• Nerys (10/5): Utterly lovely and even nicer than the photos. - Incredibly clean. Lots of space. Quiet neighbourhood. The beds were really comfortable. Decent kitchen and large fridge although we ate out. Lovely shower and once we figured out the air conditioning this was perfect. The bedding and towels were good quality and there were lovely touches such as a bottle of Prosecco and slippers. WiFi was fast, check in and arrival easy. The location where the lounge overlooks a canal is perfect however that does bring mosquitos. Some sort of screen on the windows would be perfect to allow the shutters and windows to remain open. Due to mosquitos we kept her windows and shutters closed. It would not stop us coming back and I plan to rebook.
• Stephanie (10/5): Everything was perfect and we were very comfortable, plus great location! 10/10. - It was a great location and had everything we needed. Was bigger than expected which was great, and even had a fully equiped kitchen. Bed and pull out couch were very comfortable!!!

• Barbora (8/5): - Ubytování je čisté, útulné, příjemné okolí. Na protějším břehu mohu doporučit místní pekařství. V ubytování nám nebylo jasné, jak nakládat s odpadem. Nikde nebyly pytle na odpadky - jen koše na tříděný odpad, avšak odvoz odpadu funguje v Benátkách “trochu jinak”. Nebylo možné pustit klimatizaci - nebo jsme jen prostě nenašli ovládaní. Vřele všem doporučuji si s sebou vzít repelent na komáry nebo vůbec neotvírat za žádnou cenu okna po celý den ani večer. V letním období vás sežerou!!! Prádlo se dá věšet na šnůru za oknem, ale nejsou k dispozici kolíčky. Jen kolíky na plážové osušky.
• Jill (8/5): Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung - Sehr sauber, wunderbare Lage, ruhig und doch sehr gut angebunden! Mehrere wirklich gute Lokale in der Umgebung und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr stilvoll. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war auch unkompliziert schnell. Föhn war leider defekt und darauf wurde auch nicht reagiert. Stromausfall bei uns nur einmal.

• Darya (9/5): Location is the best, a little bit aside from the tourist hustle - A lovely place for breakfast in 100 meters, a few places to eat like a local and take some drinks, the facility itself is clean and nice with a canal view. It was a little bit cold to sleep at night, I didn't find an option in the AC how to make it warm. But it was november, so silly to complain.
• Judith (5/5): Lack of privacy/convenience and cleaning upcharge in this beautiful apartment - The apartment was stunning - beautifully decorated and lots of light and chic European design. I love the neighborbood, Dorsoduro, but it is not centrally located so others should keep in mind that they will be in more "Venetian" neighborhood, but not near the key points of interest in Venice from many tourists. However, the apartment was located near Piazzale Roma (there are about 5-7 bridges between here and there, which is a consideration if you a towing luggage on wheels). I requested to cancel my reservation because of sickness after my cancellation period had concluded and the person managing the reservation let me know that the owners of the apartment would not allow the cancellation. However, the manager was communicative and willing to work with me to put the apartment back up on travel websites as available, which was quite kind, considering it was not his decision to make. Thankfully, we ended up being healthy enough to keep the reservation and that manager was responsive then too and took the listing down after I let him know we would were health enough to come after all. A couple of things soured our stay: there were two occasions during which our apartment door was opened by people other than us while we were still enjoying our stay in the apartment. The first time, it happened while we were out for the whole day, and came home to find the television on in addition to a light being on (that was off when we left). This was nothing short of creepy and I had to ask my partner to check the apartment to make sure that no one was in there. The second time, we were asked to leave the keys in the lock box at 10:00 a.m. on our check-out day, but right around 9:00 a.m. someone with the key (who I assume was the cleaner) used a key to enter the premise without knocking, ringing or even announcing their presence by calling out. My partner and I were both startled and shaken (especially after the first incident with the lights and tv being on when we came home). Finally, these three seem minimal based on the above feedback but a few things could be improved: - First of all, the checkout time of 10:00 a.m. is very early and much different than hotels in Italy/Europe overall, which tend to have checkouts times around noon. If you don't want to have to get out early, then consider this factor before booking here. - Additionally, since this is not a hotel and is instead an apartment, there is no place to leave your luggage if you have a later flight/departure. I asked the host about this and he gave very minimal information, referring me to baggage storage companies in Piazzale Roma (not by name just mentioning that the area had a "baggage depository"). So I did my own research and based on the amount of luggage we spent $40 storing our things, so you may also consider this when booking this apartment. - Finally, like AirBnB, a somewhat absurd cleaning fee of €90 is charged IN ADDITION to the nightly rate, so, again, you may consider a place that doesn't upcharge for this.
• Douglas (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect for us w a vaporetto pass. It was a quiet neighborhood near the university and a short walk to Santa Marta station. There were a couple places to eat within 5 minute walk and many more within 10.

• Bernd (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic studio, well equipped and wonderfully designed. In a perfect location, a few bars and restaurants very close by and yet quiet and well enough off the main tourist routes. If we come back to Venice we will definitely choose this apartment or at least this area again.
