• Jessica (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt trotz kleinerer Schwierigkeiten - Ich war in der Vergangenheit schon einmal in der Unterkunft. Der Aufenthalt hat mir gut gefallen, weswegen ich nun erneut für ein paar Tage in die schöne Pension gereist bin (Besuch bei einer Freundin). Durch den anstehenden "Inhaber - Wechsel" kam es wohl zu einem Problem mit meiner Buchung über Booking.com. Ein sauberes Zimmer gab es zum Glück trotzdem für mich. Zur Sicherheit fotografierte die Dame beim Empfang aber noch meinen Personalausweis (das fand ich aus Datenschutzgründen später fraglich, sodass ich die Dame bei meiner Abreise darum gebeten habe, die entsprechenden Fotos auf ihrem Handy zu löschen, was sie wohl auch getan hatte). Sie war dabei sehr freundlich und berichtete bspw. davon, ursprünglich aus London zu kommen usw.. Das Hotel ist insgesamt zwar schon älter/ etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dadurch hat es auch einen gewissen Charme.

• Wolfram (8/5): - Nettes Personal. Ruhige Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Zur Zeit unserer Übernachtung war Besitzerwechsel, deshalb nur eingeschränkter Betrieb, wie z. B. geschlossenene Hotelbar oder geschlossenes Restaurant.

• RD (1/5): Köhlichs Paradeismühle?- Nein danke! - Eine Mail-Information meinerseits zur Ankunftszeit ca. 23:00 Uhr blieb unbeantwortet. Daher rief ich kurz vor der Reise in der Paradeismühle an, mir wurde zugesichert, dass eine so späte Ankunft kein Problem sei, der Zimmerschlüssel in einem Briefumschlag mit Wegbeschreibung zum Zimmer beim Restauranteingang deponiert werden würde. Als wir Ankamen gab es keinen Briefumschlag, alles suchen half nichts und Anrufe blieben unbeantwortet. Wenn ein Hotel die Grundsätze seines Business nicht beherrscht ist alles gesagt. Danke an das Seehotel Niedernberg, die uns mitten in der Nacht noch herzlich Aufnahmen.

• Judit (7/5): Good - The dinner was outstanding!!!! Great location, good parking, nice friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated.

• Norman (6/5): Pleasant - Property was advertised as having a pool, but the pool was not functioning for two months. This was not mentioned in there advertising. We were very disappointed. This was the only reason we booked this property.

• Ross (3/5): Room 4 is not up to standard and the pool is a hole without water. - The restaurant main course was very good, but the desert was melted icecream and a couple of strawberries sliced up. A poor finish to an otherwise nice meal. The restaurant staff were good though run off their feet. Room 4 was very dated and looked nothing like the website photos for a comfort double room. It had a strong musty smell and was like a sauna once the shutters were closed. The hotel states it has a pool but it has no water in it. I think the other rooms are better than room 4 which should be avoided. It was our worst experience and the only bad one we have had during our 3 weeks traveling in Germany.

• Brian (5/5): Never to return. - Proximity to where we were going. The reception staff when we arrived were very unorganized. It took three room visits to get suitable 'upstairs' accommodations. The first room we were taken to was downstairs. The second was upstairs, but the room was not made up. The third, finally after much waiting around, was fine. We wanted dinner, but not in the bar, and after much confusion, the blond, in charge, receptionist said we could sit at a table in a nearby room, but a big party was coming so we would need to eat quickly. And the top dissatisfaction, we think my husband got food poisoning from the pink pork! He was ill for three days.
