicycle and weight scale

Sarahwiko (1/5): Horrible experience - The location was not bad as we had activities and family to visit within the area. The mattress was sinking in the middle, I complained and they told me there was nothing they could do. Sleeping on it affected my back and left me in pain. Towels are old and worn out, we spent more than half of the day without power as their generator was been fixed. Their in house food offerings is disorganized and tedious. Their free breakfast of indomie and egg is just unacceptable. The water from the bathroom shower flows into the bedroom. The flooring is old and needs to be fixed as it poses an accident risk to guests. Finally the staff act unbothered and act undisturbed when complaints are brought to their notice.
