• jean-max (1/5): Désastreux, catastrophique: devons-nous saisir la répression des fraudes pour information inexacte? - Rien car nous n' avons pas pu avoir les clés ni accéder au logement. Il est impossible de se rendre à la maison en voiture car elle se situe au bout d'un chemin muletier à 50mètres de dénivelé; donc monter bagages, courses ..à pied! Cela n'était pas écrit dans le descriptif de Booking qui disait: dispose d'un jardin et d'un parking privé, gratuit!!! Booking fournit des renseignements inexacts ET n'est pas venu à notre secours: le conseiller joint très difficilement, devait nous rappeler, nous attendons toujours son appel. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls; aller à l'hôtel: en 4 jours, aucun appel de booking! De plus la location était entièrement payée, même les frais de ménage final! Nous avons envoyé un recommandé à Booking. Nous attendons une réponse.
